We had a great stay at this hotel! We were in a premium villa (not ocean view). It was big, clean, quiet and had a great balcony. We were unfortunate with the weather and it rained a lot during our stay but we still took the paddle boards out, played pool and pongpong which made the days better! The breakfast was good and lots of variety. The people were all very nice! Would stay again!

I stayed in the garden view and the patio was very private as I was upstairs in the trees foliage. The rain shower is really nice. the pool was great and access to the beach is right there. There are paddle boards for use and drinks at the pool. The morning breakfast has everything to get your day going.

the room we booked is the DELUXE room it is a good room but there is no phone facility for the guest to contact the reception even it says to dial a certain number according to instructions. Second it is a resort but this room DELUXE there is no facility outside where you can hang your wet clothes only inside the bathroom which may take longer for clothes to dry. On the positive side STAFF are all great always smiling and greets you everyday. Breakfast has variety to choose from and plus the view is magnificent! Definitely coming back but not the DELUXE room .

This hotel has great potential but the service from the staff on reception and in the restaurant is poor. They have loads of staff but they stand around doing nothing. The view from our room was a bamboo screen, the shower flooded the bathroom twice and instead of fixing it they mopped it up, eventually I insisted on swapping rooms. The grounds are lush and attractive but do not book a ground floor villa they are dark and no view. Food in the restaurant is good but they do not have everything on the menu, no house wine and the rest is overpriced, and service is slow though the setting lovely. Sometimes at 7.30 no tables free for breakfast. Poor quality thin towels and beach towels do not dry you.

Staff was awesome even though facilities sometimes left a little to be desired. For example our room had a non working phone preventing us from reaching out to local establishments. And they never got it working. Also of note, all rooms have no TV, which surprised me but that wasn’t a deal breaker as we relied on our phones and tablets for entertainment during down time. Overall though, I would book here again but not in the deluxe rooms because we had a wonderful view of a bamboo wall. Every.single.staff.member was kind and courteous and helpful.

Great rooms and views. Pool v clean and nice to dip in, not the biggest but there’s the sea literally a few metres away and that was lovely and warm too. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was delicious - especially the Mie Goreng dish!
Overall very happy as this met all my requirements

We kept extending our stay and therefore tried a lot of different room types. All rooms are to a good standard, the delux is on the small side but manageable. Anything up from that is very good.
The staff are beyond helpful and kind, they couldn’t do more to help you and they also offer a free one way tuk tuk service which is very useful
The breakfast is great with fresh omelettes/fried eggs/scrambles eggs made to order as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The only downfall is the coffee is not good unless you pay for a proper one.
There is also free sups to use on the water any time you want and the hotel will organise all trips and excursions for you too.

This place is a dog lovers dream. There are dogs everywhere and unfortunately they let many dogs roam around the breakfast area and beg for food. The bath towels are paper thin, there is no water pressure, and there is no TV in the room. The property is beautiful and has so much potential but I wished I would have stayed in a different hotel.

The hotel tried to tell me my reservation was not valid when I arrived even though I had my Expedia confirmation in hand. They then tried to charge me over 100 USD more per night to book a stay compared to what Expedia had even if we booked the same day. They even had availability to fix the issue but they made me spend 2 hours in their lobby calling Expedia before they called their manager and fixed the issue. Then they refused to give the 20% off spa services that was advertised on Expedia. They nearly made me miss my flight on checkout because they wouldn't honor what I paid for. The resort is nice enough but my experience here was so negative and frustrating. The general attitude of the front desk was \"this is a you and Expedia problem\"

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Our room was clean and spacious with a very nice view of the lush garden. I liked staying at the balcony and just take in the view. We enjoyed the private beach, paddle boarding and the happy hour featuring an acoustic duo. The hotel offers free rides to anywhere within the General Luna area, which we definitely appreciated. Restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely choose to stay at this resort again and upgrade our room for a nice ocean view.

