Beautiful and quiet setting is what we like most about our stays at Chateau Inn. Especially loved that the mountain view rooms have balconies where you can sit and enjoy the pond/wildlife. Nice indoor & outdoor pool, fitness area and the convenience of having a restaurant. There are nearby dining/shopping choices as well.

Very outdated. Could use some serious updating. When we turned the water on, it ran brown for several minutes. Carpet was threadbare in some places. Wallpaper was coming off the corner of the wall. Balcony was rusted. TV had no working channels. Dinner at the restaurant was decent. Breakfast was abysmal. Breakfast is not included and was 15 dollars per person. While there was a wide variety of options on the buffet, it tasted awful. Housekeeping did come and refresh the towels and empty the trash but did not remake the beds and left our trash can outside in front of our door. For 175 a night, I was expecting more than what we got. We didn't use the amenities but the outside pool looked beautiful. The view from the room was also very nice. Met our needs for the 2 nights we were there but we definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Parking lot was dirty. Rooms were really dirty very outdated hotel every time I get in the elevator smelled like weed! Air conditioner would not keep the room cold. Not a place I would carry my family back too till they do major renovations.

outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room.

The staff was absolutely fantastic.But the cleaning of the room failed.Out of the 4 days we stayed the room was supposedly clean 2 times,and all they did was pick up the trash and change the towels and do the beds.The bed sheets were never changed.I know this because one had a stain and it was never changed.Also the whole place needs a lot of upgrades.

Room was good, view was amazing; we opened the shades when we got in to check out the balcony and there were three deer right under us (literally made my entire trip). Food was great. Breakfast buffet was as expected. Breakfast off the menu; the best omelet I have ever had and french toast was so good! Staff (especially the lady working the restaurant every single day we were there) was amazing! We wanted to use the dry sauna but was having some issues with it (could of been us). We did think there was a hot tub but there is not. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Definitely coming back!

The room was horrible. The bathroom toilet has a horrible stain which was disgusting. The carpets were all patches of different patterns for $160. I want my damn money back. This was simply disgusting. The receptionist was extremely nice nice however this hotel has a lot of potential if it was upgraded because it’s in a beautiful area nice property not so well maintained ample parking.

The room smelled like chemical fumigation had just happened in the room, the door DID NOT LOCK, and was never fixed despite staff being asked to. The shower DID NOT DRAIN at all and shower rod was hanging out of the wall. There was an open, rusted access panel that opened to a dusty space in the wall with pipes. Manager was supposed to call us to follow up but never did. Do not recommend

I came to room and noticed bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Specifically, the toilet seat which appeared to have poop stains. I was leaving for an excursion and kindly asked front desk to clean the bathroom once again. Upon returning that evening, I noticed the stain was still there. Luckily, I carry Clorox wipes, therefore, I cleaned it myself. The hotel is really rubbed down. The staff was very nice but the cleaning of rooms is poor.

The first room had a broken toilet, moved up into a different room. The slider doors' curtains were hanging off rod. Carpets were dirty, furniture was badly beaten up. Towels were discolored, sink is cracked. We were there only 1 night. Glad to leave.

The staff were really nice but the hotel is dated. There were a couple of areas in my room that was not cleaned properly. The view from my room was excellent. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was convenient and close to the Premium Outlets. Overall the hotel is fair and I properly will stay their again.

Their first floor is a pet only section. At first I kind of liked it but then afterwards, my dog kept barking a lot because of the dogs passing by. That was annoying. I don't know because its a pet room, the room is outdated. The tub needed drainage, and the toilet had stains. On expedia website the rooms seemed new, guess not for pet owners.
The really good thing about this hotel, it is one minute away from the slopes.

Hotel needs a complete remodel while the pool was warm and kids enjoyed swimming the dingy ness was a turn off … rooms were fine nothing special but clean and happy to have a balcony (the views where the best part).. front desk was extremely nice great service BUT the restaurant (night time) is what would make me never go back. The food was great but absolutely HORRIBLE service and extremely rude!! We ate there twice one for late lunch (service was ok) but night time we had a blond older women when I say one of the most nastiest women I’ve ever met… she was condescending, rude, and ignored us for majority of the time, tossed our food on the table and never got us drinks (had to go to bar and ask the other lady working at the time)., it got to the point I got up and left and my family packed there food and left shortly after. We attempted breakfast the next day( there was a new person working thankfully or we would have just left) and enjoyed it great selection.. also be mindful auto grad is added to every party no matter the size which we don’t mind at all but was not informed of..

