Excellent value

Motor racing themed budget hotel on the main street of this spa town. Seems family-run. Very friendly pleasant staff. Room is a little worn but large and comfortable. I couldn't drink the large complimentary bottle of Contrex water which had a sulphorous tinge. Contrexeville is nothing special except the spa which I didn't visit. Not far from the upper Moselle which is pretty and has a great bike path. Excellent indoor bicycle storage.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij kwamen pas na 23.00 uur aan en kregen per sms de toegangspoort code en kamer nummer. Ontbijt voldoende. Kamer schoon maar gedateerd. Bedden hebben een update nodig, hobbels en bobbels in bedden maken dat nacht kort en hard was. Wij lagen aan achterkant en heel stil. Verder deed men hun best om gasten naar de zin te maken.

Séjour du 11 au 13 septembre. Arrivés le samedi très bon acceuil par une dame qui faisait un remplacement wek end, elle nous a bien guidés et très aimable au petit dejeuné. On peut pas en dire autant pour le lundi matin, une personne quu n'avait aucun interet pour les clients, pas un mot, ni sourire et debrouillez vous..... honteux!!!!

Hôtel vétuste, peu entretenu et pas très propre

Plafonnier principal en panne qui n'a pas été réparé, sani-broyeur bruyant dans la salle de bain qui est vétuste et délabrée (sol en mauvais état, carrelage douche fendu et troué, cheveux du précédent occupant sur le mur de la douche, fuite de la fixation plastique du tuyau de douche qui est effritée, douche trop petite = carré de 50x50 avec un accès minuscule dans l'angle, moisissures au mur...). Coussins du lit jaunis par la transpiration, odeur d'humidité dès la reception....

Accueil chaleureux et bon service. Bonne literie. En revanche le radiateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et les micro ondes de la pièce communes auraient besoin d’un coup de neuf tout comme les toilettes dans les chambres. En tout cas, pour un séjour d’une nuit, c’était correct.

Ça fait le job!

Hôtel confortable à la déco jolie. L’état de la chambre laisse à désirer ainsi que la propreté (rien d’alarmant!) mais pour 45€ la nuit, ça fait bien l’affaire. On a quand même eu froid la nuit (merci la couverture supplémentaire!) et plusieurs coupures d’électricité (mais qui n’ont duré que quelques secondes).
Mention spéciale au jeune homme de la réception qui a été très courtois et à l’écoute.

A mon arrivee, chambre non chauffée.draps froids et humides..le responsable a pris les choses en main et m a changé de chambre.1ere nuit un peu fraîche.cet hotel est en refection et malheureusement rien est vraiment terminé.les prises sont a des endroits pas appropriés.volets qui ne ferment pas.rideaux pas occultants donc difficile de s endormir..
Le petit dejeuner est copieux mais les regles d hygiene peu respectées...dommage car placé oû il est cet hotel ferait ses affaires..

Bon hôtel dans les Vosges

Bon séjour, hôtel bien situé dans le coeur Contrexeville. Récemment rénové l'hotel est confortable et bien insonorisé sur la facade mais malheureusement pas entre les chambres... Pas d'ascenseur, 2 étages alors pas pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner très correcte.

Etablissementt curieux par sa décoration . La formule 1 et Ferrari son omniprésent . C'est très original. Les chambres sont très propres et calmes. Il faut juste remplir les distributeurs de savon dans la douche.

A fuir !!!

A mon arrivée à 17h45 je trouve porte fermée alors qu'il est inscrit réception ouverte à 17h30.
Je souhaite récupérer ma clé dans la borne à l'extérieur, on me demande de régler la chambre une seconde fois alors que je l'ai réglée en totalité sur hotel.com !
Je contacte le numéro présent, la personne me répond qu'elle à du s'absenter et qu'elle ne sait pas à quelle heure elle va revenir !!!
j'insiste pour avoir ma clé de chambre rapidement et on me répond :\" vous avez qu'à faire une demande de remboursement et dégager de mon hôtel !! \" Accueillant..
Aucune excuse de présenté à l'arrivée de la réceptionniste quasiment une heure après l'avoir prévenu...
On veut me faire payer 2 fois la chambre..
J'ai du lui montrer mon compte bancaire pour prouver que c'été prélever !!
La chambre que j'ai eu n'avait pas été nettoyée !!!
Comble de tout à mon départ personne en réception.

It's not easy to get in after the reservation. There was no-one at the reception (even though I arrived after 17:30 h), so I had to call and wait 20 minutes before the receptionist arrived (who was very friendly).
The room I got was BIG, unfortunately there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Shower was wonderful, bed was ok.
