The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty footprints on the floor, but the bed was so-so, bedding smelled bleachy at least.

The pool setup is really weird, it's situated in the middle of a bunch of rooms. Train is very loud, but I'm used to that so that part didn't really bother me. It was a centralized location, that was about the best part.

Slept in the pool. The room window and AC unit opened to their pool two floors down. The humidity and off gassing of the chlorine was overwhelming. Noticed the smell right away, but was in a hurry and forgot about it until I got back late. Slept in it and woke up feeling sick and nauseous. I have no idea how that is not a code issue. Or is it? Otherwise, the property is super dated. Front desk staff is ackward. Price was decent.

There were about 30-40 people at 1am that were running up and down the halls, yelling and slamming doors. Not sure if it was some kind of party but not a good night at all. Safety was a little bit of a concern. The poor staff tried to do something but was unsuccessful.

I needed two queens so they put me on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor had a stench and I requested a move. I was moved to the first floor. The hallway smelt like dog urine. Dogs were barking late into the night. Not a good stay. I will not stay there again.

It a good place to stay. The room needs some maintenance attention, small details, but doesn't mean that it is not important. Lavatory lights one of the lights bulbs was burned. The light plastic cover beess ro be clean too (dusty). Besides that It was very comfortable my stay.

The shower curtain was ripped and barely hanging on. Chair in room was visibly stained. The pipe to shower head was squirting out towards the ripped shower curtain. I had to place a towel on floor to soak up the water. Bed was comfortable though. That was the main requirement of any stays.

The check in process was easy rooms were comfortable. We choose the property based on the pool . We stayed one night for the kids to swim.
At breakfast, we were told they decided not to open the pool till 10 am and not 8 am as listed and confirmed at check in. Police were present. There was an attempted kidnapping of a lady staying at the hotel. Apparently she was out front of the building.

Location is why I’d come back again

Very typical of a budget hotel. There was some bad mold, walls “melting” from moisture in the halls, stains in carpets, obvious recent remodeling due to water damage. The funniest part was that the laminate wall in the bathroom was stapled on to hold it together! It smelled kinda bad, but again, for a budget hotel, it was pretty typical. I’d be okay staying here again, but I do wish they’d keep it up a little more.

The staff I interacted with were great. Friendly and profession. My room was clean and comfortable. The rooms could use some updating and courtyard needs some help. In my daughters room which overlooked a very nice pool the light fixture and window ledges have not been cleaned in ages. I would stay here again!!!

IMAGINE BEING WOKE UP AT 6:30 AM TO THE SOUND OF ROOFERS WORKING ON THE ROOF. NO WARNING OR NOTICE. COULDNT TAKE THE NOISE ANY MORE. CHECKED OUT AT 9:30AM. ASKED FOR A VOUCHER FOR ANOTHER STAY. I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WASNT ON SITE. SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME. NO ONE DID. I TRIED TO CALL AND THE PERSON KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. ROUGH HOTEL, THE GUY WHO CHECKED ME IN LOOKED LIKE HE WAS DRUGGED OUT. NO TEETH, AND LOOKED LIKE HE HADNT BATHED IN MONTHS. THE BREAKFAST IS SUGAR CEREAL. THE COFFEE TASTES LIKE VODKA AND THE PEOPLE THAT STAY THERE ARE BORDERLINE HOBOS. We had no service in our room, even when we informed the front desk of our requests. The desk missed three consecutive wake up calls to our room. The free breakfast was inconsequential, the waffle iron, when it worked, was ok, but the wait was to long. A better breakfast, other than cereal and apples would be nice.

Troubled stay. Problems with power to the TV, Fridge, Coffee. In attempting to remedy these the staff deleted our stay from the system (thinking they would reenter to a different room) and as we later found out, re-entered it with an earlier departure. The power issues were remedied. Then due to the flawed reservation entry mentioned above, they told us we would have to leave a day early. The staff were able to comprehend what had happened once I showed them my original reservation so our departure date was corrected. Worth notine: the room had no outdoor window, just one into the indoor pool area. The facility is quite near the tracks, so...train noise. Child sized toilet is a non-starter for us going forward.

We arrived and were charged for an upgraded room that we did not receive. I believe they gave our room to another client as we were a late check in. Disappointed in how handled or should I say lack of handling. Would not recommend, desk clerk says this happens all the time with third party reservations. Here is our view from King poolside. The rooms were clean. They really should enforce pet clean up.

Our room was not very clean. The receptionist did not return my ID and I needed it at dinner. The mirror in the room was broken, a lamp was not working and another lamp was missing a light bulb. The microwave was unplugged and we had to try and plug it in a very tight space. But on the bright side we had toilet paper.

The first thing we were told upon checking in was to park in a certain area because some of the security cameras in the lot didn't work.