Overall the rooms are clean
The mountain view was great
The restaurant food is good in itself
But
The hotel is worn down
The food “service” is not great at all

If you want just a quick stay to sleep not a bad deal but if your looking for amenities this is not the place

I recently stayed at Chateau Resort & Conference Center and had a pleasant overall experience.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly during my stay. While everyone was courteous, the level of assistance was somewhat limited, and I did not find the service to be especially proactive or helpful.

The property itself is a nice place with a great location, but it is clearly in need of some updating and modernization to fully meet today’s expectations.

Overall, it was a decent stay with solid cleanliness and friendly service, though improvements and renovations would elevate the guest experience significantly.

The best part about this place is the front desk worker was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The whole place is outdated and you can tell whoever owns it doesn't put any money into it. Elevator is broken. Rooms are musty (which if you stay a lot of places you kind of understand that's common.) but there is mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Old chipped toilets. Etc. carpet looks like the original carpet. Everything looks like it was original from the early 90s. Restaurant and bar service was super unwelcoming. Bar was very messy and the workers gave off the vibe that they just wanted you to leave... Definitely don't recommend. The only good thing is it's across the street from camelback. And I hope that amazing front desk lady leaves and finds a place where her awesome service fits the hotel.

Tv didn’t work upon arrival, they got someone to fix it but by morning it didn’t work again, sliding glass door lock didn’t work and we were fist floor so super safe there toilet paper roll holder broken and the person told me it’s a brief 10 min walk to snow tubing… more like a 20-25 min walk with no path or signs.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was food all over the floor around the bed and the bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There were hair strands all over the steps leading up to the loft. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and was denied since I had booked on a third party website. The woman at the front desk did not appear surprised that I had requested a refund. I was given a different room close to the elevator and the door on that room would not close and I could not change the thermostat temperature from 80 degrees. Do not recommend.

Honestly feel that the hotel has been allowed to fall apart, and provide minimal amenities or perks during the stay due to the location. People will stay just to be close to the slopes. It was dark when we got to the room but in the morning I was grossed out by the marks on the carpet, walls, chairs, lampshade, bathroom floor, etc., and to top it off the bathtub backed up. I’ll mark this one as a do not return.

Room and hotel are tired and dingy, and look like they have not been updated for decades. Heat was stifling and did not respond to manual controls; the choices were horribly hot to the point where it is painful to inhale or no heat (and it was 0 degrees outside). Handle of shower fell off while using. Mattresses were overused and old -- so uncomfortable that even the teenager was unable to sleep. No insulation between rooms; could hear person in adjacent room watching TV from 11pm to 6am.

Hôtel was in a good location. However, this is not a 3 star hotel. Maybe 30 years ago. There is visible block mold in the shower. The ac unit has duct tape. The elevator has stickers for numbers and no certification On the plus side, staff was very nice.

The hotel is dated, but they have a great team working to compensate for the \"dated\" look of the hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the food was amazing. The restaurant staff also surprised us. The veggies were blanched, and the special steak garlic/rosemary butter was a nice touch. Service at the restaurant was like family. Location to Camelback? the best. You could walk, if needed, to the resort.

The rooms are a little rundown and in need of some revamping. We had 4 people staying in the room with only 3 sets of towels so I had to ask for more towels. The tv when turned on was all “snow” when turned on. I had to ask the attendant to help when the towels were delivered.

When we arrived the elevator was out of order and we had to use the stairs and carry our luggage up. Those stairs had the very warn carpet held together with duck tape.

The next morning we had the buffet breakfast. They were very understaffed. The food, drinks, cups, utensils all ran out and we had to wait around waiting for everything to be restocked. The juices never were. There wasn’t even any water.

Both elevators were broken, the ac/heat was so noisy we had to turn it off or it would keep us up all night. The lock on the room door is broken, so it would not always work. Around 10am every morning there would be a super loud rumbling below our room. We were denied food in the restaurant before it officially closed.

The room and bathroom were outdated and not properly cleaned. The hairdryer had what appeared to be blood stains, and there was a water bottle left on the floor. We stayed on the 4th floor, and because the elevator was out of order, we had to use the stairs, which were very dirty.

It seemed to me that the receptionist did not really like visitors from other countries who speak English poorly, did not answer questions, instead of two nights she gave us a room for one night and said that she didn't see another booking, which makes her incompetent or intentio. I don't accept this attitude towards myself. We also asked for a room with a view of the mountains, which she simply paused and initially wanted to accommodate us on the second floor, although the reservation was 4, в итоге номер был с видом на лес и в нем пахло старостью
