It was a really nice place to stay with my family. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Chinatown was really closed, and the bus stop was right there less than 1 min walk.

The staff here is incredible! They were very accommodating with my limited Korean language. They helped me tremendously ordering taxi and helping me to navigate the area.

Also behind the hotel are many restaurants, shops, fair, and many activities that are walkable from the hotel. This was a great stay!

We had a one night stay here before a cruise. Probably not the best choice. No dining options available and unless you like fish there are no other dining options around. We ended up getting a taxi into the main part of the town as none of eat fish. Room was clean and had sea view and amenities provided. Very quite area (not much going on) apart from the fireworks going off most of the night. The shops on the front all seemed to seel them and its obviously an acceptable/popular thing to do in this part of Korea! A small, limited breakfast was included

I never experience any hotel that has no coffee or tea provided to guests. The housekeeping is not doing a good job. We got toothbrush and shaver left behind by the previous guest in the bathroom right on the day we occupied the room. We requested for make up room everyday. We stayed for 3 nights. On the day that we checkout. That 2 items were still there.

Not what I expected. Convenient location, but there are smoking rooms so through the air vents you start to get a smell. They don’t have a formal airport transfer, they just offered to call a taxi. Their rooftop is lovely but it’s just seating (byob). I enjoyed their little convenience store. Very basic.

Mostly liked the hotel, with the exception of the tub without shower curtain (normal in S Korea). So it was little hard to take shower. But other than that overall good stay at this hotel, near the boardwalk and easy to get around to Chinatown and other stuff to do.

The owner of this property was second to none. He was very helpful and resourceful and gave us all of the insight into things to do in incheon. He made our trip a great experience! The hotel was also clean and every staff member was very helpful. It’s very clear the staff follows the owners lead in caring for its guests.

Our first time to Incheon. We didnt know the area, we booked for the ocean view. We were thrilled to learn of all the shops and restaurants behind the hotel on the boardwalk. We walked to Chinatown then road the little monorail back, it was great. We also toured the cultural park that is across the street. This hotel and surrounding area turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Korea. The staff was very helpful as well. They didnt speak a lot of english, but google translate helped. They served a great breakfast each morning. We would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! They helped me find my way around. Once a staff member escorted me to my destination, in the rain, on the bus, on her lunch hour!
I would give this place a higher rating but I think they would raise the price if they knew how great this place was.

A great hotel for the price. I checked in late and the front desk staff person was awesome. He gave me a sandwich when I told him I was starving after the long trip. It was a very comfortable stay and great location, next to an amusement park.

Nice Little Hotel

Room was small but comfortable. Needed to adjust to not having shower curtain, but had a nice bidet. Beds were nice and firm with clean linen. Location was away from most of the sounds from the amusement/theme park. Good location with many sites to visit.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly but it was really far from the airport which was a bummer. There was a lot of traffic on the evening of my arrival so it took over an hour to get there by taxi and cost me quite a bit. The room was big, clean and well supplied, but there were mosquitoes inside the room already when I got there. I used the mosquito spray that was supplied but I still got bitten on my face and body several times overnight. The following morning, the staff were very helpful in getting me get a taxi to the airport to catch my train but again it cost me a lot to get there.

Disappointing stay

This hotel had a clean room and the interior was fair. Unfortunately it is situated in amongst an industrial area with chimneys, factories and despite the ocean being in front of the hotel, the water was so polluted there was no smell of the ocean!
On arrival, we were charged again for our 2 children for the two nights, but we had already made additional costs for extra guests in the overall payment to Expedia. It should be obvious that a room with 2 double beds and the 2 extra guests being children that it was a family who had made the booking. When we questioned the extra payment he said it was a hotel policy and we couldn't argue because on the receipt of payment it does state that guests may have to accept extra hotel policies. If we had of known this we would have booked somewhere else in the first place with the extra money! It then did not feel like a special offer as Expedia claimed.
The first male staff that we met on arrival was not at all friendly, he did not greet us or welcome us to the hotel Very unprofessional and left a bad feeling with us from the start. We asked for the room beds to be made up for the second night when we went out for the day but when we returned they had just pulled up the covers. New towels, shampoo and conditioner were not provided for the second nights stay. We asked to have the underfloor heating turned off and they turned it up making our room 37C. This was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Great location. Cool to cold weather in Oct, so be prepared for drastic weather changes. Our room was big with double beds and spacious plus a sea view. Sightseeing around the area not quite accessible if you wish to take the local transport but cannot speak or read Korean. Would suggest that the hotel provides free shuttle service to surrounding areas, eg. Chinatown, traditional markets for food and grocery shopping.

Comfort staycation at Wolmido

Room with 2 double beds and still wide enough for movement. Ocean view and close proximity to amusement park. Firework displays during our 2 nights there. Easy access to Incheon station by taxi - about 4,500 krw. Safe neighbourhood with good autumn coolness in October, lots of street food, food outlets and G25 grocery store.

