Room door not secure. Could not be locked from the outside. From the inside, yes. I'm not sure how quickly they would have taken care of the issue and I didn't want to invest any of my time into an issue that was not of my doing, so I just transfered my valuables back and forth from my vehicle when I had to leave the room. I notified them at checkout. The door security was an issue that occurred over time and should have been dealt with long before I arrived. Some problems are unforseen and need to be given consideration. Others are just neglegence. Businesses seem to care less and less about their customers time and convenience. Their problems become ours. Frustrating!

The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running. The stove top made a funny smell while using and would make you nauseous. When I told the manager her reply was it’s you and you smell. The whole hotel stunk and had a weird smell. The housekeeping and maintenance staff ignored you and were very rude and unprofessional. They had as much training as probably the manager which was none. The manager Zoie had no experience and should be kept away from dealing with any people as she is very rude! She also claimed we knew someone there and took my sisters ID and showed it to another guest to see if she knew her which is against the law. You are not allowed to show any person stuff to anyone. I wouldn’t be surprised if she would do that with a credit card if she did that with an ID. There was broken bottles and dog feces all over the outside property due to no pop bags or anyone picking up after their dogs. When I asked to talk to someone above Zoie they wouldn’t give us a number or tell us who the general manager was. I would highly avoid this property!

The front office/entry smelled good, but when you enter the actual building, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and nastiness, slaps you in the face. The room was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything! Had I had enough money to take the loss and go elsewhere, I would have. 10/10 do NOT recommend, I will not be staying there again.

Our room did not meet expectations according to what was described on the websight. I asked for a queen size bed and we got a full size. In addition, I have never seen such a sparsely equipped hotel or room in my life. No hair dryers in rooms or on sight (the web sight said they were available on request, but they weren't) No shampoo, no kleenex, no coffee pot or any other kitchen ware in the \"fully equipped kitchen\", no ice on sight, extra charge to request new towel, etc. The bathroom floor was dirty, the sheets kept coming off the bed, and the blinds on the window did not keep light out (there were no curtains)

There was blood on the front door handle of the hotel. Carpets were stained and had a foul odor. Overall property is dirty, trash was heaping over and piled near the cans outside, weeds are feet tall along the property entrance. Screens on all the windows are falling apart. The screen on our 2nd story room window was broken and bent so the window wouldn’t even shut all the way.

This is NOT a hotel. No amenities, no lobby. It's a run down building that people live in long term. Room was dirty and smelled musty and moldy, fridge didn't work, keys didn’t work, building was not secured at night. Constant noise inside and out. I don't know how they get away with charging as much as a regular hotel. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Overall terrible. Dirty, no trashcan in the room. No toilet paper holder. Sketchy people hanging around the building and wandering the parking lot at night. Door locks broke so they kept the doors open and unsafe. We left in the middle of the night due to feeling unsafe and smelling weed throughout our room from outside.

There was an attempt to make the room clean, but it still fell a bit flat.
- My room was on the 4th floor and it did not have a screen when I opened it.
- one of the towels that I used immediately had a smell when it touched water
- There were some hairs on the bed and pillow

Worst Hotel Ever

The property has trash everywhere. The main hallway smelled atrocious and stains everywhere in the carpet. The room itself has a terrible odor. The shower had hair stuck to the sides and pubic hair in the bottom of the tub. There were people hollering and dogs barking throughout. Three out of four facility washing machines were broke and the only one working was covered in dog hair.

Scared to Stay at this Property

This hotel was not safe or clean at all. There was two drug dealers on the corner of each entrance selling drugs. There were homeless people hanging out and sleeping by the motel doors. They were suppose to cancel my room and not charge my card and they charged it anyway. The front desk would not answer the phone. Finally after 3 tries I got them on the phone and told T them the situation because I did not want to get out of my car in the parking lot it was so bad. The office lady said she would cancel and not charge my card. There were people yelling in the back ground and a baby screaming. She hung up on me and charged my card anyway. I have not been able to get them on the phone. I contacted hotels.com they said they would not charge my card but they did. I am having to go thru my bank to fix my charge. The hotel is not what it says it is online and I do not recommend this place. It is more of a homeless drug property people in the neighborhood live at. This is a terrible place I do not recommend it. It is not safe

I recently stayed there and there was many issues such as checking in to a room with another person already in it, dirt (left over dog food) and hair in the beds we were given, bugs crawling out of outlets, dirty towels rehung when we arrived. I would have expected a clean room and didn't even get that.

Once we arrived and got checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned after it's last use. It was the first time this has ever happened for me at a hotel. We were trying to get to a concert on time and this created such a delay that we were not able to get dinner before the show. The internet did not work (presumably because the wi-fi password was linked to the first room). There also was not any shampoo or conditioner.

Chose this property due to both the price and proximity to my business reason for traveling to Loveland. My advice is to pay more for another hotel if you're looking to stay in this area. This property is described as an \"aparthotel.\" I didn't think that was something to be wary of. Wrong. The housekeepers are doing their job to the best of their ability, but the property is in questionable condition. The bathroom sink stopped up and the toilet ran constantly. The security door to enter the building with your key card, right next to the front desk, did not work. You'd stand there trying to put your key card in 50 different ways before it'd work or the front desk attendant had to come around and open the door for you. We had to resort to walking around to the back or side of the building to get in. There's a large deep pothole in the road leading up to the hotel, Clydesdale and Peralta, which you can see right on Google maps. We tried to walk our dog on the sidewalk in front of the hotel but it's blocked by an overgrown evergreen type of tree whose branches have grown out and blocked the walking path. The crowning glory happened the morning we were due to check out when our truck, parked in the lot by the front desk, was broken into at 9am in the morning in broad daylight. No security cameras. And the response by the desk staff, general manager and district manager was \"not our problem and not our fault.\" In other words, customer service is not a thing here.

