Close to train station!

My mom and I had a great time at Mercure Mulhouse Centre! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, and it was extremely close to the train and bus station!! Would highly recommend.

Nice business hotel close to train station

Room was clean, staff was pleasant. Conveniently located within a short walk to the train station. There were no Uber drivers in the area (May 2018), but we were able to order taxis to take us to the Automobile Museum, which was the reason for our stay in Mulhouse.

OK for a couple of days

The hotel is in the center of Mulhouse, right opposite the central station but not too close to hear the noise which was a good thing. The décor is pretty and the room was clean and confortable.
The breakfast was 'ok' but nothing to remember however the person looking after the breakfast room was not very friendly which spoiled the experience for me.
All in all very good apart from some of the service.

Comfortable and spacious room. The lobby, rooms and breakfast area have a modern decor. Some other areas look a little dated. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is very convenient for the train station and there are many options for dining out in the area.

Good stay and relaxing after a day of traveling . The room was very standard Nothing special. Breakfast was great and front desk very helpful. But the location was really the best part, just next to the train station and the downtown which was beautiful

Walking Distance to Train Station

Overall I would rate this Hotel a 4.5 out of 10. Hotel Staff was friendly; however the breakfast service was terrible. The Hotel will not replenish any of the food/ beverages at Breakfast, unless you request (then be prepared to wait). Also you will be charged a city tax on checkout, regardless of whether you have prepaid in advance, and you have an invoice that stats all taxes included.

Hotel is located close to the airport. Staff is relatively friendly but tries to sell upgrades exessively. The room we stayed in was very old. The hotel is generally OK but not for the price we paid. It is rather lower 3* quality and clearly not 4*.

Good business hotel, convenient for train station.

I work in Basel and I use this hotel when I cannot get accommodation in Basel. When there is an exhibition on in Basel, rooms are sold out months ahead and prices are excessive.
Mulhouse is only 25 minutes on train at 14Euro /day.
The hotel is very conveneient for station and it ois only a short walk into the centre of town.
Hotel is clean and comfortable.

staff where surely and not interested, saw a waiter drop food on the floor and pick it up and put it back on the table. He saw i was watching and did nothing, mentioned it to the restaurant manager who also shrugged his shoulders.

All drinks in minibar out of date

poo stains still in the toilet but the room was acutly clean so probably just an oversight from the cleaner

Fantastic mainly for people arriving by train.

The hotel is located on the other side of the square, in front of the Train Station. I arrived at 8:40 and could enter in the room althoguh the check-in time would be 12:00. This is a kind of thing that I appreciate a lot. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Good city centre hotel

A convinient city centre hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep. It is close to railway station (2 minute walk) and city centre (5 minute walk). The rooms are a bit small and there is not much storage space but they are perfecty adequate for a short stay. The hotel decor has a 1970s feel about it but it is clean and tidy. We would happily stay there again if necessary

Très bien situé par rapport à la gare centrale. 160, juste en face. Équipé d’un parking souterrain privé gratuit. Personnel agréable. Hall d’entrée joli.
Chambres et couloirs tout moquette, aspect général intérieur et extérieur. Désuet. Fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas, mal isolées thermiquement et phoniquement. On entre d le trafic routier et bus qui produisent un son basse fréquence désagréable.
Cuisine qui semble pas faite sur place mais préparée ailleurs et réchauffée, bien que correcte. Chambre non équipée de fer à repasser, ni fer. Mais on peut en demander à l’accueil. Encore une fois, personnel agréable et compétent mais l’hôtel est vieillissant et n’a pas/ plus? le standard d’un 4*. Tout juste un 3*

Hotellet er gammelt og værelset vi havde var slidt med gamle gulvtæpper. Badeværelset virkede nyrenoveret. Restauranten var kedelig og ret dyr. Personalet var meget nemlig og hjælpsomme. Prisen var for høj i forhold til værdien

Moins bien qu'un ibis budget

L'hôtel n'est pas du tout au même standing que les autres hôtel Mercure malgré un prix très élevé, ma chambre ressemblait a une chambre des année 90 moquette horrible et en mauvais état au sol, la salle de bain laisse a désirer, l'état général de la chambre laisse à désirer, seul le personnel était très agréable
PS: le Parking souterrain est une catastrophe obligé de manœuvrer pendant plusieurs minutes pour se garer et ne pas abimer ma voiture …

I was at the hotel for 14 days. 1 of the days i was without any hot water and the shower/bath facilities was rubbish/outdated. Every day i needed a new keycard because it didnt work even though it wasn’t near my phone during the day.