Benikea the Bliss Wolmido

The hotel is clean and quiet except that the Wolmido amusement beside the hotel operates and blasts music until 10.30pm. The Wolmido amusement park is only partially operational and is not definitely Universal Studio standard if you are expecting that. It seemed to be built in the 80s and games belonged to that era. In fact Wolmido seems to be in a state of ruin and residential population extremely small in that island. The Wolmido monorail is defunct so do not expect to take as a form of transport. The park is quiet is slightly lively in the weekends.

The park is served by a GS25 and a few other minimarts. If you like seafood, the eateries, pubs and restaurants at the amusement park sell fresh seafood ( quite pricey though Around 30k won for a dish). The hotel is also opposite the Wolmido Nature Park.

From Incheon Airport, you can take bus 306 (this is not an airport limousine but an area bus) to Incheon Station for about 45 min. Then take bus 45 which stops opposite the hotel. It is about 5 min ride and you will not miss the hotel. If not, take a cab from Incheon station to Benikea the Bliss Wolmido for 3500 won.

You can take bus 45 from the hotel to Chinatown which is at Incheon station. Nothing to rave about except the signature food is the caramelised malt bun which is crispy

You can take bus 45 which terminates nearby the hotel to Sinpo Market (Dongincheon station)

We stayed in Super Deluxe Twin Room on 11th floor with Ocean View.
We were very please to see such a nice view of Ocean and nearby Theme Park with Ferris Wheel which reminded me Santa Monica Pier. We enjoyed the Musical Water Fountain and Family Oriented Theme Park nearby. We also had a great time hiking to a nearby mountain to reach Wolmi Observatory to view the harbor and the island.

It has a big bathroom and big flat-screen TV and free WiFi access which is always plus for our Family.

部屋が広く清潔で、バスルームも広くとても快適でした。
スリッパが室内用とバスルーム用と２つあり配慮が細やかだなと思いました。
1日目のフロントの女性はタクシーや、部屋の事など丁寧に説明して下さりとても助かりました。

월미도 가족여행으로 선택한 숙소인데 더블에서 제가 아이랑 자고 싱글에서 신랑이 잤는데 뒤척이기 힘들정도로 좁았다고 해요. 그리고 전반적으로 나쁘지는 않은데 세면대 수도가 보수가 필요해보이고 물이 잘 안빠지는 단점이 있었어요. 그럼에도 불구하고 조식도 무료지만 알차게 잘 먹었고 루프탑도 전망 좋았어요~손님이 많지 않아보였는데 계속 있었으면 좋겠네요

Personal an der Rezeption spricht kein Englisch. Auf vorher bestätigte Wünsche wurde nur bedingt eingegangen. Es wird KEIN Frühstück angeboten. Es gibt im Gegensatz zur Hotelbeschreibung KEINEN ( auch nicht kostenpflichtigen) Flughafenshuttle. Zimmer und Bad ziemlich abgewohnt.Insgesamt nicht sehr einladend.

We had a really not that great experience with the reception staff there. one evening we had them ring at our door and saying we had to check out this day. i showed him that we booked one night more and he left to check. he never come back. we had to go down and ask him if there still was a problem. the good thing was the big room, the size of the beds and few at the sea. not that great was the holes at the bed linen, the shower gel we had to buy, the missing hooks for towels in the bathroom and the loud cleaning staff. my friend was woken up from them pushing around furnitures. the location of the hotel was nice with a lot to see and some nice restaurants. the bus station was a few steps away from the hotel. i wouldn`t visit that hotel again.

11호실 오션뷰가 좋았어요. 사이드 작은창은 관람차뷰.. 칫솔을 깜박했는데 객실에 있어서 다행이었어요.
문화거리랑 가까워서 소음이 심한건 어쩔수 없나바요. 고성방가에 가까운 노래는 어디서 들리는건지 11시 이후는 괜찮았습니다. 조식도 9000원에 괜찮다고 생각합니다.

ホテルはとても綺麗で近くにバス停もありとても便利でした！
ソウルや空港までは少し遠いですが、仁川駅まで行くとキンパ屋さんやカフェもありました！
ホテルには浴槽もあり広くてゆったり出来ました。
シャトルバスは事前に連絡しておかないと行けないみたいです。また、ホテル内に電子レンジはありませんでした。

방 내부는 인테리어나 공간적인 면에서 만족하나 이불커버 교체를 안한것같았다. 대부분의 호텔 체크인을 하면 잘 다려진 이불커버를 볼수 있으나 여기는 누군가 사용한 구겨진 이블커버 속에 머리카락,욕실 컵 속에 머리카락, 프론트에 건의를 해서 다른방을 가보았으나 마찬가지. 아주 불쾌한 하루였다.

숙박하는데 많은 불편없이 괜찮았습니다.