Floor was sticky in kitchen. Front desk staff came and mopped again, however, missed the spot by the fridge that was disgusting and caused the issue. Fridge was sticky too like something had spilled out of it and never got cleaned. Had to clean loose tobacco off the table. Drawers and shelf in kitchen not clean. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Raw piece of chicken on side of hotel. Numerous groups of men with coolers drinking beer in parking lot. Made it feel unsafe. Rocks by all entrances smelled of urine.

We checked out 2 days early because we found an apartment. The manager stated he’d refund me for the 2 nights. Upon seeing I booked through Hotels.com he said I’d need to have them process it, however, he refused to approve it when they reached out.

Not at all worth the money. Pay a little more to stay somewhere clean.

I packed up and left to find another room at another hotel. I have tried to communicate several times about the issue and to request a refund, and have received no response. Urine on the bathroom floor, sink was not even wiped down hair in the sink, yellow stains on the bathroom walls, heavily stain carpet in room. Every time I walked in the hard floor my sneakers stuck to it.
In all honesty, this should be reported to the Board of Health.

I stayed the night of the 1-2 and we are extremely upset. We get in and the microwave plate is in the sink and covered in cheese and the tables are covered in I don’t know what. The trash on the floor including a used toothbrush really set the mood.We go downstairs and let the front desk know and she offered to clean it or let us borrow towels to clean it which we opted for the first option. She said she had a housekeeper go home sick and her other housekeeper was supposed to finish the room.Which upstairs the stains on the table ,walls, fridge were still there.We go to get under the covers and on the sheets there are brown, yellow, red(obviously blood)stains. Other than being a health hazard it was nauseating. We go downstairs ask for new bedsheets, she hands them to us and says you’ll have to put them on yourselves. A couple sheets later and we finally find some with minimal staining. If it wasn’t the only place available I would’ve left and not even tried after the first incident.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen area. Not what I expected. There was no outside lighting turned on when it got dark. Summer managed to get half of it turned on around 10 pm, but there was no lighting turned on over the doorways.

Other than that, the price was great, staff was courteous, and bed was comfortable. Accepting pets was the best!

This has got to be the most disgusting, dirty, unsafe hotel I've ever stayed in! The time was sparce. I had a bed, night stand, dresser and TV. There was a full size fridge that worked and a stove/microwave but no pots or pans/utensils for use. (as a traveler you don't pack these) and they were not offered. No coffee maker and the bed may as well had been the floor. This place smelled like a marijuana plant and people smoked in their rooms and in the lobby! The cops were called more than not and there was a fight and gunshots my third night and I asked to be relocated and thank God Expedia got me out of there. I was scared for my life at this hotel!!!

First off I have to say, Staff is friendly, but difficult to find a time when they are available. Lots of drunk people meandering about in the evenings. Walk switches were filthy so I used bleach wipes and it came right offf, so know that housekeeping isn’t cleaning switch, toilet seat, refrigerator handles. They were all filthy! God knows about the remote controll and where it’s been..... 😬 Overall look from outside is perfect. Get in near the elevator and a certain gloom and doom from the filth and thugs running about the place makes me think of New Jack City! 😂

The desk folks were nice and there was a pleasant area for walking the dogs. The kitchenette was nice, had it been fully functional (no hot water).

However, the cost of the short stay was super high for the state of the hotel and the amenities, especially with internet as an add-on cost. (Basic is provided, but useless.) Some longer term residents also felt entitled to let their dogs off-leash, so we never felt entirely safe. The grounds weren't policed for dog poop or trash/glass, and the grass wasn't kept short enough to keep an eye out for the dog poop that other residents hadn't picked up. Overall our experience was what I would expect to receive at a third of the cost--not that hard to deal with it all, just didn't like paying that much for it.

Staff was verry nice and helpfull but I would not say these is a non smoke enviroment or a family place, It is a pity they cannot control the frecuently use of cigarettes inside the rooms, the edor is transmitted beetwen rooms through the ventilation system... smoke detectors, no smoking signs in each room could be incorporated.

This place was disgusting and people living in the rooms for months at a time, no front desk person when I checked in, the room smelled like urine and the floors were wet. Absolutely not what pictures show at all. Avoid at all costs!!

Horrible!!!!!! Filthy dirty, homeless people in parking lot, trash everywhere, no one cleans hotel, no house keeping, rooms dirty! No coffee pots, no one working front desk at night!!!! Noisy!!! Never ever will recommend this hotel!!!!

There wasn’t anything good about this place. The so called front desk is behind a wooded sliding window which makes you feel not welcomed. You have to stand there and wait for someone to open the window. What are they afraid of? I travel all over the US I never have seen anything like it. The room smelled and had dried feces on the floor. The floors were dirty and no amenities. They charge as much as everyone else and no dishes or pans you have to buy them? Really? They say pet friendly but if you have to pay to have your pet you are NOT PET FRIENDLY!! Do you charge for kids? I’ve seen and heard nosey kids and ones that are destructive. If you have a parent that neglects their kids, it is worst then any pet. From what I see I’d rather have 100 dogs instead of 1 kid. Plus, the floor I was on had rooms full of loud Hispanics they yelled until late at night. I figured they past out I tried calling but you just can’t call the front desk it gets routed all over I guess other guests complained. I was there two nights and didn’t get sleep. The worst place. Do not stay there!
