I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were not as described at all and felt misleading compared to what was advertised. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest.

We were a group of four families, each with four children, and we had booked four family rooms in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were not enough family rooms available, and as a result, two of the families were forced to be separated, which was completely unacceptable and very stressful, especially when traveling with children.

On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful, showing little concern for the situation or for fixing the problem. Overall, we were not happy at all with our stay and felt the hotel did not deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

From arriving at the hotel late, we were welcomed really well. Booking in was so quick and easy. The staff gave advice on how to find the Museum we were visiting the following day and were to get food late on in the evening.
From the following morning the Lady in charge of reception absolutely brilliant looking after us impeccably nothing was a bother for our whole stay. We will be at the museum again and will have no problem in booking with the B&B Hotel in Mulhouse ten stars.

No kettle in the room but available at reception. Bought one along with cus, coffee and milk powder. Also microwave is available at reception. A nice coffee machine is also available downstairs.

Booked two rooms. Cleaners do their best job every morning. Our room toilet seat was slightly damaged prior to our arrival and reported. Other than that nothing to complain.

Ten minutes walk to Mulhouse Station. Tram stop just outside the hotel.

We were travelling from UK to Italy and stopped here for one night. They do have underground parking but our SUV & roofbox wasn't going to fit through the door. You have to pay for their parking also (6 euros i think). However there was open air parking across the road, pay & display at a reasonable rate. Car park did look a bit sketchy tbh but... lots of other cars using and ours was fine the next morning, yay lol.
Very helpful and friendly chap on reception, room was clean & comfortable and shower was great.
Mulhouse is a great place to walk around with things to see, bars, restaurants etc. And you're only a few hundred meters from the action.
A nice place to stop on our road trip.
We didn't take the breakfast but it looked usual continental style.

This place has a severe mold problem (room 310) I couldn’t even spend 10 minutes in the room without getting a headache. Had to hold my breath in the bathroom. Maybe it’s because I went during Art Basel , but they said they had nothing else available. Thankfully I was able to check into another hotel down a few blocks down. Sure I’m paying for a budget hotel but I’m not paying for an unsafe environment. They’re begging for a lawsuit.

I reserved a parking spot in advance because I knew we would arrive after a long car trip. We luckily found a spot next to the hotel and I asked where I can park.
The staff told me I have to do the check in first and then they'll give me the code for the parking. It appears that the parking is in the building across the street.
So I had to do stay on an unauthorized parking spot, do the check in bring the luggage to the room to be able to go and park my car.
We move a bed close to the other and it was very dirty under the bed.
The property is close the center indeed but the direct area around the property is very dirty and noisy and could be unpleasant for some non french tourists.
They had a lot of guests at the property and in the morning we had to wait in line something like 20mn or plus to be able to take the breakfast.

The stay was convenient (cheap as well) and the breakfast good (with a large offer) but it was not overall a good very good experience.
It says that the property is fully smoking free but we could smell cold cigarettes in the corridors, the room was not very clean and the parkin situation was a pain point.
It's enough for one night stay if you transition to another destination but I would not recommend for a longer stay and personalized experience.

Worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! Absolutely revolting! Like a dirty hostel. Tiny room with curtains hanging off rail, bed sheets that didn’t fit to reveal a dirty mattress. Shower room smelled of drains and had no plug in sink - only a back hole. One lumpy flat pillow each and no more available and a strong smell of marijuana. Yuck!!!

Great room for our family!

We had a room with a double bed and a single bed. The space was perfect for our family and the hotel is conveniently located in Mulhouse. The hotel was safe and there are machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby. The parking is across the street but is free after 7pm.

Really quite amazingly good for great price

My expectations were quite low but the hotel is pretty darn good.

Location is great. Walking distance to down town
Rooms are nicely laid out and fitted 3 beds nicely with ample space.
Breakfast was very good for $6 each. Eggs, Bacon, Bread, Cereal, Croissant.

The only non-positive things were:

a) No toileteries
b) No hair-dryer
c) No safe

But I knew that before hand so I adjusted appropriately.

La habitación estaba en el último piso. Sin ruidos de la calle, aunque si, algo, del aire de la calefacción, que puede molestar.
No usé el parking por recomendación del recepcionista. Al ser un coche largo y la rampa bastante empinada (al parecer) puede tocar con el suelo. Hay un parking público, al aire libre y gratuito por la noche, a 50 m.

Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che la camera è senza aria condizionata e alle ore 21.00 ci sono ancora 32 gradi. Albergo pieno e non ci possono cambiare la camera. In camera oltre al caldo troviamo un ventilatore. Per rimediare alla situazione ci viene portato in camera un altro ventilatore e offerta la colazione. Ringrazio la struttura per quanto offerto, ma purtroppo per il troppo caldo ha rovinato il sonno. Non abbiamo dormito per il troppo caldo e per il rumore dei ventilatori. Mi spiace ma catene come B&B devono prevedere camere di riserva in casa di camere che hanno dei guasti. La recensione è assolutamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista, unica nota di merito e la disponibilità del personale.

L’unico aspetto davvero positivo di questo hotel è la posizione, a circa 300 metri dalla zona pedonale.Si tratta di una struttura budget, quindi non avevo grandi aspettative.Ho soggiornato spesso negli Ibis Budget e so cosa aspettarmi: camere essenziali, ma pulite e funzionali.In questo caso, però, lo standard di igiene era davvero molto basso.La camera era spartana, come previsto, ma il bagno presentava diversi problemi: la ventola era rotta e invece di aspirare faceva entrare odori sgradevoli, simili a quelli di fogna, più probabilmente provenienti da altre camere.Il piatto doccia aveva il tappo rotto, con presenza di alcuni peli altrui.Lenzuola e federe sembravano pulite, ma presentavano vecchie macchie: una sul cuscino simile a una bruciatura da ferro da stiro, e altre piccole macchie grigie sull’angolo in basso delle lenzuola.Il letto era molto duro e storto, praticamente un materasso appoggiato su un’asse di legno.Non ho provato la colazione, quindi non posso giudicarla.Il personale, invece, è stato gentile e disponibile.Può andare bene per una sola notte, se si è solo di passaggio e non si hanno molte pretese, ma nel complesso l’igiene è un aspetto critico.

Fin overnatning til pris, ligger MEGET centralt i forhold til byen (butikker, restauranter)
Lige ude foran stopper sporvognslinie. Parkering er muligt i p-kælder på den anden side af vejen til rimelig pris. Alt i alt en ok oplevelse. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Værelset var slidt og beskidt, ville dårligt nok smide vores brugte tøj på gulvet, badeværelset var beskidt, brugseren var i stykker, kunne dog stadig bruges.
Ventilatoren fra ventilationen larmede, kunne dog slukkes.
Selvom vi lå et godt stykke væk fra elevatoren, så kunne du tydelig hører den, samt alt andet der skete på bygningen.
Morgenmad Området er meget lille og du sidder på skødet af hinanden, vi droppede at spise morgenmad fordi du sidder så tæt!
Heldigvis var vi der bare for en overnatning, vi kommer der aldrig mere!
Hotels.com burde slet ikke tilbyde deres brugere sådan en overnatning.

Rökare i rummet

Ett stopp i trevliga Mulhouse innan vidare färd. Trevlig personal, men trots rökförbud och att det enligt beskrivningen är ett rökfritt hotell så stank det rök i vårt rum. Dessvärre sista rummet, så kunde inte byta. Annars trevlig personal och nära centrum.

Nous avons réceptionnés les chambres tôt le matin vers 4H, suite à un mariage, pour rouler à Mulhouse c'est un peu complexe avec les sens interdits, les voies à sens unique .pour rejoindre l'hôtel Seul reproche on entend le bruit des portes de couloir qui se ferment le matin. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, nous ne regrettons pas le choix

Dans l’ensemble très bien, mais il n’y a que 2 places de parc pour tout l’hôtel, c’est donc le premier arrivé qui a la place, il y a une odeur d’égouts dans la salle d’eau et pas de lampe de chevet en état de fonctionner dans la chambre 203.
Note personnelle: le lit est trop dur, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre en imposte.

B&B steht hier wohl für Bruch-Bude.
Völlig abgewohnte, laute und dreckige Zimmer in einem Umfeld, welches mindestens einen Kurs in Selbstverteidigung, besser noch eine Schusswaffe vorraussetzt.
Abgerundet wird der morgendliche Traum-Urlaub im dieser einzigartigen Stadt, mit einem kulinarischen Highlight im Frühstücksraum

Pas de parcking dan le batiment, le parcking se trouve en effet dans un batimant en face, du coup pas agréable pour décharger ses bagage. Acceuil pas top en certaine cas personnel desagreable, pas de nettoyage jurnalier dans la chambre, poubelle pas vidé, lit pas fait, pas de changement des langes de bain deposé expres dans la baignoire et cerise sur le gateau un rouleau de papier higenique deja entamé a notre arrivage et pas de papier en stock du coup on est resté sans papier hugeenique...... quoi dire d'autre, mieux rien dire

Sol sale et odeurs nauséabondes dans la chambre

Les personnes de la l'accueil ont été très gentilles. Au niveau de la chambre, le lit était confortable, ms j'ai été très gênée par l'odeur d'égouts / de toilettes dans la chambre. Le sol n'était pas propre.