월미도에 갑자기 여행와서 1박하게 되었는데나름 편안하고 괜찮았습니다.
뷰는 산만 보였지만 ^^;;하루밤 숙박하는데 큰 문제는 없었고 위치 특성상 폭죽 터트리는 소리와 오토바이 큰 소음이 새벽에 간간히 잠을 깨웠구요. 방은 아주 따뜻해서 좋았구요. 대체적으로 다 깨끗한 편이었어요. 단 전등이 2개 정도 안들어오고 어두운 노란 불빛이라 밝은 분위기는 아니구요. 욕실에는 문 잠그는 버튼이 떨어져나가서ㅠ아예 없었고, (닫히기만함)수건을 걸수 있는 곳이 눈씻고 찾아도 없었어요. 뭔가를 걸어놓을 곳이 없는 이런 욕실은 첨ㅎ 그래서 드라이기가 꽃혀있길래 그 위에 수건을 걸어놓고 사용해서 많이 불편했습니다. 물이 엄청 따뜻하게 잘 나와서 그나마 괜찮았어요.나머지는 다 괜찮았고 직원분도 친절히 안내해주셨습니다.

아쉬움이 좀 남았던 여행

친구들과 여행을 계획하고 일찍부터 숙소를 잡아놓아 기대가 컸습니다. 그 사이 거리두기 단계가 격상되었는데 호텔측에서 아무런 연락도 주지 않고 체크인을 하는 상황에서 4인실 이용이 안된다고, 호텔측에서 정한게 아니며 따를 뿐이라고만 이야기 하셨습니다. 너무 당황스러웠고, 2인실 두개로 다시 잡으면서 추가요금을 지불하였습니다. 이부분에서 저는 사전에 연락과 같은 언질이 있었어야했다고 생각합니다. 체크인 당시 체크인을 도와주시던 직원분이 이러한 불편함에 대해 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았던 점도 아쉬웠습니다.

뷰가 좋아요!

바다뷰 방으로 했는데~ 뷰가 좋아요!! 친구들이랑 잘 지내고 왔습니다!! 한가지 아쉬운 건 화장실에 수건 걸어둘 곳이 없어요.....ㅠㅠ 그것만 좀 보완해주시면 좋을 것 같아요!!

월미도 간다면 또 숙박할 것 같아요

데스크 남자분이 썩 친절하진 않으셨지만 주차공간도 충분하고, 룸 내부도 넓고 깔끔했어요! 모텔같은 느낌 전혀 없이 창문 열면 산이 보이고, 밤에 시끄럽지도 않아서 너무 좋았고, 마이랜드랑 월미테마파크 사이에 위치해서 걸어다니기도 너무 좋았어요! 방 춥지도 않고 온수도 넘 잘 나오고, 욕조도 있어서 좋았구요! 다만 방음은 잘 안되는 편이었는데 불편하게 느껴질 정도는 아니었어요!

아주 만족스러운 오션뷰

아주 만족스러웠습니다.
약간 노후는 됐지만 전체적으로 청결하게 관리를 잘 하는게 느껴졌습니다.
숙소는 아늑하고 어빌리티도 잘 구비되어 있습니다.
다음에도 또 숙박할 의향이 있습니다.

나쁘지 않아요

깔끔했고 집기들 모두 청결했어요 3인이 묵는데 1인 침대는 너무 딱딱해서 불편했구요 난방을 너무 심하게 틀어 더워서 못잘 정도였네요. 룸안에 테이블이 없어 간단한 다과를 하기도 곤란했어요. 이건 좀 개선해야 할듯..

정말 당황스럽고, 놀랄 수 밖에 없었네요

주말은 16시 체크인이라하여 객실 크리닝이 덜 되어서 로비에서 40분가량 대기하다 체크인을 하였는데....
객실에 들어가는 순간ㅠ.ㅠ
객실 바닥에 하루살이 같은 벌레의 사체들과 긴 생머리의 머리카락이 잔뜩 떨어져 있더군요.
데스크에 항의를 할려했지만, 둘다 장거리 여행이라 지쳐있기도하고, 1박이라서 시간도 짧아 객실 바닥만 휴지로 대충 치우고 저녁을 먹기위해 밖으로 나왔습니다.

11시쯤 자려고 들어갔는데 베드 이불을 들쳤더니 오래되어 보이는 얼룩이 군데 군데 보였고, 또 묘령의 긴 생머리카락이 여기저기 있더군요. 더블1개,싱글1개의 객실이어서 더블에서는 못자고, 싱글베드에서 둘이 취침하게 되었습니다.

정말 작은 호텔이지만, 간판은 호텔이라고 되어있는데 너무 황당했습니다.
돌아오면서 다시는 가지 말자고 서로 얘기하면서, 월미도에 대한 추억이 다 지워지는듯했습니다.

깨끗하고 가성비 좋은 숙소였습니다. 애기가 있어서 에어컨을 틀지 않았지만 난방조절은 안되서 지금 같은 날씨에는 좀 더웠어요. 재방문 의사는 있습니다.

꽃비나려

근체에 월미도 공원과 위락시설이 있어서 지내기 좋았어요.
좋은 가격에 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요.
