Nice hotel conveniently located
Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. The main one includes the double bed and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second room has 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Both rooms have a balcony, TV’s and wardrobes. Staff was friendly, especially the two ladies from the breakfast. Buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of bread, pastries, cereals, juices, etc. Private and secured free parking at the back of the hotel.

The hotel location is excellent for the town a only a 5 minute walk to the lake. The hotel is a bit dated but in a quirky way. Our room was compact but had everything we needed shower, wc, tv, & balcony. Parking is free & secure, there is plenty of on street parking close by.
Continental breakfast is served in a nice room and plenty of choice. After 21:00 the reception and front door is locked, with access gained by a coded gate & door.

However, our room was nicely decorated and thoroughly cleaned each day; there's a great combo-bar/lounge/café off the lobby with a free Internet connected-computer and widescreen TV (mainly used by kids); and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for families, friends and couples alike.
It was fairly noisy during the morning and late-afternoon 'commutes' to/back from the slopes, but no more than for an hour or so at a time (and didn't really disturb my night's sleep).

Le seul reproche que je peux faire c’est que comme c’est un très veille hôtel il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et que l’on étant quand pas mal les personnes au dessus car c’est des planchers en bois. Sinon accueil sympa et professionnel

Nous sortions, 2 semaines au paravant, d’un 4 étoiles sans âme et nous avons été agréablement surpris, dès notre arrivée, par un tel désir de bien faire de la part de cet établissement. Hôtel de charme et de cœur où nous retournerons volontiers à 2 pas du centre ville animé et du lac.

Excellent accueil de la part du personnel très serviable. Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir sous la neige et quel bonheur de franchir le pas de cet hôtel de charme où il faisait chaud. Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Situé à 2 km des pistes, cet hôtel est classe et offre de nombreux services. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

L’hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas du lac et de tous les commerces. Excellent accueil et conseils avisés pour les activités à pratiquer. Crise sanitaire oblige, un service de petits déjeuners et dîner en chambre était proposé. Bien organisé. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas parfaite.

Malgres un jon séjour passé dans votre hôtel. Je pense qu il faudrait soit une clim soit un ventilateur dans la chambre avec ces forte chaleur. Et essayer un moyen de refaire la porte de la salle de bain, elle est très dure à ouvrir et fermer et elle est très bruyante. En tout cas un grand merci au personnel qui est très à l ecoute et fort aimable. Merci

L'Hôtel des Bains est sana aucun doute à recommander: ambiance entre \"ancien et moderne\", très calme et très accueillant. Le service est superbe: accompagnement jusqu'à la chambre, buffet de petit déjeuner copieux, savoureux, et un grand choix. Enfin, l'emplacement de l'hôtel à deux pas du centre est excellent, tout en n'ayant pas les nuisances sonores de la ville.

HOTEL A GERARMER A RETENIR
Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel des Bains, l'accueil, le confort de la chambre, le charme de l'ancien du bâtiment avec ses grands escaliers et sa décoration. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet, on peut y trouver tout ce que l'on veut. Bon service, personnel aimable et accueillant. Tout près du centre et en même temps du lac pour de belles ballades ! Gérardmer ville animée, avec tous les commerces, ses restaurants et ses spécialités convient pour tous été comme hiver.
