Great, more quiet location surrounded by nature and a small, quaint village. The property suited us well with clean accomodations, a nice breakfast buffet and ample parking with easy access to the Eguisheim Christmas market and also to Colmar. There is also a nice 1-mile hike up to see three castle ruins from the 10th-11th century. Ideal for driver’s to this area.

Only downside was that the family room was split into two levels with a very steep staircase. It was stressful keeping a young toddler away from the stairs.

Hotel was good, room was comfortable, wifi strong, breakfast good, but the AC was a bit weak. Largely it shouldn't make a difference, but in the summer and/or during a heatwave, which is becoming more common, this could pose a serious issue.

We stopped over en route to Italy. Whilst only 20 mins from the main highway, you enter the most beautiful tranquil zone. It’s like stepping back in time. The hotel is set High up overlooking plateau below. The rooms are excellent with all the amenities one would expect. The spa is relaxing and clean. Overall, a great choice

This is a perfect home base for touring the villages of the Alsace. If you wish to have dinner in the restaurant, it’s best to make reservations when you make your room reservations. The restaurant was sold out the entire length of our stay.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera era pulita, confortevole e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. Ottimi anche i servizi, ben organizzati e all’altezza delle aspettative. La colazione è stata ottima, abbondante e variegata, con un’ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva: tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazioni.

Vraiment decu, l'hotel est bien placé pas loin de tout les village d'alsace a visiter. Les chambres sont ok, le SPA pas top, le Hammam été hors service. Le petit dejeuner et a mon avis trop chere pour ce qui est proposé. Le personnel lors de la reservation m'as mal conseillé aussi. Une chambre aurait suffit.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer und SPA haben eine gut Grösse und Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.2 Negativpunkte habe ich trotzdem. 1. Die Matratze war sehr hart und es tat uns am nächsten Tag alles weh. 2. WC und Lavabo waren in verschiedenen Räumen was ich nicht so toll finde.

Die Anreise war zunächst etwas schwierig, da es bereits dunkel war und unser Auto-Navigationssystem die Adresse nicht erkannte. Mithilfe des Handys haben wir das Hotel jedoch schließlich gefunden. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel.
Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und angenehm. Wir wurden alle mit einem sehr gut schmeckenden Glühwein begrüßt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und freundlich. Auch die vorherige Kommunikation per E-Mail war stets lösungsorientiert und hilftreich.
Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und bot genügend Platz für uns fünf. Besonders gut gefielen uns die Terrasse und die Duplex-Bauweise mit einem gemütlichen Stockbett. Dies kam auch bei unseren Kindern sehr gut an!
Der Wellness-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um andere Ziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Digne d'un 4 étoiles avec de très bonnes prestations. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres: une loggia avec balcon et une prestige. Superbes! Chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Très bon accueil. SPA Calme et reposant et d'une très grande propreté tout comme l'hôtel. Soin du visage sensationnel. Un soucis avec le canapé lit qui fut resolu immédiatement avec efficacité. Belles attentions pour notre maman qui fêtait ses 80 ans le jour de notre arrivée.
