The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great.
But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee.
Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! They were so accommodating. They helped us warming up our food. Very responsive and polite. We came for one night and ended up staying 3 nights since it was such great service. The hotel is quaint. It’s an older hotel but they have done a great job of keeping it up. We loved seeing the town and surrounding areas and would definitely visit again.

Nous sommes satisfaits de cet hôtel

Bel hôtel magnifique avec personnel gentil et poli. Le sauna et la piscine aident à se détendre, l'essentiel est de retourner à l'hôtel avant sa fermeture à 22 h.

La douche était juste à l'intérieur de la chambre.

Le petit déjeuner était bon. L’ancienne salle à manger est belle, comme tout autour.

Nous sommes satisfaits de cet hôtel.

Front desk staff were excellent. Dining room (bistro) staff made for a shockingly comical visit. Over half an hour of being ignored. Got a bottle of wine … finished half of it before our food order was given by me to them (they were standing around the bar waiting for something to happen) - I had to get up, go over and tell them (5 of them) what we wanted. Interesting location - not in the centre of Alsace wine area but convenient to use as a base if you have a car. Parking - across street on an (occasionally) busy corner.

The hotel and staff were excellent when we arrived. We'd had a long drive and we're looking forward to a good rest.
Unfortunately our room was incredibly hot but luckily our very efficient reception gentleman reroomed us
All in all a good stay.

Lovely welcoming hotel. Staff very helpful. The pool was lovely and very clean. Quiet town but we used the bistro next to hotel and food was amazing. Breakfast was lovely, typical French style but plenty of choice. Bread and croissants we left out in reception for customers to help themselves during the day. Was very handy as we skipped lunch and was going for an early evening meal but the Bistro didn't open till 7, so a bit of bread and a croissant filled the gap. Would definitely use again when we are in the area.

This hotel is nicely furnished and the staff are very friendly. There are two eateries on site both looked good although we only hasd time with a stopover to sample one. The Brasserie was well liked by both us and locals, with an interesting 'burger' type menu - in other words most courses had a burger in them somewhere - freshly made and accompanied by very different salads etc. Tasted great.
Parking was a little tricky due to a group booking, but was available overnight opposite the hotel at no charge.
Keep you eyes peeled when you first arrive as the hotel is set back slightly from the road and can be missed - look for a 'car-port' type parking area, fitting in well with the local style of building, which is close to the road side at the front entrance. This is what makes the hotel a little tricky to spot. Drive onto the cobbled street which outside the hotel.

It was the standard one so the gourmet one must be in a class of it's own. Exciting and lovely food,wine,service and everything in the top end.

The main receptionist at this hotel was extremely rude, unwelcoming and crass. She lied about there not being any rooms available for early check-in (11:30 am) and, despite several very polite requests, made us wait in 95 degree weather (no AC) for hours before allowing us into a room. The room she eventually gave us at 3pm hadn't been cleaned when we opened the door. While she had claimed earlier that the entire hotel was fully booked, she was suddenly able to produce another room key immediately. When I asked the chamber maid cleaning the first room at what time the second room had been cleaned, she told us that it had been clean since 10 am that morning. I understand the need for rules, but there was absolutely no real reason for this woman to not have allowed us to check in a little earlier when we were clearly exhausted travelers who were booked to stay for 3 nights. She was unnecessarily rude and inflexible. All other employees were respectful and kind, especially the evening receptionist named Luca.

Das Hotel ist von aussen gesehen in in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat den typisch französischen Charakter behalten. Die Zimmer hingegen sind eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir haben beide Restaurants die zu diesem Hotel gehören ausprobiert. Zuerst die Brasserie bei der nur die Vorspeise gut war, weil man ja hier nicht viel fasch machen kann. Der Hauptgang jedoch Pastetchen gefüllt mit Poulet und Champignon an einer klebrigen undefinierbaren Sauce konnte man nur mit Hunger und Widerwillen essen. Eine Entäuschung wie ich Sie im Elsass noch nie erlebt habe.
Das zweite Restaurant ( Gourand ) war nur viel nicht vile besser. Reh an einer guten Sauce, beilagen nur aus dem Wasser gezogen. Preis viel zu teuer für das gebotene.

From the outside the hotel looks great. We stayed at the upper floor. Room was small and not very nice looking. The douche cabinet was placed inside the room. The toilet, in its own ”room” was very tiny. We had a meal in the ”brasserie” and that was very mediocre. My steak, ordered to medium/rare, was completely overcooked and was sent back. The new steak was cocked to expectation, but was very tough. Certainly not very good quality of the meat. Also breakfast was very mediocre and the coffee machine was not working.

