Nice hotel, right by the river. Short walk from the town square / centre. The check in / out was quick and easy. I was given a free upgrade to a studio which was very nice. Food in the hotel restaurant is very good. Breakfast was included and was nice. All the staff in the hotel were really super helpful. My room was quiet and clean and comfortable. They also recommended a nice restaurant for us one evening. There is a large car park just next to it. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

All together a good stay, hotel well appointed however, the only downside side was that my colleague had no hot water either from the tap nor the shower. When turning the tap on and moving it to hot, the water stopped!!

Aside from this, the hotel was good.

Everything about the hotel, staff and service was excellent, however it’s the small things which can leave a lasting impression. Please ensure that breakfast food is covered or protected from flies. I saw flies sitting on the some of the food and it stopped me from eating. That is not good

Excellent hotel, perfect location (walking distance to the town square on the one side and on the other side easy access to the motorway). It's also the ideal place if you want to enjoy a bike-ride -which we did- and check out the beautiful countryside.

Really good for cyclists!

A really great location, close to the town centre and a very chilled vibes.

It was just unfortunate that we had a loft room which we found quite challenging, and the room didn't have a window, just a large glass door :(

Not sure if it's something more with Oudenaard in general, but the water was quite slimy/oily so we weren't sure if we could drink it, and didn't really feel clean after a shower?

It was honestly fine - and very great for cyclists and has a restaurant nearby which helps when a lot of the restaurants are closed in the town.

Towels smelled horrible! Although i wrote down that we are two people, the breakfast was for half person. A thin slice of cheese, a tiny pack of butter etc!! And charged 28€. I never stay there again, and not recommend anyone.

Nice hotel for a few nights' stay

This was our second stay in the hotel. It's on a very convenient location for travel to other places and it's situated by a river - really nice for evening walks! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

The Leopold hotel was lovely, we were there to do some cycling and we really dropped lucky to be staying there as it was so geared up for cyclists. Its a brilliant location, right next to the canal and a minutes stroll into town. Nothing to dislike, the welcome, breakfast, cleanliness, room, location and amenities were spot on!

rock concert nightmare

modern hotel .good quality rooms .on site parking 5 euros. only problem is that when we stayed there was a rock concert right out side that went on till 4.00am in the morning ,,the whole hotel shaked all night ...NO SLEEP ,GOT CAR OUT AT FIRST POSSIBLE MOMENT AND LEFT , drinks and food very expensive ,very disappointed stay as I drove 9hrs to get there so that we could go to gent ,,but because they closed all the roads off for rock concert ,could not get get car out till the next morning ,,.

Great find in Ourdenaarde, close to centre of town

We had a great night here. Parking was out the front and free of charge. The room was large and we had the wheelchair friendly ensuite. WOW it was huge. The bed was confortable and you had a choice of pillow options. There was a window you could open and also air con in the room.
Breakfast was fresh with lots of options. Right next to the river and you could walk easily into town, which we did.

Our second visit, booked for a long weekend to go cycling in the area. Hotel has a fantastic underground secure room for the bikes with proper bike racks (only accessible via a hotel key card), offers a great breakfast and is close to the main square for cafes/restaurants etc. Will be returning next year!

We arrived by train. We were on foot looking for the hotel and it was a bit confusing finding it, but well worth the stay. Good value. Right along waterway. Rooms very nice though rest of complex under construction. The best in hotel complimentary breakfast we have had in a long time. Everything fresh. Scrambled eggs prepared deliciously. Ample lox and prosciutto. Even good espresso.

Great Location In Flanders

Leopold Hotel has a great location in central Oudenaarde, just a few minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is brand new and as such is immaculate. The bed was super comfy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel caters brilliantly for cyclists with a seperate, secure bike storage facility in the car park. It's right next to the river Schelde and on the Flanders cycling routes too.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles liegt gut zu erreichen und der kostenlose Parkplatz ist perfekt. Das Personal ist super lieb. Allerdings hatten wir für einen Geburtstag als Überraschung einen Frühstückstisch angefragt. Dieses hat leider nicht geklappt und leider wurde dieser auch bei Anreise direkt abgerechnet sodass die Überraschung leider nicht geglückt ist. Vielleicht ein Kommunikationsproblem? Sonst können wir nur Gutes berichten

1 beker in de badkamer was nog besmeurd met tandpasta

Op zondagmorgen is rustig ontbijten ook niet aan de orde.
Grote groepen van buitenaf die kwamen ontbijten. Te weinig stoelen waren voorzien voor een bepaalde ploeg die met meer aankwamen dan er gereserveerd werd. Het personeel deed er alles aan om zo snel mogelijk alles in orde te brengen, doch 30 minuten was het chaos door die ploeg.. ze bleven ook rechtstaan tussen de ontbijttafels. Personeel had hen beter even terug naar de receptie doorverwezen om daar te wachten tot alles in orde was en zo de hotelgasten niet te storen.

Positief: vriendelijk personeen, voldoende parkeerplaats voor het hotel, niet ver van de grote markt van Oudenaarde.

Petit point négatif, la couette est trop petite et le petit déjeuner très cher. Je recommande tout de même cet établissement car bon rapport qualité prix pour les chambres.

Het is zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Handdoeken met rafels geen verzorgingsproducten. Vlekken in de vloerbedekking batterij tv leeg. Hele smerige plek naast bed op de ruit.
Tas met 4 paar schoenen vergeten in de kamer en hierover slechte communicatie en nog geen goed antwoord terwijl de tas op zeker hier is blijven staan met volledige inhoud!
