We used this property for two overnight stays while travelling. Friendly & helpful reception staff. The dog received a gift. Secure car parking for €10/night which we used once as the adjoining public car park was full. We chose a one bedroom apartment as we had a small dog with us & we're very pleased with it. It was large & very comfortable. The restaurant was closed but takeaway pizzas were available at reception. The property is a 15 minute walk from Mulhouse centre where here is an abundance of places to eat, drink & shop. Will use this property again.

Was a stop over night on our road trip holiday, the old town parts were amazing, but wouldn't recommend going far off the beaten track of an evening as it just didn't feel particularly safe (the carrefour had a bouncer for example, and it looked like it needed it). Still a nice city and the accommodation was wonderful and in a good location with underground parking

Cheap place to lay your head only, beware...

Sorry but an overall dirty room, stains on carpets (I mean lots of stains, not just the one off) Bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned. Dorm style furniture. I guess that's okay if you're a 20 something...Nasty breakfast, how can you mess up eggs... The only good part about the stay was the wonderful Indian restaurant we found about 15 minutes away for dinner, great food.

Convenient and close to town and freeway

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the town. The staff was professional and friendly; the room clean itself. Just the bedsheets seemed to be a bit dirty or stained feom a previous guest (still washed though, but somehow the “accident” of a previous guest could not be entirely removed for some reason...). Maybe for next time we would ask for a replacement. As we needed it for an event outside Mulhouse it was convenient too because it had a garage (additional fee) and close access to freeway. The breakfast was ok; if you can take a short walk towards city and try the bakery Bertin (10min walk) very nice and almost half the price. But all together a good experience and to recommend.

We loved it from day one we entered the hotel. Hotel staff was really cooperative. Especially the gentlemen who dealt with us on late night check in was really good at explaining and left us with no questions to be asked.

Great for self catering

A 1 night stopover as a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). Friendly check in where the receptionist telephoned a nearby restaurant to book a table for us. We had an apartment with two seperate rooms which were very spacious and well equipped. The kitchenette even had a small dishwasher and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge and tea towel were all provided.The apartment was simply furished but was clean and quiet with efficient air conditioning. The only downside was the double sofa bed which being metal framed and spring was very creaky. Good value for those looking to self cater. There is an underground secure carpark for which a charge is made. About Euro6 for the night I think.
We ate at a fabulous restaurant about 10 minutes walk down the road, L'entrecot de Mulhouse. The entrecote steaks at Euro16 were good value and thoroughly delicious. Highly recommended.

It was a very bad experience. The front office lady was very rude and lacking any kind of service approach. Not sure whether I was the guest or she. She was expecting me to work for her to get the remotes find the comforters etc., Very very bad experience . Will never suggest.

A one night stay for a break between driving from Brussels to Geneva. Overall better than expected. Parking is confusing and neighbouring rooms were very noisy but other than that no major complaint. Rooms were clean and service was not bad for apartment style hotel

Mulhouse is beautiful.

Watch your wallet for hidden costs.

A nice apartment hotel. I do NOT recommend that you buy the breakfast package. It is expensive and poor quality. At Almost Euro 10 a day, you are better off going to the local Monoprix, which is two tram stops away. The restaurant nearby are also so-so. Go into the town centre for better food. The coffee (machine) is dreadful. Another hidden cost is the WiFi service at Euro 2 a day. WiFi is only free on the ground level. Once you buy it, the signal is strong, but you have to re-log in about ever hour. Finally be aware of tour buses. Two days in a row there were tourist buses. The people over ran the breakfast room, consuming the food, creating a lot of noise. It was pretty unpleasant. The rooms are nice. No complaints there.

Easy access to highway as we drove to basel each day. So easy. Walking into center of town only 15 min. Would stay again

Hotel is very nice. The rooms was VERY big and very clean. The hotel has secured underground parking and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is only about a year old so about the only problem with it, was it was a bit hard to locate as it was not on the cars navigation GPS system.

Functional new aparthotel in Mulhouse

We used Appart'City for a visit to the French National Railway Museum. On arrival our booking could not be found and we never did get the 2-bedroom apartment we had booked via hotels.com.The block is new,a few minutes walk from the centre,and very clean but suffers from traffic noise as it is on one of the main roads into Mulhouse and close to a junction-so not good for lighter sleepers ! But on the upside the tramstop is virtually outside and the staff were helpful and we got free breakfasts as recompense for the booking mix-up.