La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservée. Le réceptionniste nous a répondu que les photos n’étaient pas celles d’une chambre de la catégorie demandée car elle était située au 3ème étage ( l’ascenseur s’arrête au 2ème).
L’ équipement et l’état de la chambre manquaient d’entretien.

Très bel endroit, parfait, très bien agencé et équipé, très bien décoré (pas seulement pour Noël), très propre et respectueux de l'environnement.
Le personnel est très professionnel, chaleureux et accueillant.
L'établissement porte le projet (très réussi) de concilier le passé, le présent et le futur ainsi que la défense des produits locaux et de la région.
C'est le meilleur établissement que j'ai pu fréquenter en France depuis bien longtemps.
En plus il est très bien situé dans une charmante ville de la route des vins (au milieu des vignobles) et à une petite dizaine de kilomètres de Colmar (grande route pour y accéder) et de ses marchés de Noël.

Bon séjour pour la deuxième année consécutive à l'occasion du marché de Noël de Colmar. Chambres mal insonorisées mais le bâtiment est ancien. Dommage surtout lorsque vous avez des voisins indélicats avec des enfants qui sautent, crient et tapent dans les murs et les portes. Personnel toujours aussi accueillant.

MAIS la chambre 8 donne sur Pompe à chaleur très bruyante. Sommeil quasi impossible.
Je pense que la gestion est au courant car en nous donnant la clé on insiste trop sur la vue .. pour cacher ce grave défaut !!
Dommage.
Autre problème l'ascenseur ferme très vite et ne s'arrête pas sur une personne. Mon épouse en garde trace avec gros bleu.

Des points comme cela gachent un séjour malgré la présentation d'une Rolls.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, was an sich kein Problem ist. Ein Einbau Spot kam aus der Decke. Wenn aber dann auch noch der Klopapierstäbder, der billige für 3,99€ aus dem Supermarkt ist und rostet, die Rolle bei jeder Bewegung runter fällt, es genau ein einziges kleines Handtuch für 4 Personen gibt, die Matratze im Doppelbett, sobald man sich als Normalgewicht reinlegt abklappt, weil durchgelegen dann gibt’s eben nur 3 Sterne. Im Pool Bereich schimmeln die Duschen. Die Bedienung in der Brasserie konnte nur französisch. Mit EN oder DE konnte sie nichts anfangen. War dann aber genervt und rollt offenkundig die Augen wenn die französische Sprache meinerseits nicht so gut ist wie sie will. Meinen Salat hab ich nicht bekommen, auf der Rechnung stand er aber drauf. Meinen Getränke Wunsch hab ich auch nicht bekommen und eine Kugel Eis aus der Küche zu holen hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert.

Hôtel au calme dans Petit village, alsacien sympathique, mais non touristique. Parking attenant à l’hôtel, mais souvent plein. Possibilité d’aller se garer légèrement plus loin, chambre de taille correcte avec le literie de bonne qualité. Par contre la chambre, la salle de bain est petite. Trop petite impossibilité de poser ses vêtements, ses affaires de toilette. piscine trop chaude et avec accès en passant dans salle de petit déjeuner.
Personnel très sympathique et endroit très calme. Nous avons très bien dormi. Petits déjeuners copieux.

Superbe comme a chaque le personnel de l'hôtel est au top surtout le jeune homme qui est a l'accueil de journee tellement serviable acceuillant souriant. Et aussi la femme au petit dejeuner au top. Piscine jacuzzi parfait. On se sent bien dans cet etablissement.

Fint pool område. God restaurant.

Hôtels bien situé mais besoin de rafraîchissement

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Par contre la chambre décevante, chambre vieillotte sous les toits donc risque de forte chaleur et la Clim est verrouillée en inactif, douche type studio étudiant avec moisissures sur les joints et isolation quasi nulle. L’emplacement lui est très bien, belle vue supermarché à distance de pieds, plusieurs restaurant dans le village. Un panneau indiquait des rénovations en cours.

Notre séjour à été convenable. Le personnel était correct, rien à dire.
Par contre les chambres pas aussi confortable de se qui était indiqué sur le site et avis des clients.
Le petit déjeuner était bien sans plus. Malheureusement, le responsable du service, n’était pas présent pour donner des information.
