In marked contrast to my last stay (a month ago) in a French budget hotel, this was exactly as I hoped: clean, friendly, with functioning wifi and a manager who immediately moved me to another room when it turned out the TV was not working. Good breakfast. I'd go again...

Reception was not staffed when we arrived. Initially we were allocated and room on the second floor and there is no lift. We asked to be moved and were given one on the ground floor. The building and rooms are looking tired and dated. Our room was very small and felt quite claustrophobic. We chose an 08:30 breakfast and the choice was limited to what was left. On the plus side, the receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant for our evening meal.

Easy check in, although the receptionist spoke to me in German, although I spoke to her in French. She knew that we were English, but didn’t speak any English. She asked me to pay €18 in local tax, but when I gave her my credit card, she changed her mind. She only wanted cash !

Having stayed at the Ilzach branch on the way to Italy we stopped here on our way back. Although the room seemed a little smaller and perhaps slightly more dated, the standard of cleanliness was similarly of the highest order and the service from the staff superb.
Best of all we arrived, by complete chance, on the day of a Soiree Raclette. We were provided with a really excellent meal and accompanying wines .... and all free of charge!!!
We will certainly be returning to this small chain of hotels in Alsace on future trips.

This hotel is not the best quality but it was just a pit stop for us anyways. However, the beds were the most comfortable we had during our 17 night vacation. Noise from neighbors was a problem though.

This hotel is ideal for an overnight stop during a long journey, which is what we used it for. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant on site but a short walk or drive away there are a selection of options (near the centre commercial). If you do not want to go out then there are machines in the entrance which give sandwiches and hot food.

Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et sympathique. Mention spéciale à la petite dame au petit déjeuner ce matin qui avait une pêche d'enfer. Les chambres ont juste la taille qu'il faut pour y dormir, lit confortable et bien haut. Le seul bémol pour nous a été l état de la SDB avec des toiles de poussières et une araignée écrasée, la Vmc où il manquait le plastique et dommage que la clim ne fonctionnait pas car il faisait très lourd mais c'est un détail.

L'établissement est de conception récente, mais n'offre pas cependant, le confort espéré. Les chambres sont petites, tout comme la salle de bain. De plus, la salle de bain n'est pas pratique, et elle est peu fonctionnelle. Les couloirs sont bruyants et le personnel du netoyage est pour le moins peu respectueux du sommeil des utilisateurs. Un établssement à éviter dans la mesure du possible.

Het was bij aankomst “ lastig” via n automaat je aan te melden. Niemand achter de receptie. Met behulp van de stem die je belde lukte het al met al wel! Het idee in een “ leeg” hotel te zijn viel later anders uit. 2 volle bussen met mensen sliepen er ook !

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, wirkt auf den ersten Blick sauber, auf den zweiten doch nicht so sauber, das Bett nicht sonderlich bequem und die Funktionalität z.T. eingeschränkt (z.B. Licht im Bad). Das Frühstück ist von der Qualität nicht sehr hochwertig. Der Check-Out wiederum sehr unkompliziert. Für den Preis und für eine Nacht doch in Ordnung.

L'accueil fut bon et la chambre était propre.
Cependant, cet hotel non fumeur pue la clope. Sur les 5 nuits lors de plusieurs sejours, il y'a toujours eu un client qui fumait dans sa chambre et qui empestait tout l'étage. Le personnel a beau monter dans les étages, il ne fait rien alors qu'il suffirait de donner des amendes aux fumeurs.
Rien n'est plus enervant de se faire reveiller au milieu de la nuit par des odeurs de cigarettes et de devoir ouvrir les fenetres de la chambre et de l'étage.

Arrivando dopo le 22, avendo avvertito, abbiamo trovato la macchinetta senza carta e quindi non siamo riusciti a sapere il codice per entrare, ne quale era il numero della nostra stanza. Per fortuna c'era un'altra coppia dentro, che invece aveva avuto il codice ma niente chiave e ci hanno fatto entrare. Ho dovuto provare la chiave in quasi tutte le porte prima di trovare la nostra stanza. Estremamente sconsigliato se arrivate dopo le 22! Per il resto un albergo semplice, stanza pulita ma troppo calda, comunque passabile per una notte di transito.
