This hotel is fine for a quick stop, but the rooms feel dated, our king bed was in reality 2 beds that were put together and not particularly comfortable.

The one redeeming aspect was the on-site restaurant that was excellent.

It is a very nice Hotel. The SPA is very nice also the Gym. It's nothing extraordinary but for who likes to spend a couple of calm relaxing days like we did it is perfect. Room Climate was perfect and we even had Dove Shower Gel and Shampoo that smelled so nice.

Alright hotel next to Mulhouse. It’s really close to some social housing which led locals to recommend not hanging out at night very much around the area. Otherwise the hotel itself is in a commercial zone with a few shops and restaurants around. Being France everything closes pretty early especially on weekends.
Room was large, carpet was plush although quite stained, walls were cuffed and a few other things were rough. It’s a modern style but that’s been used for a while or roughly used cause it shows.
Fridge wasn’t cold, barely enough to keep the drinks under room temperature. Bed was comfy and AC was a life saver in the summer :).
Breakfast was alright the variety is decent but quality was nothing to rave about. Breakfast staff was nice but looked rushed.
Overall decent experience I’d give this hotel a 3/5 stars.

It is a typical holiday inn. Stay nice and accommodation. We are vegans and the bartender made us a nice salad. No other restaurants were open close by. Ok exercise room and pool.

Good Recommendation with some reservations

It was a one-night stay on our way to Switzerland. We recommend it, but we arrived at a time of national holiday. You can tell that they weren't running on full-staff. So cleanliness suffered a bit as well as other services (e.g. no WIFI !) For example the pool spa area was great, but a bit abandoned with broken equipment, cleanliness issues and very wet slippery floor. My daughter fell and hurt her head quite badly because of large puddles of water everywhere. Nonetheless and overall, we recommend this establishment and buck up the mishaps to the holiday season (it was Christmas).

The hotel is ideally situated if travelling by car and you require a stop over. Easy access to Mulhouse and restaurant facilities are good. Our only issue was no WiFi in the room or at reception, which was an issue for us as we needed to communicate with our next stop over. Overall a great hotel

Just the selection of coffee in the morning has some room for improvement: In my opinion a cappuccino is a standard and should be available at the coffeemachine at breakfast - or even better be served... But otherwise a pleasant place to stay...

We stopped here for just the 1 night to break up our drive to lake Garda and the hotel was perfect. Swimming pool for the kids, nice Italian restaurant next door and comfortable room.

What more could you ask for? Well, veggie options at the hotel restaurant would be nice, and a microwave. But otherwise, a nice hotel in a totally uninteresting location. If we didn't have a car, we would have been unhappy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and you can order the type of pillow you want (soft/firm, synthetic/down).

I would stay there again if I had a car. Oh, yeah, the sauna didn't get as hot as I like...

If you have to stay in Mulhouse . . . .

We went to Mulhouse to visit the train museum. Supposedly this hotel was within a mile's walking distance from the museum. Couldn't find a workable map. Suspect the distance was two or three miles. No public transport. Hotel accessed from the railway station by expensive taxi rides.
Much better proposition if you want to visit the train museum would be to stay in Basel or Strasbourg and make a day trip.

Horrible Experience

We complained about the room being hot and the A/C not working. We were told that the AC did not work during the time of year we were there. I asked if someone could open a window for us and we were told that people might jump from the windows so they cannot open them. They did agree to move us to a room on the otherside of the building away from the sun and I was able to myself open a window and get some air in with no help from the staff. All they would reply when I complained was \"sorry\".

Terrible, avoid at all costs

You know that expression the customer is always right. Well here they prefer everyone EXCEPT the customer is right. Oh and they actually COME IN TO YOUR ROOM AND CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND THEM TO TELL YOU THIS!! I have NEVER experienced such bad service in all my life. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Below Holiday inn Standard

This Holiday inn is below what you would expect; its more like Holiday inn Express (3 Stars and Not 4 Stars); Nothing is included in your typical Holiday inn Hotels, Breakfast is not included; Internet doesn’t work and when I ask to be fixed they said that they have a computer with Internet in the Lobby for a charge!! The Management that runs this Hotel does not look after Customer Satisfaction but Rather Customer Pocket!
Location is Far from Basel (35 Minutes Driving) so if you are planning to visit Basel, this Hotel is not suitable because you need to run through Border Security check every time you pass; the Bathroom is also very small and the room is smaller than what is shown in the picture; I will never stay in this Hotel again if I am visiting the area in the future!