The flight sucks it’s not the hotel fault it’s Expedia, the airport they send us is in Surigao another island so we have to ride a boat for 2hrs to get to siargao and another to go back to Manila and we got no help from Expedia and the airline, not going to book again thru Expedia they suck.

The staff is very accommodating, and the property is easy to find. However, we encountered an issue with our room having a sewer-like odor. The hair dryer is only available upon request. The breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. Additionally, the hotel does not permit outside masseuses. It's the only hotel I stayed at that charges for stained linens and towels, yet some of the towels provide at check-in already had stains. You'll see the price list inside the room. Overall, it's an average experience.

We had a lovely stay in this property! Staff was very nice and helpful. I love that they have their own tuktuk to drop you off along General Luna. The location is perfect, it is quite close to a lot of the restaurants but far enough that it’s not loud. The staff was great! One of the ladies in the front desk lent me her own money to pay for our tuk tuk since they didn’t have change, that was very nice of her I think her name was Jen. Also a staff names Ling was super helpful and very friendly. breakfast was ok but they had many options so it was fine. Overall I recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Siargao Island Villas is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay felt exceptional. I stayed in the Premier Villa, and it exceeded all expectations – it was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking beach view that made every morning feel magical.

The bed and pillows deserve a special mention – they were so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. It’s rare to find accommodations where the sleep quality truly stands out, but Siargao Island Villas nailed it.

The staff here are amazing – always warm, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Their genuine hospitality is a big part of what made my trip so memorable.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. While it was enjoyable, I felt the selection could be a bit more varied. That being said, it didn’t take away from my overall experience.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Siargao Island Villas to anyone visiting the island. In fact, I’d return in a heartbeat! It’s the perfect place to unwind, soak in the beauty of Siargao, and enjoy world-class hospitality.

Just be ready for the expectation of luxury and hopes of a knowledgeable front desk staff to fly out the window, but the place is so beautiful that it really doesn't matter if you relax and go with it.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a warm greeting. Roselyn was so helpful on recommendation about restaurant offering Filipino Cuisine.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches like a complimentary welcome basket and high-quality toiletries. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The variety of options, from freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets, was impressive.

The location was ideal—situated in the heart of the city but still quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. It was within walking distance of restaurants and public transport, making it convenient for exploring.

Positive: Villas are very nice, cozy and comfortable. Staff are great, they are very nice and polite. Shopping and Spa experience was great. The villa is very close to great restaurants. We would definitely comeback again and will tell our friends about this place.

Negative: Restaurant staff could be trained more on the menu, they comeback to our table 3-4 times to ask questions about our order when they could get the information they need upon order. So, they were interrupting conversations. Restaurant should change the kind of table napkin they use (it was the cheapest toilet paper like napkins). Guests can smoke by the pool / restaurant and it was annoying to be inhaling cigarette smoke.

We booked two Villas for my family and for me and my boyfriend. We had a great experience overall, the beachfront villa was amazing. The resort is very close to all great restaurants in the island. The restaurant staff I think needs more training and be familiar with the menu, they don’t ask the necessary questions and they comeback 3-4 times to your table to ask more about your orders rather than getting all the information they need upon order. Restaurant uses the cheapest (toilet paper like) napkins and it was driving us crazy to use those. People can smoke next to the restaurant and that was frustrating for us inhaling the smoke.

The staff are very nice, they are very helpful and polite. The shopping store and the spa was great. We would definitely comeback and recommend this place to our friends.

One of the best stays I’ve had to this date. From the easy shuttle transport from and to the airport, to the refreshing complimentary drink as we waited for our room to be ready and the outstanding service from the luggage attendants to the front desk. Everything was amazing. Location is right near town, completely walkable within 5-10min or just rent a motorbike, which we did for $600 peso’s per day ($12-13 per day) we booked the executive beach front suite which we HIGHLY recommend. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the pool overlooking the ocean was right next to us, along with the breakfast/lunch area. 10/10
