We had a fantastic stay at this property! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The pool and spa area were a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best parts was how close the beach was, just a short walk away! Plus, it’s located near plenty of restaurants and bars, so dining out and enjoying the nightlife was super convenient. The food options nearby were excellent, with something for every taste. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Staff are all wonderful and will do their best to provide excellent service. Food is always lovely. Relaxing areas to sit and drink wine or coffee both inside and outside.Rooms and suites are kept clean and to a high standard. Mini bar stocked with lots of choices of drinks, mixers, wine, beer, snacks - both sweet and savoury. Room service is excellent too. Balcony with our suite was fantastic; spacious with sun loungers, chairs and tables. Beautiful views of the sea and the pine trees. A stones throw from lovely cafes, bars, small shops, post office, supermarkets and harbour. Set in between Makarska and Brela which are both a lovely walk. Reception are happy to arrange tours and trips or taxi services to almost anywhere: highly recommended are Split, Bosnia, Vineyard Wine tasting. The indoor pool is contemporary in design and has two whirlpools next to it also as well as loungers and towels provided for guests. The spa treatments are excellent and highly recommended, the staff are fantastic, so friendly and deliver amazing treatments. The hair salon is also excellent and has lovely staff. We have gone several times to this hotel and are never disappointed. Can’t wait to visit next year.

The Grand Hotel is a gem of a find in an adorable town. It is THE place to stay in Boska Voda. Right on the promenade and directly across from the beach. Tons of dining and entertainment options right out the door. The oceanfront view was amazing. The dining was really nice and the entire hotel was chic, updated and well done while retaining the old world charm that is hard to find anymore.

Great location opposite beach and on the main drag of Baška Voda. Busy seaside town on Dalmatian coast with lots of restaurants. Hotel is nice with big rooms. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff super friendly and helpful. We were there during peak time but it didn’t feel overrun. Parking is 150 meters away at sister hotel and is charged extra at €15-20 a day.

This property is in a great location right in front of the beach and close to varying restaurants and shops.

However be aware of what room you book as we were rather surprised at the compactness of our room which was not what we were expecting. Also with the property of this stature you would expect a bell boy or someone to come and help you with your luggage from the car up the stairs to the front entrance or for there to be at least a ramp for both people with big bags and with problems walking upstairs.

The car parking is Not on property but in the grounds of a different hotel and this makes it a little awkward for offloading and loading your luggage

A 5 Star Hotel!

Absolutely amazing hotel, service and the best restaurant in town!

I travel a lot for work and I stay in a lot of different hotels including 5 star hotels in London. This hotel, for the first time ever, felt like home. The room is spacious and cozy, people are very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommending to go to the wine tasting!

Un séjour presque parfait !

Séjour qui aurait dû être parfait Hôtel merveilleusement bien situé face à la mer - Mais un peu gâché par des jeunes adolescents locaux venus plusieurs soirs d’affilée squatter le lobby du 4ème étage face à notre chambre, se permettant même d’importuner les clients en tambourinant à leur porte de chambre ! Un comble quand on sait que l’hôtel se targue d’être réservé aux adultes !

Un séjour très agréable. Nous avions pris la chambre avec grand balcon vue mer : magnifique. Bel hôtel, propre, avec un personnel très aimable. Le parking voiture est en effet à 20€ par jour mais au vue des tarifs des parkings public, c'est raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très copieux. Nous avons mangé un seul soir à l’hôtel : correct.
Le SPA est aussi magnifique et très agréable.

Great hotel, friendly and service minded staff and very close to the beach. Can recommend the restaurant! Only remark would be that sunbeds on the beach were not included and had to be rented separately from private hosts for approx 30 EUR/day for two persons.

Saknade en pool,
Bra mat men dyrt .
Många fina resturanger att välja på utmed stranden som hade bättre priser .
Man behövde ha speciella badskor pga steniga stränder , men dom kunde man köpa i stånden utmed stranden


Behövde man handla något så var det inte långt till närmaste affär .

Skulle gärna åka dit igen , överlägset bästa hotellet i det området.

Bra!

Supernöjda! Fint hotell som ligger centralt precis vid havet. Trevlig frukost. För två morgontrötta personer var det dock lite jobbigt (men kanske bra) att kyrkans klockor ringde och väckte oss tidigt varje morgon.

