Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, lobby was cute and location was great.

However, listing pictures did not match accommodations provided. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes and bleach. Hotel had a worn, run-down feel. Lobby, hallways and breakfast bar were always cold, and the room heating struggled. Spent most of the time bundled up in a place where we were paying to get out of the cold.

The Hotel is located in a great central place, 10 mins walking from Train Station, centrally located for shops and Xmas markets. However, there was no room service as such - only change towels upon request. no bed make up, no coffee/tea top up from the first day (was there3 days) - no change of cups for drinks the next day.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This looks average from the outside, but inside it’s a hidden gem. It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The room was nice and we had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast room was also a hidden surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

Although the location of the hotel can't be beat, and it is SUPER cute, staff friendly and helpful, they booked us into a room with no heat in December! When we called down to the desk and said the room was cold and we couldn't get the heat to work, they informed us that this room the heat wasn't working and there was a space heater in the room. Well there was not space heater but they promptly brought us one. The room is SUPER small. But because of there extremely good location and great access to parking that leads you right into the hotel, I would stay here again.

Should not be listed as VIP access property. Front desk told us they were specifically told to not honor it. Our TV did not work, so we had to move rooms. They told us they knew it didn’t work. Why would they put us in a broken room? View was much better in 2nd room, so they could have at least given us that room to begin with.

Mentioned both these issues with our first stay to find ourselves in the same room with the same issues on our return to the hotel 11 days later .

You just couldn’t be more central in Mulhouse. Nicely appointed hotel. Just one gripe from me. On the hottest nights of the year (around 29C) the air conditioning was not up to scratch in my room. I reported the issue and hopefully subsequent guests will be better catered for.

No Air…don’t stay.

Unfortunately, it’s probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The air conditioning did not work, and it seemed like there was no attempts to try and make the stay more pleasant…for example: give breakfast vouchers, provide fans, give ice water.

This property was great, it’s in a perfect location to explore the old town. There’s a sauna that costs 9€ per hour available to guests, and a fitness room which, while small, was perfect for someone who works out a lot but hasn’t been able to the past couple weeks on a trip. The room was spacious and clean, however the A/C didn’t work and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

I had a booking at this hotel to stay at on my way home. I had an accident a few weeks before and my travel insurer decided I needed to come home for treatment. Despite the best efforts of Expedia, the hotel refused to refund my payment even after proof that I was already back home. I have used Best Western over the years but never again. By the way Best Western, other hotel chains cared enough about their customer to refund payment.

We were there in May for 4days , booked 3 bedrooms ( all the same). Weather was warm and lovely during our stay and rooms were too warm, however the air-con was controlled by the main hotel and we were asked to may open windows instead. This was the main downside to our experience.

Bedrooms decor and units and beds layout does not reflects to the image on the website, bit dated and does not have the same a nice.flow as what you would expecting but room.size is reasonable.

Bed size, pillows and bedsheets were clean and reasonably comfy.

But one of the room bathroom was quite dated with a cracked toilet and was not sturdy when you sit on it!

The entrance decor was lovely, breakfast restaurant looked lovely too.

There wasnt enough shockets in the rooms or not in the convenient places.

Staffs we met during our stay were helpful and lovely and welcoming!

Loved it! We had a large room with an additional bed, windows to two sides and view of the main church. The room is well equipped and everything is working fine; I personally would have preferred a proper shower to a bathtub with handset, though. We loved the decoration of the hotel which is unique and charming, with lots of stuff, but neiher too cluttered nor cheap junk; we though about getting one of the lamps ourselves, but is €200 ... Nice, helpful staff. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street two minutes from the main square and in thus walking distance of most of the town; four minutes to the tramway. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area, too.

Sauberkeit war gut, aber nicht perfekt (bspw staubig unter dem Kofferständer)
Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es ziemlich warm im Zimmer im 5. Stock, es war aber auch außergewöhnlich warm für anfangs Mai und die Klimaanlage/Lüftung gemäss einem Mitarbeiter noch im Wintermodus. Mit offenem Fenster ging es gut, allerdings hatten wir dann dafür etwas Lärm von der Rooftop Bar gegenüber. War niczt tragisch, aber auch nicht ganz optimal.

Very quirky hotel in the centre of Mulhouse! Parking downstairs in the car park, not expensive, bit awkward to get to but directions from the hotel were very good. Plenty of eating places around and within walking distance. Lovely rooms, we had a suite this time, good size. Breakfast is buffet style and varied! We will definitely be returning!

Par contre nous avons trouvé exagéré le prix des petits déjeuner surtout avec un enfant qui mange presque rien.
Dans la chambre, il serait bien de rajouter une poignée dans la baignoire pour les personnes ayant un peu de mal à se déplacer.

Hvis I kommer i bil så kan der parkeres i p- kælder med direkte indgang til hotel ( 2 € for 4 timer )
Morgen maden er så som så med ( måske fordi jeg er dansk , og ikke er så meget til kager om morgenen , og udvalget var ikke det største
Men det er et godt udgangs sted for by liv og adgang til vin ruten der starter ikke så langt fra byen

A maximalist hotel

We had to stay an extra night at Mulhouse after canceling our trip to Basel. We stayed at Hotel du Parc the night before. We arrived before 1pm, hoping for an early check in. We thought they would be expediting our room, but that didn’t happen. Three groups of people got their rooms when they arrived after we did. We didn’t get to our room until 3:15pm. We had to wait in their overly decorated lobby, with at least ten Christmas trees and American Christmas music in the background. It was torture.

Our room was a suite. It was spacious with a depressing view of a rooftop wet with rain and moss. As with the lobby and dining area, it was filled with a mishmash of furnishings. Only one nightstand with one lamp. There was a bright hanging lamp over the bed. We had to move a chair to use as a nightstand on the other side of the bed to charge our phones. The small refrigerator was in the floor by the desk.

Buffet breakfast was awful. No napkins over the bread being sliced. Everyone was touching the bread you were about to slice and eat. Fresh orange juice meant you had to peel and process your own oranges.

The hotel was steps away from the Christmas market, which is why we chose it.
