The breakfast was a big disappointment…the hot tub and pool area was okay until we discovered ants around the hot tub. The room was also okay but our tub had the stopper removed/broken, and misleading—over all just did not feel it was as nice, clean and accommodating as perceived when booking which was upsetting since I booked 2 weekends in a row for baseball tournaments but will now think we will be looking for a different option

I stayed at this property for a course being held in Greeley. When I arrived, there was a sign that said to use the phone in the lobby to call for someone to assist with checking in. I did just that and the phone rang at the front desk where the sign was placed. I let the phone ring 7 times and then I hung up. About a minute later, aomeone came out of the office behind the desk.
The room was not horrible but definitely not what I would have expected from this hotel chain. The soda and candy machines were both out of order. It is quite inconvenient to have to go to the 1st floor to get ice. There are no convenience store near this location and there is not way to get anything from the hotel.

The Greeley Colorado comfort inn restored my faith in this hotel brand! Up on check in Aaron was very friendly and greeted us enthusiastically. The room was clean and very well maintained along with all the common areas very clean the outside grounds clean and free of litter and well maintained. Breakfast tasted fresh and hot and had plenty choices available. It was welcoming to be greeted by staff as you passed through the lobby or met in the hallways.

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good with many options, however the \"instant\" coffee machine was terrible. Not even the bold coffee was good. The beds were hardly comfortable, rather like a thin pad on a box spring. The pillows were awful! Lumpy and flat. I have never slept so poorly in a hotel. Our son enjoyed the pool and making new friends there however. So overall it was not a terrible experience, I just would not stay again.

The hot tub was not hot and the jets didnt work. The breakfast was ok the 1st day. The 2nd day, the waffle batter was out. There was no milk either. Staff was good though and very friendly. Beds were comfortable but I hate sheets that come off during the night.

We wanted to have a night away from our 4 teenagers. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was out of service. AARON made it all better by upgrading us to a king suite with a jacuzzi tub because we had Choice Rewards. The room was clean and quiet. Could use some updates though...We slept in so we missed the breakfast part but it smelled good.

We arrived late in the evening and checked in. The system had our contact information incorrect and we had to give our address and phone number several times as the employee didn’t seem to know what to do and another employee had to come out and help her. The room was extremely warm at almost 80 degrees. The air conditioner took a long time to cool off the room but finally did. Our room had several moths flying around and overall felt pretty dated. The room didn’t feel as clean as we would have expected or liked in a hotel. The stay was fine but we were glad it was only one night. The breakfast was a little underwhelming in the morning. Overall it was fine but we wouldn’t book here again in the future.

I was there for (2) evenings. First morning there was no hot water and was not repaired by the time I needed to leave. I needed a shower that morning badly. It was back on when I returned that evening and was able to shower. I asked if I got any compensation for the inconvenience when I left the next morning and was told no. I will not be returning ever and will make sure I spread the word

Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, room in great condition and clean, our bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is pet friendly. We always stay here when we visit Greeley, CO. The only thing that could be improved upon is having a nice setting area outside.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is very old and smells. We stayed in room 203, we found hair in our bed (good thing I brought my own sheets and pillows), and our tub was clogged. I informed the front desk, and nothing was done, the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, considering I've stayed at other Comfort Inns and have never experienced this before.

The pool was green and moldy. Could not swim at all during our stay. The mini fridge in the room did not stay cold and ruined our leftovers, which we brought back with us. The heat lamp in the bathroom did not have a heat lightbulb; it was just a regular bulb. The elevator looks as if it has never been cleaned. Staff was friendly though.

Broken hot tub and broken home.

The hot tub was broken and smell of it almost made me puke. I could barely stay in there to take my granddaughter swimming for 20 minutes. Which was really sad because it was a rough night for us already and it wasn't comfortable at all We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because the TV channels wouldn't come through. The thing that I can say about here is that the staff is kind The people that work there are nice it's just the hotel is not good I would have asked for my money back but I didn't.

Checking in was great. The staff was great and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a small fitness center, which was great for a quick workout. The room was a bit too hot though. The rooms were clean, but my only downside was the mattresses. I like to lift up the bedsheets and mattress pads to check for bed bugs (I had a very bad experience with bed bugs at a previous hotel in Denver and have since checked thoroughly the beds and mattresses). The mattresses were a bit dirty with crumbs. It would be nice if the cleaners vacuum them once in a while. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Good staff at a bad property.

The property is old, cracked corner tiles in the bathroom with old 80’s shower fixtures, newer room fixtures and furniture, but old windows and paper thin walls. Our door swing bar lock had been forced open at some point and poorly repaired instead of replacing the door and lock. Worn bed sheets. Cribs are 1990’s pick and plays that are not cleaned or sanitized between uses. We opened the one proved with our room to find goldfish crackers (okay, but icky) and a handful of little magnetic letter toys ( a major choking hazard for babies and small children). If we had had any choice, I we would have stayed somewhere else.
