Stayed at BSR for a business trip, no fun. The room at Village Center was great, although I was taken a tiny bit aback by the Murphy Bed. The pictures showed the bed stowed and deployed, but I just didn't snap to what it was. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for considerably more floor space when stowed. The meal options at BSR are notoriously expensive, which is kind of expected at ski resorts. The staff, to a person, went out of their way to be polite, helpful, and to make me feel valued as a guest. The nightly turndown and chocolate service really iced the cake. I truly hope to have a return visit.

Ski in and out location. Beautiful area, staff was incredible. A bargain. Only regret of the trip was the trip protection feature is very tightly regulated and contact is 18 pages long. The resort is awesome, booking through a 3rd party was not.

Room was a great size for our family of three. Had alot of kitchen items and a decent sized mini fridge. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the sofa itself was much better for sleeping. Murphy bed was not great but not terrible either. Location is amazing 10/10. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the hotel itself was beautiful, lobby, rooms etc! However, if you looked closely you could tell the carpet had not been replaced in ages and the furniture was worn. Also, very inconvient and confusing for check in and check out! Surronding contruction was very annoying. We were able to enjoy our stay, but I would not recommend it to anyone.

Stay for the most part was great. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning boy - did nothing but give us clean towels. Did not even take out our over flowing garbage. He also stole my very expensive gel (when I asked my myself, would a guy steal my gel - well he had long curly brown hair) When I confronted him, I told him either he could “go find it in his garbage” or that I would be making a call. Interestingly enough, he “found” it in his garbage.

The resort is nestled on a beautiful mountain and I'm sure that those who ski or bike could speak to a much better experience than we can. We did not have a bad experience by any means, it's just not the resort for us. The property was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We don't bike, so there wasn't anything for us to do at the resort. Even the shopping was bike/ski focused. The restaurants and cocktail lounges closed early in the evening, but that could be because it was a week day. We had to drive 30+ minutes to do anything.

This property sucked....had to go to three hotels in the area to get us to this one. Had to park 300 yards from the hotel. Paid $277.00 for a pull down bed that was like sleeping on a rock.

Wonderful resort with lots of amenities, even in the summer. Great dining options. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Room was spacious with a nice fireplace. Views were incredible and complimentary ski lift tickets were a huge bonus. Access to free laundry was appreciated. Pool and hot tub were nice, however jets on hot tub were out of order. Only negative for the stay was a lot of construction was happening at the resort, so parking/walking was a bit frustrating, as well as the noise and appearance of surrounding area. However, the stay was awesome, so this was easily overlooked. Would definitely return to stay at Big Sky in the future.

The walk was also zero lit at night. Walking on a gravel construction road in the dark seemed not on par with the how the hotel would like to be represented.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful mountain setting. The staff were welcoming and so very helpful. The only concern we had was getting luggage from our car in the parking lot to the hotel. The pathway between there was under construction and graveled and very difficult for rolling suitcases. The bathroom and kitchen were very well stocked, the kitchen even had an Insta pot. The towels in the bathroom were very plush, and they were even bath robes for our use. We had a nice balcony with a fantastic view of the mountain and ski areas. we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The property is beautiful. So many things to do to keep the family entertained. Bonus, the scenic rides up the mountain are included with your stay, although nobody told us. We were prepared to pay the $42 ticket each (yikes!), then were pleasantly surprised to hear it was included. Sad that we almost missed out but had decided to splurge.

Policies listed on this property are not forthcoming. This is a smoke and vape free property but this information is not listed on their website. There are no amenities for adults other than mountain biking in the summer. This resort is not a good place for adults as all amenities are for small children which there are an abundance of. Everything closes at 10pm. Construction ruins any view you would have had. Finding the hotel in the resort takes about 45 minutes to have someone escort you to where to park and then another long walk on concrete and gravel to the hotel. If you’re in town for Yellowstone it is over an hour drive to the West entrance which is much more crowded and long waits to enter. The town of Livingston is the same distance from Bozeman airport and is great for dive bars and night life. It’s the same distance to the north Yellowstone entrance from Livingston which is where the majority of the wildlife are found and is not near as crowded. Service is extremely slow and food is overpriced in the Village Center. Expect at least an hour and a half total time for breakfast each morning. We actually paid for a different hotel in Livingston for 2 nights in addition to this resort we had already paid for, just to get off of this resort and enjoy our time in Montana. Other than the resort, Montana and Yellowstone are amazing to visit and we had a great time when we were off of this resort.

Was a really nice stay. Very nicely appointed room, Murphy bed was actually comfortable, staff was all very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit confusing at first but they easily directed me where to go for check in and then to park. Can’t drive up to this hotel due to its location right in the Village Center, but they will shuttle you to the door from your vehicle. Hot tub and pool are excellent-they said pool temp is 92, and felt wonderful in the cool mountain air!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the staff showed genuine kindness - housekeeper wishing us safe travels, front desk thanking us for our stay…. It was lovely, as was our room. Amazing view, toasty fireplace (we actually used it in June), comfy bed. And it was so roomy. The area was also magnificent. We were able to walk directly to our hiking trail (plenty of staff to guide the way), stroll to dinner, and just a few steps to a well stocked grocery store. Wish we had been able to stay longer!

Best location for ski in, ski out on the mountain! Shows signs of wear and tear in the unit, but was comfortable overall. Condo #280 has the best patio for sunning and watching the skiers. Outdoor pool and hot tub were great after a day on the slopes.

The Village Center at Big Sky was one big luxurious stay. The staff especially were exceptional from check in to bell hop service to cleaning. If I could give 6 stars I would. The location is the absolute best. A true ski in & ski out - so close to the lifts and runs, we went to the room for lunch everyday and back on slope in less than 45 min.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Village Center for our first time exploring Big Sky! We traveled with three kids 11,9 and 4 along with my husband and myself. It was a perfect experience! We squeezed into a studio with Murphy bed and sofa bed and loved it. We are close family so it doesn’t bother us to cozy up in front of a fireplace for a few nights sleep. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and incredible breakfast buffet, my husband and I loved the hospitality and ski-in ski-out location of the property. They greeted us with hot chocolate and carried all of our luggage and ski equipment up to our room. I won’t stay anywhere else upon our return, this was 5star and family budget friendly!

We really enjoyed our visit at Big Sky, everyone was so friendly and helpful. My husband loved the hotel. Now that I know a little more of layout , we will definitely be coming back. My only dislike was the Murphy bed, but my husband loved it. A special note to Canadians, the resort is cashless, which was a pain, for I don’t like using my cards out of country.

The Village at Big Sky was a great place to stay. We went in the summer and loved every aspect of the location. The view of the mountain was beautiful. The room was much bigger than expected. Terrible problems getting into and out of Big Sky via the access road. Delay of 1hour 45 minutes to get in and 30 minutes getting out. This is wasted vacation time!!

First time to Village Center at the Big Sky Resort. What a delight! The check-in process was super. Joe escorted us to the Village Center check-in desk. He is very personable. The Village Center front desk were also great with an efficient check-in process and explaining the property to us. The room was simply wonderful! We had dinner at Westward Social. Joe provided good service and the meal was amazing. I was especially impressed with the Chicken Pesto sandwich. My only regret is staying one night. There appeared to be enough things to do in the area to justify a 2- or 3-night stay. Next time!!!!