Veel geld voor weinig kamer....

Het hotel bevind zich centraal gelegen. Parkeren in de ondergrondse garage was gratis voor gasten, een opvallende goede service. De kamer was niet bijzonder, zeker niet gezien de prijs a 153,- per nacht. De indeling was onhandig, zowel de kamer als de badkamer. Op de plaats die voor de koffer bedoeld was kon geen koffer staan, ander gaat de kamerdeur niet meer open. De vloerbedekking was vies en oud. Eigenlijk was de hele kamer te uitgewoond en op diverse onopvallende plekken het was er vies. I.v.m. Corona werd het diner geserveerd op de kamer, ik vond het prijzig. Ook het ontbijt kreeg je op een afgesproken tijdstip op de kamer. Het ontbijt was geheel instant. Een mini pakje sap, minibakje met instant mierzoete blokjes fruit, minibakje appelmoes, geen brood, geen ei, geen echt fruit, op de koffie na was niets vers. Ik overnacht wekelijks in hotels, maar dit overkomt me niet vaak en zeker niet voor een dergelijk bedrag per nacht

Hôteil vieillot, assez mal insonorisé et aux services dégradés par le manque de personnel. Nous sommes montés deux fois à notre chambre et elle n’était toujours pas prête, ils n’ont même pas proposé une autre chambre, ni un verre pour patienter. Pas de balayette dans les toilettes, sympa pour les femmes de ménage. Buffet de petit-déjeuner assez réduit et composé de produits industriels. Les finitions extérieures ont franchement vieilli et cet immeuble mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Déçue par l'hôtel. Moquettes (couloir et chambre) très sales, rideau occultant fixe, donc impossible de voir dehors, même en pleine journée (jamais vu ça ailleurs !!!) et qualité du matelas très très moyenne (avec protège matelas en plastique qui fait transpirer). Et le restaurant... vraiment pas terrible.

After booking and paying online a double room half an hour earlier (we were driving in the area), my wife and I arrived at 9 pm but we found that the hotel was closed! No one to be seen around in the hall, the lights were switched off. I rang the bell repeatedly and when we were ready to leave and knock on other doors, eventually the night concierge showed up.. And he was not particularly kind. Anyway, the room was fine and clean. We had breakfast on the outside \"terrasse\" on ground floor (the service was excellent), although the night concierge had told us that we would have to take the tray upstairs to our room. Voilà

25 minutes d attente à la réception, notre réservation pourtant payée d avance etant introuvable sur l ordinateur !
Parties communes vieillottes, chambre en etat défraîchie, rideaux décrochés, porte de salle de bain constellée de tâches.
Au petit petit-déjeuner, pas de cuillère sur les tables et personnel empressé à débarrasser notre table pendant que nous mangeons.?!?

L'hôtel est situé juste en face de la gare (mais calme), et non loin du centre ville.Rien à redire sur la propreté. Accueil courtois sans + (au restaurant c'est davantage chaleureux). 2 bémols: ma porte ne se verrouillait plus et on m'a répondu \"c'est le week-end, on ne peut rien faire, l'électricien n'est pas là\". Je conçois que l'électricien ne travaille pas 7 jours/7 mais cette réponse n'est absolument pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. J'ai eu beaucoup de chance qu'on ne m'ait rien volé dans la chambre. Et le wi-fi n'est vraiment pas terrible. En bref, correct mais niveau rapport qualité/prix on a déjà fait mieux...
