Our two bedroom suite was huge and clean- however the bedroom and living room had no windows- just one in one bedroom. Amenities were great for our family! Live music and the Sandbar and pool were fun. The front desk staff were not very friendly nor were they very helpful. Talking to a manager helped me get my problem solved but no one seemed to care about helping. The waitress and waiter were kind and pleasant at the breakfast. We loved the access to the Greenbelt. Would stay again, if the rates were lower next time.

We have been to the Riverside several times over the years. We love the outside pool with the sandbar next to it with live music, but everyone has discovered it. The pool was too crowded, no chairs available, on Friday after we checked in. This was the noiseiest stay we have ever had. We were in the room right next to the Clint Eastwood Suite, which a group of partiers were in. They were running the hall screaming and being very loud both nights. My husband opened the door and spoke to them asking them to quite down. That was @ 11pm they were still being loud so we called front desk @ midnight. Security came and told them to quiet down, finally got quiet at 2am. The breakfast used to be great, but now is not. We probably won't stay here again. Too loud, too crowded, not great tasting breakfast, poor pillows.

The Riverside is one of our favorite places to stay. The pool and hot tub are right next to a restaurant and bar. They have live music and the atmosphere is wonderful! Breakfast is a real buffet with eggs, meats, and other real food, none of that freeze dried add water garbage.

We enjoyed jazz music at their riverside eatery, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The complex is huge and fairly new. It is right beside the river and we enjoyed the river walk.

This property is beautiful, right along the Boise River with great trails for walking. The pool is large and very popular, often with live music. The restaurant Ling and Louies is attached and was fabulous. Rooms could use an upgrade, and we had old feather pillows—when will hotels realize that we don’t like sleeping on dead bird parts?

What a fantastic hotel! The staff was nothing but helpful, the location is gorgeous. They have events going on at all times (live music in multiple areas) so there's always something to do or hear. The hotel's proximity to the river is super cool, you can very quickly take a dip in the river to cool off on hot days.

Location can't be beat! Along the Greenbelt (Boise River) that is so relaxing with great entertainment, pools and grounds. Once we moved to a better room, we loved it! (The gent at the front desk initially gave us an awful room facing the trash and maintenance area, otherwise this would have been 5 stars).

The balcony rooms overlooking the pool are lovely and you’re right by the Sand Bar with live music. The free breakfast is great and we like stopping by the Lobby Bar. Whether it’s my husband & I or our entire family with grandkids, it’s been our favorite.

The customer service was awful. The lady who checked me in was extremely rude and condescending. She looked at me shocked when I told her I didn’t know what type of car the other guest staying with me had, and demanded I call here- even though I said she was on her way.
Walking to our room from the front desk with all our luggage (and no offer to help from anyone from the front desk) was difficult. There also wasn’t an elevator in plain sight so we had to carry our luggage up a set of stairs.

This hotel was great! I really liked the location which is a short drive from downtown but with easy parking and a lot less congestion. It is connected to the green belt trail which is a nice plus. We had a room that opened outside to the pool area. The greenbelt is right next to the hotel. We saw The Gothard Sisters on St Patrick's Day in the Sapphire Room. What a great cozy venue for a show. The food we ordered was fantastic! An overall great stay. We highly recommend it.

Room we got when booking through third party was an older room. Had electrical issues with the lighting above the beds all being off. Tech was sent and issue was resolved temporarily. Seems either the cord that connects it to the plug was bad or electrical in the room itself is old and in need of replacement. Aside from that room issue the staff is extremely helpful and nice! The whole place is amazing when it comes to their amenities. Would go back for sure!

When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back.

This was our second time staying. Each time the front desk staff have been so nice and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is always delicious as well as the breakfast. The pools are clean along with the rooms. Being right on the river is an added bonus. The outdoor bar, live music inside lobby, outdoor activities etc make the stay more unique. We will continue to stay here and recommend this place to friends and family.

It was a clean and fresh hotel with live music in the lobby. However our room was several buildings down, no elevator. Confusing and needed a map to find my way around. It looked like the buildings joined by a hall way but they didn’t, we had to walk outside to the pool 2 buildings away, not ideal. My bed was made with all the blankets sideways. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a limit with required tip. It was nice, clean, with a balcony and a nice view of the river. We walked the path in the morning and evening. Had several restaurants to choose from.

Multiple issues with sinks/bath/electrical (sink didn’t drain, constant overhead light flickering) we had to call maintenance about. They were very responsive but I didn’t get the sense that they were checking things proactively or reporting issues internally as they came up. Great location along the river greenway.

It was a wonderful stay the only thing I would share is the indoor pool and hot tub need better ventilation. Neither indoor pool or hot tub are monitored and you can tell chlorine has been dumped to the max. Every kid was coughing and gagging from the hot tub. As an adult your eyes and throat burn from being in there. They just need one window that can be opened by staff.

Everything was great! My only con was that the elevator was on the other side of the building so we either had to take all our luggage up stairs and then down some, or hike across the hotel's first floor take the elevator, and then hike back across the 2nd floor. But that only affected check in and check out. The rest of the time the stairs were fine.
