The check in was automatic, fast and easy. The room is spacious with a lot of amenities provided. The shower was hot and strong enough. The bed / mattress was comfortable. Everything looks so clean. I would like to say special thanks to the affable lady who cooked breakfasts for us! It was so warm.

It showed as a 4 star hotel on booking but it a very basic B&B, We stayed in a 4star hotel in Gozo and booked this for night before we fly but didn’t like it at all. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly which is the only plus point. Apart from that the room is very small , strong detail smell, breakfast room is tiny and congested. Though while booking it showed 13 minutes walk to airport but it is not. Not worth even half of the money I paid which was £120. Highly disappointed

The standard of the room far exceeded my expectations based on such a reasonable price we paid for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was included and the variety on offer was another pleasant surprise. Also, the lady who cooked us an omelette was lovely!

The hotel was lovely. But the lack of present staff was a problem. The cleaning ladies that were there in the morning were wonderful! But after they left, there was no one present. That was fine for check in and check out. However, our second night, we didn’t have any hot water or water pressure and there was no one available to help us. We called the “reception” number they gave us but weren’t ever connected to anyone.
I also had an issue with the twin to queen bed situation because they didn’t do anything but push the 2 twin beds together. They didn’t put a mattress topper or fitted queen sheet on. So in the night, the two beds pushed apart and I ended up sleeping in a crack. It would be fine if you don’t cuddle your partner though!
Aside from that, the hotel was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was generous and delicious! It is close to the airport which made it easy to get to our flight.

Issue with gaining access as self service machine didnt give card initially so i had to speak to someone using whatsapp that let me in room but had to raise issue with IT and deliver me a new card but she couldnt confirm how ling it would be.

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The bedroom was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and private balcony were a big plus. Breakfast was great, with freshly made eggs and warm croissants each morning. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for getting around by car. The only small downside was the limited restaurant options nearby, but since we had a car, it wasn’t a problem. Overall, a perfect stay for us!

This was my first fully automated check in process and it went smoothly. The hotel is well-built and clean, and only a 15-20 minute walk to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with bus stops nearby. A great place to stay, particularly if you have an early flight out of Malta.

Waste of money. We booked for 2 adults and a child, so we requested for an infant cot which the page says it provides. I then followed up with a message and further two WhatsApp messages. There was no cot, so we barely got any sleep with an infant rolling around us on two single beds pushed together (we asked for a double). There's no Reception at the hotel, so we could not get a cot when we arrived. They sent me 4 or 5 WhatsApp messages but just not acknowledging my repeated request for a cot. I would have cancelled if I had known.

Check on was a bit frustrating with the self served machine, it was unable to read our passport even after cleaning the glass, fortunately you can manually enter the info.
Breakfast was a no fills affair, with friendly stuffs, there is also a great pizza place (pizza box) nearby.

More like a B&B. Six rooms, old facade but very modern inside. Very convenient to airport, in small quiet residential area.A few places in neighborhood for food. Left a block is a bar, to the right 4 blocks is a small grocery, bakery and wood fired pizza place (The Pizza Box, excellent). Very nice buffet breakfast included.

We had a twin room with sofa bed (Room 1) which is next to the entrance door on the ground floor and has it's own mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, hidden in the cupboards. The bathroom is remarkably well noise-proofed.
We stayed one night as it was just a 5 min taxi ride to the airport for an early flight (€12).
There is an excellent pizza restaurant/takeaway less than 10 mins walk; Lidl 15 mins walk; local grocery store 3 mins.
Check-in website issue was solved immediately by telephoning.
Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very good in leaving us a breakfast in the room fridge so we had something for our early morning departure. First time staying somewhere like this, all digital, QR key codes very handy and worked a charm! Close to the airport which is what we needed for our one night stay and only €13 on Bolt to drive us back to Valetta for dinner. The lady who was preparing breakfast spotted us about the leave in the early morning before breakfast times and offered us some takeaway boxes for what was ready to eat! so kind and lovely! Thank you

There is public parking in front of the hotel - but at the time of our stay - the parking spaces had been converted to a 'Tow away zone' because of a festival at the church. (I am sure that at other times the parking spaces are filled with church users!)

We arrived at 9 pm with a local festival going on, the music was on until midnight and the children could not sleep…they should have informed about that.
Also the next morning construction at the local church started at 6 AM, on a Saturday…they should have provided a disclaimer

This is one of those surprising properties where the outside doesn't prepare you for what you find inside. Behind the very old facade is a very modern small hotel with all the mod-cons. The building was apparently bombed in 1942 and was only recently restored.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the property until 2:30 am! The QR code that I had downloaded didn’t work so I had to call the number listed. We were buzzed in and were able to enter our room. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Mary Rose was very welcoming in the breakfast room which had a variety of home made cakes, coffee, etc. She also cooked us omelets. The Suites is a convenient stop for getting to the airport. It is in a quiet village of Kirkop with beautiful houses around it and the church next door. Would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few problems with the phone app to get in initially but a quick call sorted it out.

The check-in can be a challenge if your wifi does not work. You can only enter with a QR code. Do not depend on a paper copy. Make sure your phone has a clear copy of QR code. I was not told a fab is in the drawer. Another guest in the hotel told me after she too had challenges getting in.
The entry was VERY frustrating so just be sure you feel comfortable with technology.

I liked that this place is in walking distance to the airport and Mcdonalds. The room was big kinda fancy nice bathroom. James and the cleaning lady were so kind. Prices were amazing. My phone acted up 2 of the 7 days. But james helped me to get into my room.

Good value for money (with discount) and room was fine for a one night stay and location was quiet and convenient. It was also great to have breakfast available too. Would preferred to have a room where the windows could have been opened (ground floor) and the bathroom mirror light worked (mirror was also loosely fittted to the wall).

Chambre parfaite pour une famille de 4. Propre, logement refait à neuf sur une jolie place. À moins de 10 min de l'aéroport en voiture et 15 min de Marsaxlokk. Pratique pour une arrivée tardive car le check in est automatique. Mon code ne fonctionnait pas mais l'hôte m'a répondu par WhatsApp immédiatement. On se gare gratuitement dans la rue calme. Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes pour trouver une place.

Questo B&B merita davvero 5 stelle! Facilità nell'effettuare il check in, personale gentile e stanza e bagno (anche l'intera struttura) estremamente puliti. Letti e cuscini comodi. Plus una colazione varia servita dalle 7 alle 10.30. Possibilità di raggiungere l'aeroporto a piedi (25 minuti) o auto in 5 minuti. All'esterno c'è una piazzetta dove si affaccia una bellissima chiesa. Consigliato davvero!