Flott hotell

For et flott sted å slappe av på og å lade batteriene etter en lang vinter! Hotellet er rent og pent. Frokosten er god og variert, med godt utvalg og mye god frukt og bakverk. I restauranten får du servert gode middager og gode drinker til en bra pris i baren. Det er en egen spa-avdeling på hotellet, med gode priser. Du trenger ikke ta med badesko, badehåndklær mv når du skal hit. Det er butikker i umiddelbar nærhet hvor du får kjøpt dette. At hotellet ligger rett overfor stranda er et stort pluss. Hotellet ligger også i gangavstand til mange andre restauranter, om en ikke ønsker å spise alle middagene på hotellet. Personalet er utrolig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilt. Fikk raskt svar på eposter når jeg hadde spørsmål i forkant av reisen. Da vi skulle sjekke ut tidlig på morgenen, før frokost, fikk vi med oss lunsjboks og drikke - uten å ha etterspurt dette. Helt fantastisk! Hotellet anbefales, og jeg håper vi får muligheten til å komme tilbake!

Fantastico

Hotel molto bello, praticamente sulla spiaggia. Camera spaziosa e confortevole così come il bagno (però con pochi arredi). Colazione eccezionale con varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati, frutta secca e fresca, bevande, formaggi, salumi, verdure crude e cotte (spettacolari i gratinati), uova e tanta altra roba buonissima. Il ristorante con buona scelta di vini e cibo e servizio di buon livello.

Modern hotell mittemot stranden

Modern hotell som ligger cirka 30 meter från stranden. Överlag rekommenderar jag hotellet dock finns det utrymme för förbättringar.

Positivt:
-Nära till stranden, strandpromenaden, samt allt annat som Baska Voda har att erbjuda. Du kommer att bo centralt.
-Hotellet är nyligen renoverad vilket ger en modern och lyxig känsla.
-Städpersonal är trevliga och de gör det lilla extra för att du som gäst ska trivas. Supernöjd med daglig städning och bemötandet från städpersonal.
-Det är allmänt rent och snyggt (hissar,lobby,receptionen,korridoren)
-Sköna sängar.
-Bra AC som kyler väl.
-Det är generöst att spa ingår i vistelsen.(öppet mellan 08:00-20:00).
-Tyst

Negativt/Förbättringsförslag:
- Frukost: Väldigt tråkig frukostbuffé som ger intryck att maten är gammal. Att servera bröd från igår, samt yoghurt ur plastglas är inget jag förväntar mig på en 4-stjärnigt hotell.
- Middagbuffe (som ingår i halvpension): Samma som frukost, tråkigt, smaklöst, och inget som jag tycker man bör lägga pengar på. Finns väldigt bra restauranger i närheten.
- Köper du halvpension förvänta dig inte att du får sitta ute på kvällen i den fina restaurangen, utan du får sitta i en speciell avdelning för gäster som har köpt halvpension.
-Avsaknad av el-klädtork: Har du inte balkong så är det omöjligt att torka badkläder och handdukar.
-Serveringspersonal allmänt ointresserad och är högljudda.
-Skyltning av maten är oftast felaktig/saknas.
-Heltäckningsmatta i rummet var fläckig.

Hotelet var jätte fint. Det fanns god mat och bra service. Hotellet låg på perfekta stället nära till allt. Vi köpte all Inklusive men ändå fick vi betala för drickorna till middags buffen. Vi fick även betala 2 euro per dag för turist avgift på hotellet. Men allmänt var hotellet fantastiskt bra och maten var perfekt.

Bra städning, ok service. Står att parkeringen är gratis men det finns aldrig platser tillgängliga. Vi fick ställa oss längre bort och slutade ändå upp med en massa böter.

Mycket fint hotell. Vi hade ett superior rum högst upp med delvis havsutsikt och allt kändes bra och fint. Servicen var riktigt bra, kan inte klaga på någonting. I vissa avseenden kändes vistelsen som femstjärnigt till och med. Hotellet höll covid-föreskrifterna väldigt noggrannt och bra. Hotellets restaurang är områdets bästa restaurang. Den unga man som serverade oss gav oss superb service och utmärkta vinförslag till middagen.

Das Hotel war ein Traum. Wir hatten Glück und auf irgendwelche Art und Weise auch immer würde unser Zimmer geupgradet. Wir hatten ein Appartment und Balkone mit Blick zum Meer und auf die Berge. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und hat uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Die Auswahl ist „kleiner“ aber dafür qualitativ umso hochwertiger. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Es gibt absolut nichts, was ich an unserem Aufenthalt aussetzen könnte. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine riesige Auswahl und hatte alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und wurde teilweise sogar liebevoll aufgeräumt. Ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen.