Overall good stay - rooms clean and well presented.
Kettle was eventually provided after request (strange that there wasn't one).
Only disappointment was breakfast: expensive for what was provided which was very ordinary

Good hotel, poor directions

Hotel itself was very good, well equipped and comfortable room although internet could be better. The area around the hotel was pretty deserted at night, lots of offices and apartments although there is a tram stop nearby. It's about a 10-15 min walk to any shops, restaurants etc. The map supplied by hotels.com showing the location of the hotel was misleading as it showed the hotel in the wrong place and we wasted about 15 mins searching for it. Added to that, the hotel did not have clear signage showing its name. For anyone approaching from the city centre, it's on the eastern side of Avenue Robert Schumann at the crossroads with Rue Lefebvre.

Very nice new hotel located across from the Tram line and about 10 min walk to city center. Rooms/bathrooms are large and have a kitchenette. Price was very reasonable and has laundry facilities. Breakfast was not included so did not try it.

Ok, but definitely had a dorm feel - basic, but functional. No wifi in the room (I would have paid the additional fee, but was told they didn't have enough \"boxes\" - routers??). Do NOT pay for a \"balcony\" if you expect (like I did) a usable outdoor space. My balcony had 8 foot high bright yellow metal walls on 2 sides and 8 ft of yellow chain link fence on the 3rd side with a view of the public gravel parking lot beside the hotel (which you can use for free, btw).

Nice to be close to the canal for evening walks, and convenient to the tram.

The apartment has underground car park for additional charge of €6. Staff there not the most customer friendly ones but ok if not staying for too long. Apartment was very nice but ensure to bring your own toiletries. Only French channels on TV and no coffee or tea provided. But you can get breakfast for €9.50. I would advise to get breakfast outside though.

Dans l'ensemble et sûrement sur l'aspect rapport qualité prix c'est un bon hôtel.
Cependant dans ce genre d'établissement toujours les mêmes bémol. L'isolation phonique est un peu limite. Qualité des boissons du petit déjeuner pourrais être amélioré. Encore une fois pour le rapport qualité prix on s'en contente.

Das Appart City Confort Hotel bietet geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Das ruhige Hotel liegt dabei auch sehr gut da das Zentrum von Mulhouse zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen ist. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Odeur chimique tenace... Fumée de cigarette ?

Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement nous avons tous les 4 ete frappé par une odeur chimique marquée atténuée par une aération toutes fenêtres ouvertes... Nous avons ensuite du aérer systématiquement, mettre en poste un purificateur d'air personnel que nous avions amené etc... Étant sensible à de tels composés mon sejour n'a pas été agréable malgré la prise d'antihistaminiques... Nous soupconnons que de multiples occupants passés ont du fumer dans l'appartement malgré l'interdiction de le faire, avec tentative de masquage avec des produits managers... A moins que les pieces aient été repeintes récemment ?

Chambre agréable avec belle vue sur la ville (8ème étage !) .Coin cuisine bien pratique même s'il manque un peu de vaisselle ( une petite casserole pourrait être utile) . Salle de bain simple mais fonctionnelle et avec de l'espace. Bonne literie. Pas de problème de propreté.

A nice round building, nice apartments. The room is very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are soft and neat. Bathroom well equipped. The outside name sign could be more bigger, this looks small. All in all a very good place for us to stay for one night!

Nous avons eu un accueil médiocre le samedi 11/03 au soir la réceptionniste était odieuse on était très fatigué aucune compassion certes j’étais en tort car je n’avais pas ma carte d’identité mais aucune solution nous a été apportée.
J’ai dû batailler pour avoir le numéro de la responsable car elle ne voulait pas l’appeler.
À la fin la responsable a trouvé une solution.
Mais il y a eu beaucoup de mauvaise foi de la réceptionniste !

Apartamentos muy cerca andando del centro (15min) y de la estacion de tren (25min), tambien hay tranvias. Apartamentos comodos y completos pero las camas muy pequeñas (menos de 90cm) y la calefacción no se podia poner a mas de 20ºC. El personal muy agradable y atento pero algunos no sabian nada de inglés. En general bien.