We were doing the Alsace Wine Tour, couldn't find a hotel in one of the towns on the actual route so ended up at the Holiday Inn in Mulhouse, a little ways away.
We could not have been happier with our choice. The Holiday Inn was a very good value for the money. Parking was free, wifi was free, breakfast was included, the bed was comfortable...everything was great! I highly recomment the Holiday Inn in Mulhouse.

A Holiday Inn with a French Tweeest.

The location is extremely quiet so you can get the rest you need after checking out the vineyards in the area. Also, has plenty of extras including a spa and pool. The locations is 20min away from Basel Euroaport so, great location!!

Perfect if you've got a car. Wouldn't stay there for leisure if I wanted to visit the city though, as it is not central. But for business, a perfect place to stay!

If you are visiting Basel, this hotel is a diaster!

This hotel is in France, NOT Switzerland. It is a $80 taxi ride, and a half hour train ride from Basel to the hotel. You need different Euros instead of Swiss Francs. The Swiss and French train schedules to NOT match, so it is difficult to determine when the trains REALLY run. Then there are the \"\"pleasant\"\" border control agents to deal with.

This hotel SHOULD NOT be a choice for a Basel hotel.

The hotel was extremely nice, and the staff was a helpful as they could be, but they do not have access to Swiss train schedules, so their hands were tied. The breakfast was wonderful!

When visiting Basel, stay in Switzerland.

Hotel og beliggenhed er fint til gennemrejse. Personalet er venligt. Værelset mangler vedligeholdelse. En pære var sprunget. En sengelampe manglede helt. Holder til bruseren var ved at falde ned.

Vi valgte hotellet pga muligheden for at lade vores elbil om natten. Der var ingen ladestander, men kun en almindelig stikkontakt. En fase med 13 A er helt utilstrækkeligt, så hotellet burde ikke reklamere med den mulighed.

Det er simpelthen for dårligt.

recently stayed in the Suite, which was the most expensive room available. Based on the description in the Hotels.com app, I was expecting a few extras — including a promised “reward” — but unfortunately, none of that was provided.

There were no complimentary items, not even water or soda. We were told we had to pay for those. On top of that, the fridge wasn’t cold enough to properly chill a drink, which was disappointing for a suite-level room.

The bathroom was another major issue. The shower drainage was poor — water didn’t flow properly and would collect at my feet during use. Not what you’d expect from a premium room. Despite the room-related issues, I want to highlight the exceptional service at the reception. The lady working there was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions patiently, and really made me feel welcome.

A special moment: she kindly offered me a bag to carry something for my daughter — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. It was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a hotel.
🔚 Overall Impression

The Suite did not live up to its price or the promises shown on Hotels.com. If the app advertises a reward or added benefits, those should actually be delivered.

That said, the reception staff truly elevated the experience, and for that reason alone, my stay had at least one memorable highlight.

Décevant pour un 4 étoiles

Tout content pour une fois de séjourner dans un 4 étoiles, je ne vous cache pas mon étonnement. Les prestations générales sont excellentes (bar, restaurant, salle de sport, piscine, sauna et halal. Sur ce principe grand luxe pour nous. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner n’est disponible qu’à partir de 7 heures le week-end, trop tard pour nous avec la compétition de mon fils, et le hammam n’est pas accessible en travaux ? Pas de chance. Le sauna affiche une température de 30 degrés donc autan dire pas vraiment efficace. Pour l’accès à la piscine pas de serviette, peignoirs et autre chausson ? Pour le restaurant il faut réserver à l’avance. Concernant les chambres, l’espace est là, les lits sont d’une taille raisonnable. Par contre la salle de bain n’est absolument pas pratique avec le toilette dans la salle de bain, l’accès à la baignoire et limité et l’espace réduit. Dommage aussi pour l’accès à la TV ou canal + n’est pas accessible. Sinon l’insonorisation n’est pas meilleur qu’ailleurs avec le claquement des portes et le son du voisin qui tousse pendant la nuit ou juste à côté des ascenseurs ou toute la nuit, on entant le moteur des ascenseurs avec un bourdonnements assez désagréable. La nuit a été réduite également par la Clim impossible à régler correctement et qui faisait un bruit de dingue.
Séjour un peu mitigé pour la différence de prix avec d’autres hôtels 3 étoiles.
Forcément un peu déçu des prestations, je m’attendais à mieux.