The first night, there were kids running up and down the hall outside our room.

Our room was above the pool, so it smelled heavily of chlorine and and the AC was not turned on when we arrived so it was hot upon entry.

There were no blinds on the window, so the only options were closing the curtains for complete darkness without a light on or leave them open so everyone in the pool area and others with rooms over the pool could see into our room.

Lampshade & shower curtain were both torn/damaged.

There were no water fountains anywhere, even at breakfast so the only option for water on the property was to buy Dasani at the convenience store.

The television channel numbers didn't correspond to the actual channels.

The continental breakfast waffles had blueberries in the batter. This wasn't advertised anywhere we saw, so I can imagine if you have a blueberry allergy you would be in for a real surprise.

A family member of mine also stayed at the hotel & endured a barking dog across the hall and another group a floor up who sounded like they were rearranging furniture the entire time. Their key also stopped working one night for no reason, and when we went to the front desk to have it fixed there was no desk agent present for quite a while and a group of seemingly homeless men were gathered in the lobby.

Our experience just wasn't the best...waited a full 10 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. Breakfast was yogurt or waffles, but coffee was a welcomed friend. Just a bit run down and definitely would say third floor halls need a very thorough vacuum. Had to set coffee down on carpet outside my room to get in and there were so many crumbs and just filth of fingernail clippings, ewwwww....

This hotel was discustion . We did not arrive until 1130 at night after driving over 1900 miles. If we were not so tired we would have found a new hotel that night. The next morning we checked and and went someplace that was so much better and it was cheaper. The hotel dont refund your money either. Would not recommend this place.

When I had a horrible experience at Ocala Cove Motel down the street (avoid this one at all costs), the friendly staff at Comfort Inn took me in. They provided a safe friendly environment that the Cove Motel did not. Breakfast was wonderful, bed was very comfortable, and after a very long day of driving and fighting the owner at that other motel, Comfort Inn was a much needed place to sleep. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

I believe the courtesy of the staff should be recognized, therefore its 2 stars instead of zero. Parking was full, had to street park (um hello pickups with hitched trailers in the parking lot, thanks!), black hairs on toilet that were not mine, visible mold, cracked mirror door, crack below shower head, ruined cushion, broken lock (thankfully it was the extra), broken curtain and valence, dirty floors, and everyone's favorite: black hair attached to my sheet when pulling covers back. Dirty hallway, dirty floors so overall uncleaniness. One entrance was broken on the north making it completely inaccessible. \"Free breakfast\" if you only like cereal, waffles, yogurt or bread products. Cherry on top is trains to hear! For this price absolutely find somewhere else. It is not worth it.

The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly. The building itself was a bit run down. The biggest inconvenience was the fan in the bathroom. It was connected to the light and was not functioning properly and ran very loud. It had to be kept on while getting ready. (We used phone flashlight in the middle of the night so we wouldn't wake each other up to use the bathroom.) For a one night stay to tour UNC it served its purpose.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The check in clerk was extremely kind and helpful, but the place itself was dirty, had homeless people all around the entrance, had people living in the hotel, smoking by the doors and oogling women walking in. They thought something had happened to the overnight person at the desk because she was missing in the morning, so the lobby was full of police trying to find out what happened. No breakfast was out due to this. Fortunately, the person ended up being ok.

Don’t book this based on photos like I did.

Bed and bedding was nice, comfortable and clean. And I guess I felt safe enough. Those the only reasons I stayed. The hotel is very run down and very dirty—hallways are stained and had food scattered throughout(cookies, limes, nuts, crumbs) that stayed in place for days. The surfaces in my room were not clean—hard, stuck on who knows what on the bathroom and living area counters. The TV remote didn’t work, the replacement remote they gave me didn’t work either. The staff on my check in was great—the following nights-they seem bothered to be pulled away from watching TV. Breakfast is better than nothing. Great orange juice. Snack shop is pretty good. Downtown Greeley is pretty dead so don’t plan on walking alone at night. Parking was plentiful and I left stuff safely in my car. I won’t stay again but I survived.

The beds & pillows were not comfy. No handicap accommodations. The bed was too high for my physically challenged mother. The view from our room was not appealing. The window faced a big dirt area. The continental breakfast was poor. Most hotels have a healthy choice like fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc. We had 2 options, cereal or waffles, nothing sugar free. We had to ask for silverware & cups. They were out of tooth brushes so we got toothpaste only. The only positive I have is, the front desk ladies were very pleasant!! We will not stay here again! I am so disappointed.

Very clean and staff courteous. The only complaint is that every day I had to take the key card to get activated and during check in I was assigned to a room that was in use. It was a bit scary opening a door of someone that was in there asleep not knowing their reaction.
