The trip started very bad at the check-in, as there was missunderstanding about the SPA access. There is no SPA Access included on the price for hotel guests. You have to pay 35 Euros per Person if you wanna use the SPA.
The front desk manager was very nice and she did everything possible to make us happy.
Overall we had a nice stay and would come back again.

We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left.

Leuk gezinsverblijf!

Super mooie locatie, in alle rust, leuke speeltuin. Ruime en mooi ingerichte lodge, jammer dat de keukenkast scheef hing en twee schappen in de koelkast half gemaakt waren. Sympathiek zwembad, ideaal om een uurtje in door te brengen met de kids. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en lekker.
We komen graag nog eens terug.

Bel établissement cependant, nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié le brouhaha, le bruit de la table des 10clients mercredi soir 05/04 en salle de restauration, ces personnes n'ont absolument pas respecté le calme et la tranquillité des autres clients, personne n'est intervenu pur les calmer, désolant. Par ailleurs l'accès au SPA à 43 euros par personne est très cher surtout que la piscine est fermée. Nous ne reviendrons plus au HIRTZ!

Das Hotel preist sich als grossartige Wellnessoase an: Die Saunen sind mini klein, schlecht verarbeitet und für jeden passionierten Saunagänger ein Horror (textilfrei verboten). Das ganz Konzept wirkt sehr zusammengestückelt.

Le domaine est très au calme , dans la forêt . Les lodges sont récents et très agréables. Nous n’avons pas essayé l’auberge ni le Spa. Il y a des activités variées tout autour , dont du canyoning dans la Doller qu’on vous conseille ( a 45mn) . Nos enfants sont grands mais pour les petits , c’est Sympa car pas de route et des jeux extérieurs

Nous étions 7 à loger dans un lodge (dont un couple). Les lodges sont magnifiques, neufs, lumineux, propres. Une suggestion a été faite par un couple qui occupait la chambre au rez-de-chaussée : mettre un rideau devant la vitre en dépoli pour cacher la luminosité. En effet, dès qu'une personne allume la salle à manger, la chambre est allumée. Sinon le restaurant est également très bien, spécialités alsaciennes.

L'idéal pour une coupure

Niché dans la forêt, cet établissement est un vrai nid douillet. Tout pour faire une coupure : pas ou peu de réseau, le chant des oiseaux en guise de réveil, une ambiance cocooning etc. Le bonheur ! Possibilité de se restaurer sur place, de nombreux plats sont \"fait maison\". Personnel agréable et attentionné. Endroit à découvrir !

Idéal pour faire de la marche ou du vtt...

Petit week-end pour faire du vtt dans le grand ballon, l'hôtel est vraiment sympa, attention à la photo de la chambre sur le site hôtel .com, la chambre côté nord n'a pas de balcon... Le resto est également sympa, il manque un peu d'organisation, ça sent le neuf... Mais j'y retournerais avec plaisir....

Hotel dans les bois au calme

L'hôtel est très bien, calme. le personnel est très professionnel. La chambre est grande et dans un placard il y a un petit coin cuisine. Cela ressembles plus à un studio. La salle de bain est aussi très propre. Le restaurant est super et on y mange très bien. Le menu du jour est très copieux.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

L'hôtel est situé dans la montagne au milieu de la nature.
La qualité de la chambre est correcte par rapport au prix payé, notamment la literie qui est très confortable.
Les lodges ont une sorte de kitchenette cachée dans une armoire, dont nous ne sommes pas servi, préférant le petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant. Pour 11 €, vous avez sur votre table du pain, des viennoiseries, de la charcuterie, des fruits, jus de fruits frais et café/thé. C'était très copieux et bon.
Le bémol est sur la salle de bains, qui est une sorte de cabine rajoutée dans la chambre. Nous avons eu un souci de remontée d'odeurs en utilisant la douche.