Det var veldig hyggelig og hjelpesom personalet da vi sjekket inn. Vi hadde problem med lys på bilen. En mannlig personal ringte bil service og vi kk med en ga g undersøkte bilen😁👍.
Vi fikk et HC rom. Det var stort og bra badet med en stor dusjstol som vi sjelden gang ser noen andre hotellet👍👍. Men det negativt var sengen. Den var veldig liten😰, tiltross vi er 2 små mennesker og det var vanskelig å snu seg når en er bevegelseshemmet😢. Vi tror sengen passer bare for 1 person? Dette var vi aldri oppleve før.
Håper at hotelet kan sjekke igjen eventuell vurdere til en større senge.

Familie auf Durchreise. Hotel lag nah an der Autobahn. Das Zimmer war funktional aber das Badezimmer hatte Spuren von keiner Reinigung. Sonst war der Aufenthalt OK bis auf, dass der Fahrstuhl einem Angst gemacht hat.

Convenient location when travelling.
Room we had was in need of repairs. Stains on the bathroom walls, old furniture, sealant that should have been replaced a long time ago.
Room was HOT when we arrived. A/C was noisy and could not do the job.
Breakfast was good, seemingly shortstaffed so a lot of (empty) tables had dirty plates etc, but quality was ok.
Would not use for future stays.

Einmal und nicht wieder.

Ein Haus mit besten Voraussetzungen. Leider werden bestätigte Reservierungen aufgrund von Überbuchungen eigenmächtig „gecancelt“, ohne den Gast zu informieren, der Barkeeper ignoriert die Gäste an der Bar, wirkt - höflich formuliert - recht unmotiviert und lässt es an Freundlichkeit fehlen und der Service beim Frühstück lässt Basics vermissen. J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Le lit est confortable. Par contre, pas de peignoir dans les chambre pour accéder au SPA (les peignoirs sont en location à la réception). L’attente du Check out était longue.

Hôtel avec prestations de qualité notamment avec sa piscine et sauna et hammam
Petit déjeuner varié meme si les œufs brouillés pourraient être mieux préparés, la charcuterie et fromage de meilleure qualité.

Skimmel på badeværelset. Ingen steder at hænge håndklæder. Morgenmadsrestauranten var kaotisk og gulvet virkelig ulækkert. Aircondition på det ene værelse virkede ikke.

Hotel war ok. Zimmer / Bett bequem. Leider das Zimmer neben dem Lift bekommen welchen man hörte...
Duschen in der Badewanne, naja.
Sauna war lauwarm.

İnternet bğlantısı çok kötüydü,konakladığımız 3 gün boyunca düzelmedi ve problem otelin her katında mevcuttu.abartısız 2 dkda bir internet kopuyordu.ingilizce iletişim kurmak zordu temizlik görevlileriyle vs.onun haricinde temizdi,kahvaltısı yeterliydi,f/p açısından iyiydi

Accueil froid.
L’hôtel est situé loin du centre-ville. Il y a une station de tram à 10min à pied mais c’est au coeur d’une ZUP.
Espace spa agréable.
Chambres propres mais assez basiques par rapport aux 4 étoiles (pas de peignoir pour le spa, pas de machine à café…).
Petit-déjeuner varié.
Le parking payant (12€) n’est pas utile car il y a plein de places de stationnement à l’extérieur.
