The room was cold, couldn't crank up the heat enough to warm it up. Hallway were cold too. Old building needing upkeep. The TV remote worked intermittently. Room smelled smoky, for a non-smoking room.
Not sure I'd stay here again unless I was desparate.

The room service staff took my water bottle from the room althought it was clearly visible that it was not disposable. Despite reporting to the reception desk I coldnt get it back before I checkout.

In addition to this they also took away my tooth brush & tooth paste which was my personal property. When asked the reception desk to provide my tooth brush & paste they said they it is not available.

The iron was also provided without any iron stand.

Large clean room, comfortable bed & pullows, good air con, cosy bar, nice pool with outside bar seating. Restaurant was ok, dinner good, breakfast mediocre. Ours was included in room rate, but would not have paid the€18 for awful coffee and average buffet.

It was ok - it was not staffed enough to support all staying in the hotel, when we were there. The first day breakfast (19th Aug 25) was disaster - despite the best effort from a lady (only one on the ground) - many end up waiting for long / left without having breakfast.. Next day was ok - few more staff on the ground then.... Perhaps, it was an odd week in the holiday month.

Air con didn’t work and property was dated. I’d stayed in a basic Kyriad (Beaune), the night before and although the room was considerably smaller, everything worked and it was spotlessly clean.
The Kyriad Prestige may have had a pool but I won’t be using it again.
Complained about the lack of functioning aircon and got a small refund.

¨Pas de restauration pour les clients

Je suis déçu de ma réservation à l'hôtel pour la raison suivante : l'hôtel propose la restauration midi et soir. A notre arrivée, après réglé la facture de la réservation, nous constatons dans l'ascenceur que le restaurant est fermé juqu'a fin janvier 2025. Quand j'ai fais la réservation, la restauration faisait partie des presatations de l'hôtel. A aucun moment, nous avons été prévenue de ce manque de service de restauration. Si j'avais été prévenu à l'avance, j'aurai surement annulé ma réservation. Il y a vraiment un manque de respect de la clientele.

The AC system wasn't working correctly. The night felt a bit warm. The location seem to be an industrial area. Not many places to dine around the hotel, but in the hotel restaurant. We ate at the restaurant. Big parking lot. Staff was friendly.

We arrived at the hotel after 18 hours on the road.
Check in was very straightforward and then had a lovely relaxing meal in the restaurant.
Our room was very comfortable and we had the most amazing sleep.
Good bed and pillows which can be a bit of a hit or miss.

Reasonable hotel let down by its restaurant.

The hotel is very good, the restaurant however is appalling. I had the the chefs burger, it was dreadful. I left half of it. Who puts a patte of greasy hash browns on a burger? Problem is that there are no other restaurants nearby which means that I will not be staying here again. Other negative notes is the a 50cl beer is 7.5 euro and the cheapest restaurant wine is 33 euro.

Good price for the room, which was comfortable and nice. Restaurant was closed on Sunday and only had frozen overpriced pizza. Breakfast buffet was way way overpriced - 16 euro each for standard breads, jams, etc - scrambled eggs seemed to be from powder.

We stayed in a very large room with comfortable beds and very clean. However, the condition was not great. The curtains were falling off and the shower head detached.
Nice staff and service.
Overall we had a good stay, which was fine for a couple of nights

I stayed at this hotel after a 12hr drive from the UK. I had booked here so I could unwind in the pool and gym (both advertised on this site) . When I checked in, I was told the gym was closed for refurbishment (I looked in the room and all the apparatus were in place and no building work had been undertaken), and the pool was full of debris so unusable. The restaurant is closed on Sunday nights so they offer a bar snacks menu. I can't remember the exact figure I paid but I reckon it must have been €14 for a couple of frankfurters cut in two and put on top of some lettuce and sweetcorn.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel pretty outdated and in a very industrial area off the motorway but ok for a stopover. It's saving grace is the outdoor pool area. The claims made by the hotel about the Zen atmosphere and views are rather far fetched. Would not class our premier rooms any more than basic and bathrooms need a makeover. There was an awful smell in the first floor corridor. Restaurant very expensive for the food on offer. Tasted ok but portion sizes too small. Decent breakfast buffet at a cost.

Stayed here because of location. Nice room clean and big.
I would give a better rating just for the hotel stay but the breakfast experience was beyond terrible. I thought the breakfast was included as at check in the guy insinuated it was included. Went for breakfast around 8:30 and it looked like a tornado had been through. Coffee maker broken. No food at all. No croissants and no other breakfast breads. We are a hard boiled egg and some yogurt and left. Didn’t over stress at the time because we thought it was included. When I checked out and they charged me 15.50 each I almost fell to the ground. I feel robbed.

The hotel is 28Km from Basel airport

We have booked this hotel cause we arrived late to Basel airport and car rental was closed .
we had to be there the morning after to take the rental car so we had to find hotel for that night.
It was a mistake to book this hotel as it os not close to the airport at all (it is 28 km from there) and it cost us 65 Euro to get to the hotel (we booked in advance) and 45 Euro to come back to the airport in the morning - what made this hotel 110 euro more expensive.
The hotel is ok but nothing special.
Breakfast was 8 Euro (continental) and 15 Euro fotr buffet (very basic)
children are free (for breakfast)

Prices of Swiss hotels out of our range, we found this on Expedia at a reasonable price. Unfortunately arrived too late to swim but the garden is very pleasant. Lovely to sit out on the terrace the next morning with our breakfast. I like that they have 2 rates, convenient for those who do not wish to have a large breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is nothing special, I was expecting something more after the excellent dinner at the restaurant. There is no minibar in the bedroom.

Camera spaziosa, qualche problema con le pulizie (le hanno fatte tardi la sera perchè c'erano \"gli arrivi\" (e a me ??). Colazione molto buona, con signora che serviva molto disponibile.
Peccato la sauna non funzionasse (d'inverno) perchè la fanno andare solo quando la piscina è in servizio (??).

Nel complesso è un ex Tulip che avrebbe bisogno di un po' di rinfresco ma non ci si può lamentare, noi ci siamo trovati bene. Vicino alla zona centro commerciale e a Mulhouse, a mezz'ora da Colmar.

Nota di merito per la bella Tv a LCD in camera.

Stranamente invece il tappeto di ingresso era sempre sporco, mai stato aspirato in 3 giorni di soggiorno, e nell'armadio abbiamo trovato 2 mutande (usate) lasciate dall'inquilino precedente. Ma come fanno le pulizie ?

La chambre était propre mais pas en super bon état: rideaux déchiré qui ne ferme pas jusqu'au bout, chasse d'eau qui reste coincée, boîte à mouchoirs attachée au mur qui se casse la figure dès qu'on prend un mouchoir, plafond qui s'effrite, et moquette des couloirs très tâchée.
