Walls are like paper, can hear conversations in next room keeping you up at night, disruptive to peaceful stay. Sleep deprived from stay there.
Loud past midnight in parking lot and hotel with music and barking dogs and smokers everywhere on property. Had to call and complain about noise after midnight. Doors slam constantly, no buffer. Bed & pillows & sheets horrible! Have to check everything you need out including blow dryer..not convenient. No amenities except horrible coffee in entry. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Would not recommend, would not stay there again.

Venetian Blinds are not sufficient window coverings. I really didn't want to wake up at 5:30 with the sun. And the front desk's response was "we don't do curtains the blinds are part of our brand". Wonderful you do you. I won't do WoodSpring Suites.... ever again

It was well kept. I loved that each room had its own kitchenette for longer stays this would have been perfect. I do recommend that the office add feminine products to their emergency stash of supplies for female guest caught by surprise—it happens. Unfortunately my supply didn’t get replenished and the girl at the desk literally said “use washcloths”?

This is not a hotel by your standard definition. It’s an empty room with no amenities you’d expect in a hotel. The pillows are an insult. They must be $1 and the comforter was basically a napkin.

The women that worked at the front desk wouldn’t even make eye contact. They were just absolutely dreadful at customer service. There is no soap or shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms. No blow dryer.

The sounds coming upstairs were absolutely terrifying. Loud bangs all night and not the sexy kind. I complained several nights that I was unable to sleep. Nothing was done. They didn’t care.

The window barely cracks open. You’re stuck in your room with no fresh air.

Oh! You have to PAY FOT THE WIFI! The free included one does not work, it felt like such a scam that they’d even say they have internet because they do NOT. You have to call a call center and pay for the internet on your own.

The TV wasn’t working the first night.

The shower has no pressure at all. The drain got clogged and you were showering in standing water and it was horrible. The towels are also deplorable. Could maybe wrap a toddler. Seriously there’s better quality towels at th dollar tree.

I know they’re an extended stay and don’t need to have anything but come on guys, like could you just try? Try a LITTLE? It feels like you hate people.

We stayed here for about a week. The price was great. But please understand that you will be giving up some of the luxuries in exchange. No daily linen change. No room cleaning. No free shampoo and bath soap. No dishes to use. So if you know about these omissions and you are ok with it, you will enjoy your stay. There is a shopping center across the street. We just went and got the things we needed. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. It’s in a nice area of town.

Yes like other have said. The walls are thin and you can hear the TV from the room next to you clearly. But that’s my only negative

We will be looking at this place as our first choice option hotel whenever we are in town.

This property is not a regular hotel, which is how it is presented on Hotels.com. This is a minimal, no-frills experience with no amenities whatsoever for people needing an extended stay option. It is a cheaply constructed property. Can feel/hear bedsprings. Low water pressure in shower. Had a clogged drain but they did fix it promptly. Single pane windows so traffic sounds were loud. You get one towel and one washcloth. When you need a fresh set, you take it to the front desk for exchange. No Kleenex. No glasses or coffee machine. No hairdryer. There is a kitchenette but no cookware, plates or utensils. If you know that going in, it is okay. If not, it is an unpleasant surprise. You can find regular hotels for the same cost.

This was a terrible stay for us. You can hear every noise above you ( no carpeting to absorb sound) There was a loud verbal fight with several people at 4:00 am. We stayed here to get a good nights rest before our daughter & friends' volleyball tournament. We wasted our money. We would have been better off staying a home and driving 2 hours to this tournament. The bed was very firm and hurt my back / hips. The front desk person was very nice. The only good thing about this stay.

I was given a room that seemed occupied by someone else glad we didn't find somebody naked and in bed! My girlfriend was frustrated and mad at the fact that we had to go up and down the elevator so many times just to get the appropriate room! I was very displeased at the fact that I paid for a room that in my eyes should be refunded for the poor service provided by the staff! I mean they just hand out other people's room keys! Access to others personal belongings. I will never stay there again!

We arrived late, 10PM, they gave us our 2Q room, it was dirty, not cleaned, beds not made. Gave us a 2nd room, a K - same thing, not as dirty, but bed not made, garbages full, food in the fridge. Had to get a 3rd room. Got in room, TV didn't work the first night and the bathroom faucet handle was faulty and came off. For a hotel 1 year old, we were very disappointed.

