We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses.
The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse.

The room we had was small with one little window which made it feel even more cramped. The brown on one wall and the ceiling, the terrible scuffed walls that had been white, also made it feel dreary. We went to the \"wine bar\" which was in the lower level that was being used to deliver kitchen supplies so it was less than inviting. The high ratings were not reflected in our visit.

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there.
I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room.

Great location on the edge of the old city and an easy walk from the main train station. Hotel is in a charming old building. Service was excellent - friendly and helpful, for example storing luggage both coming and leaving. We did not try their restaurant.

Wow, the reviews were right, this place is exceptional. Huge, soft bed, the latest touch switch LED lights. A rarity in this price: room aircon. The friendly staff went above & beyond. Even the in house restaurant offers genuine home cooked meals for a very reasonable flat rate. Check in & out was all online and very easy. Fantastic.

The hotel is well located being close to the station and to the centre of town. My room was quite compact and the bathroom was a bit tight but it had everything you would want and was quiet for sleeping.

We chose the property because it’s close to the train station, but what we didn’t know is that the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is a fresh and full spread of ash morning, and the beds and comfy. The property is simple and old but it didn’t feel dated or in the least. The only could have used a small fridge or iron, but we also didn’t ask, so maybe that have those on hand or could help if needed. Thank you for the lovely stay! We’d stay again!

Tres bel hôtel situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare. Le service et l'acceuil est exceptionnel, la receptionniste m'a meme accompagnée jusqu'à la chambre. La formule dîner etait vraiment de tres bonne qualité, avec la possibilité de livrer en chambre. Tres bon petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet. Je reviendrais!

Meilleur hotel de Mulhouse !
Hotel très propre, avec du charme et moderne à la fois. Chambre refait à neuf, pas très grande mais très bien emménagées. Salle de bain moderne. La machine à café Nespresso, la carafe et le verre d'eau sont les bienvenus ! Literie tout à fait confortable (alors que j'ai des problèmes de cervicales, donc c'est pour dire). Enfin service au top avec des réceptionnistes très sympa qui vous emmène même jusqu'à votre chambre (tellement rare de nos jours !). Sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé, près du centre ville et de la gare. Stationnement possible dans la rue.
