When traveling in, If unfamiliar with the area, look for Max’s on the green for navigation as navigation for little crow took us to the wrong side of the highway.
The property and staff were both amazing

The General manager and Manager of the Front Desk.
They went above and beyond for us and others. Breakfast area was well stocked and very clean - they were super friendly and very professional. A Huge statement for the Resort and Country Club. Restaurant - outside dining was also very special. We are returning again this month and will always stay there when we are in the area. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! Janelle

Property is great and the staff are fantastic! I had accidentally left medication in the refrigerator in the room and Robbie at the front desk found it, refrigerated it downstairs and even offered to drive it halfway. I didn't need him to dp that but his kindness and attitude was amazing!
Todd
Robbie at front desk is awesome.

It was a pleasant, convenient place to stay.
It was also a bit expensive, and when I needed to cancel my reservation due to changed circumstances, I could not.

We were told there was an error with our booking and our room was no longer available when we arrived at 10:00 pm. Took room that was available and thankfully worked out for us along with toddler and baby. Properly was nice and staff was very nice and accommodating.

I just got this hotel due to it being near the place we were having a softball tournament. It happened to be on a very busy weekend. Pool was packed which was expected. My son got called names and had a parent scream at them......The rooms were ok they were clean. Hide away bed in my room had stains on mattress and the couch cushion was just flipped over for gno one could see the stains on the other side. The common areas were a little warm to my liking. Not my first pick but if need be I would stay again. If you are into the golf things the breakfast on the deck and watching others play is kind of neat!! All workers were very nice! Even with the new name change and switching of some things on there end they kept professional.
Luann
Very comfortable and lovely place to stay
Shirley
This hotel property is on a golf course and the adjoining restaurant is part of the clubhouse for the golf course. Staff was friendly and food at the restaurant was good and well priced. The rooms were large and properly maintained. It is a nice place. Not on the main drag, though it’s out of the way, still an excellent nights stay.

Good view, clean room, affordable prices, friendly staff, and beautiful view of the golf course. Only negative is that I wish there were more stores nearby; it is sort of tucked away and not in the most populated area.
Daniel
Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
LaDonna
Nice Place!
Our room looked over the golf course.
Sunset was pretty!
Far enough from main road so quite room. Lounge restaurant on site was nice menu selection good.
All around service great.

Outstanding customer service
The shower in our room was spraying water all over. We spoke with the desk clerk. He immediately upgraded us to another room. And washed and dried our clothes that got wet due to the shower
Gerald
Great place to stay. Love it!
David
Nice quiet place. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again
Mary
We felt the breakfast option was well maintained
Donna
Anyone could get in the side doors without a key card so the security was questionable.
Russ
Very nice facility. Well taken care of.
Room was very cold when arrived. Significant outside temperature drop had us looking for a warm room. Had to turn heat on.

Stopped for the night on a drive for WI to SD. We loved the golf club house next door for a nice dinner after being on the road for hours, and the hotel was quiet. We had a soak in the hot tub and a nice breakfast before hitting the road for day 2 of travel.
Daniel
It was a decent hotel overall. However, the address sent me to the golf course's maintenance department. It was quiet and clean overall.
Judy
We stayed 2 nights it would have been nice it the housekeepers would have clean my room the second day and towels and supplies would have been left , we were out of cups and shower supplies with no towels other wise I would recommend this hotel highly

Nice view of the golf course.

While the hotel was lovely, our room was above the pool and it’s various maintenance systems cycled on and off during the night. This created a very loud rumbling sound in our room that woke us up and prevented us from getting back to sleep. We actually changed rooms at 1:30 in the morning. The new room was perfectly quiet.
Rebecca
Very well maintained

2 thumbs up
Would stay again and recommend! The room was clean and updated. Nice amenities including fitness center, pool and free breakfast. Great location if golfing or visiting Spicer/New London.

Hotel for spicer location
Hotel is clean with a nice patio and restaurant with a golf course view. Spicer sits in between two lakes with clear water. Fishing , golf, hiking or water sports all right there.
Gayla
It was comfortable. We did feel that the toilet was too low, as if set up for a child. It would be difficult for someone with physical challenges. Also, the bathroom light is way too bright if you have to get up in the darkness and then open the door. A dimmer or night light would be good for that. Otherwise, staff were great, courteous, and efficient.
Amy
Very comfortable!
Lee
Great hotel, friendly staff, next to golf course, off highway and quiet. Adjacent is bar and patios serving great food
Caleb

Kids were running and screaming very late at night. They had hockey teams staying as well. We couldn't leave our room on Sunday because they had hockey nets set up in the hallway.
Christina
The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! And the music and staff immediately put us into a relaxing mood!!!

Great place to stay!
We had a great overnight stay after biking along the trail adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The attached restaurant was better than expected with a good menu and service. The breakfast also was better than expected.

It was okay
It was okay. It could have been cleaner. Bathroom and breakfast area could have used a good cleaning.

Great location!
Great hotel on the golf course with onsite restaurant & bar.
Aura
The sunset views over the golf course made this stay excellent! Not to mention the unexpected beverage coupon upon check in. Free printing was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice surprise to discover this little gem!

Great newer property in a nice area.

Keep Attention to Details
The overall stay was good, kind and knowledgeable staff but the hotel could do a much better job in keeping all areas of the hotel clean, like vacuuming the stairwells and dusting in the lobby. First impressions matter for business.
Brian
Clean and comfortable

I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was was clean, bright and well maintained. Our room was clean and pleasant. The kids had a great time at the pool. The “Grand START” breakfast was delicious with so many options. The female staff, was on top of the refilling everything and did it with a smile. Every staff person made us feel welcomed.
We had dinner at Max’s on the Green-great food and service.
10/10 would stay here again!