Not as nice as it appears. Rooms are noisy, you can hear everything next door. Monthly low rates so lots of not so great characters. The children next door to me were up at all hours (until 3 am) screaming and watching TV loudly. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff was super friendly and the workout room was great. Also good location which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1.

The front desk lady was very nice. However the room had a horrible bed. But what made me not stay there was the bathroom. The shower had human hair and a yellow film around the shower drain. When I called and spoke to the front desk lady she was very understanding and was ok with me leaving. Currently awaiting for a refund from this hotel.

My 9 day stay I killed a total of 11 bugs in my room. Upon arriving at my assigned room the smell of burnt frying oil was there the entire stay. Bought two air fresheners to help with the smell. As many stays that I've been there I thought I'd be treated a little better.

This property is very clean and in a great area BUT…I’ve eaten pancakes thicker than the provided pillows and the queen bed, while comfortable, squeaked like a cheap $30 metal bed frame from Dollar General! I traveled alone so it’s not what you’re thinking. It would squeak when I even slightly rolled over in the bed. Also, the walls were so thin, I heard the whole conversation of the people adjacent to me. He needed to “get up so he could take a shower if he was going to be at work on time!” And, apparently, there was a dance troop of 15 toddlers in the room above me that all had to use the bathroom at 4:00am and again at 6:00am because all 30 of their feet were running and jumping in the room directly above me. Also, I was brushing my teeth and as I turned the faucet on, it came off in my hand. You have to pay $2 extra for all bath towels and wash rags aside from the one per person they give you. I had a floor towel, one bath towel and a wash rag. Not even a hand towel to dry my hands after washing. There is 1 bar of soap. No other toiletries. There is a full kitchen but no dish soap or dish rags. This is the “cheapest” hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I don’t mean monetarily, as I paid $207 a night to stay here. Bet I won’t stay in this chain again!!

The room had a full kitchen but absolutely no equipment. No products of any kind (Kleenex, paper towels) nor shampoo, or a single plastic utensil. The room was not serviced during the 5 days I was there. An elderly woman was going to stay but the doors were heavy and none were automatic. I would never stay again.

If you are a light sleeper I would suggest staying away from this hotel. People across the hallway from me had a dog that was barking for a good solid hour and then proceeded to have a get together of some kind. Quiet hours were definitely not enforced.

Different rules with different staff. I reserved two rooms under my name. First time coming through check my id only was able to pay with card on file. Second time coming into town still two rooms under my name was asked for multiple drivers license, I have a big family hence the two rooms both rooms under my name why two separate licenses, also she refused to use my card on file. Also the first time we were there, we never got room keys, we had to be let in by the hotel clerk, couldn’t leave the building or the room or would be locked out.

Stayed 3 nights. Room was never serviced once. Bed is a cheap mattress thrown on a spring frame that squeaks and creeks with every move throughout the night. Pillows are paper thin, as are the bath towels and ned sheets. Due to a local event in the area, as well, as it being extremely convenient location, I chose this place. Doubtful I will do so in the future.

Look, it's a nice hotel. It's clean and you get a lot of space, kitchen, fridge, all that. The reason for the low review is due to their "High speed WiFi", being literally slower than my parents farm house in the middle of nowhere. They have 2 tiers of WiFi, free, and "fast-streaming WiFi". The free WiFi was about 4 mbps. And the PAID "fast-streaming WiFi" caps out at 8 mbps. I know it's an amenity and usually you just need a bed to sleep in(their beds are nice). But this is also a "long term stay" hotel where a lot of the people there are there for work. I was there for work, which involved needing WiFi. Also, the WiFi crashed twice in 8 hours; so if you are trying to stay at this "long term, work related hotel", I hope you don't have to do any computer work. I checked a poorly rated hotel downtown from this hotel, and they had 250mbps...so why couldn't this brand new hotel have more than 60 which is basically the bare minimum...and they call it "high speed streaming WiFi". All in all, if you need a bed and kitchen and don't need any other amenities like WiFi, breakfast, maid service, then this is great. But if you need to do anything online or want to watch Netflix, don't go here.
