No hot water in the bathroom sink. TV remote was broken and appeals to the front desk were meaningless. The only way to turn off the TV was to unplug it. Cabinet drawer pull came of in my hand. Door bottom smoke seal set too low making. Discussion with general manager was like talking to my dog.

Our stay was one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay again.

This is a no-frills location but was a pleasant surprise. It's located in a quiet area. the staff were particularly pleasant and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was as expected with a lovely sunny room to sit in and enjoy my food.

Due to bad weather I selected this hotel as a medium price ranged option. From my perspective the room was not well cleaned and had a foul odor like old cigarette smoke or just an old smell. I stayed for about an hour and the smell was too much. In that hour I experienced a raucous environment and loud plumbing. I let management know about the smell, but the manager did not seem particulalry concerned. It was a disappointing experience.

The rooms are small, and the walls are paper thin. I could touch the wall to the bathroom from my side of the bed, and could hear absolutely everything through the wall. I could also hear toilets flushing and water running in other close by rooms. The door to the room was was not sealed well (you could see light shining through the sides, to and bottom) and we could hear every voice and footstep of people walking by. I listened to someone have a full conversation in the stairwell by our room for over 20 minutes at 3am, before I had to step out and ask him to have his conversation elsewhere. This would not have been an issue if there was any insulation or sound canceling measures in place. The peephole looking out to the corridor was stuffed with tissue by a previous guest. Which is a statement about not only attention to detail by cleaning staff, but how bright the light shined in from the hallway. The continental breakfast was sad. Very little available and lower quality than expected.

Rooms were clean, a little outdated, staff was friendly. Upon arrival to our room the door handle was broken as if someone has been trying to get in which made me a little nervous. The bed frame is like aluminum which every time your feet hit it a echoes and made a loud noise. Not sure I would stay here again.

Staff was courteous, room very clean and well stocked. Continental breakfast is sufficient and better than many. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because every day but the last day, I only got one channel on the television. (It finally resolved itself after multiple resets).

But overall, yes, I would recommend this motel if you're staying in Greeley. Plus it's VERY close to Alberto's Express who makes outstanding Mexican food.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a lot of road noise all the time. I actually checked to make sure the window was closed. Light comes in from under the door and blackout curtains. The water is very loud and the toilet is louder when flushing.

Room fit and finish needed work.
Room cleanliness was ok. TV was maybe a 32”.
No closet, no hangers, soap and shampoo was the worst. Rugs in lobby were very dirty.
Doors and glass on entry needed attention.
Not a place I would recommend to s as friend.

Room was janky, lots of patched holes in the wall, the door was mishung, doorknob was broken. Bed was on a metal stand that was SO NOISY if you bumped it at all.
AC was terrible and barely worked.

The room was clean, good repair, common areas clean, breakfast adequate. Major complaint: outside door near our room almost never opens with door key, private room door opens sporadically, several tries necessary, very aggravating and unsafe. We resorted to propping the outside door open, which is a huge security problem. There is no designated dog walking area. The cleanup station has no bags. We always carry our own, but some people do not.

The outside was clean except for the strong agricultural odors in the surrounding area. The inside and room were extremely quiet however, I would recommend not getting a room beside the elevator. There were a lot of noise in the hallway surrounding my room which made it hard to sleep. If it weren’t for the trip of several teenagers, my stay would have been a bit better.

Other than being clean not much good to say. They wanted a surcharge for early check in. Next surcharge for room upgrade. Next although the place was less than half full, we were put in worst room. Window had no view. Luke warm water for morning shower. Very limited choices for breakfast.
Room was about the size of Red Roof or Motel 6.
Adding insult to injury, on checking out, they added a surcharge for the priveledge of having a safe in the room. (Not requested or used.)
It seems as if our room was a punishment for booking through Hotels.com

Not very clean and very small parking lot with not enough parking. From the hallway, you could hear people talking in their room. When I was standing in the hallway, I could see light from inside the room. There was a large gap between the door and the door frame. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets had people‘s hair on them. I would not stay here again.

No closet. Just 2 hooks on the wall. The bed pedestal was made of tin. Every time that you get close to the bed, you kick it. Which is loud and annoying. The walls are so thin, you here the guests on both sides of you. The ironing board hanging on the wall next to the bed wasn't that secure. The room key was awful. Had to go to the front desk 3 times after trying so many times to get it to work. The toilet was so low that you need support to get down and up. The faucet is so close to the back to the sink that when you wash your hands, the water gets all over the top back of the sink. The kleenex box only had a few kleenex in it. I sat the empty box on the sink, and it was never replaced. You can also hear everything in the hall. You can see the light from the hall through the crack in the door. It was not a good experience.

I will start by saying that I will never stay at a Days Inn ever again! We stayed for three nights while visiting relatives, then stopped for one night on the way back from visiting other relatives. The best I can say is that it was conveniently located to.our son's house and there was plenty of hot, hot, hot water. The first stay was OK, but last night: no wifi, the deskchair was heavily stained and broken, the outlets on the bedside table would not securely hold a plug, the microwave has hot spots that brned the provided paper coffee cups, there was no closet or long mirror, just a half mirror in the bathroom and three plastic hooks stuck to a board, breakfast was the same every day and ran out before the breakfast time was over, the fitted sheets did not fit the mattresses that sagged in the middle at the edge, they used a rough detergent soeverything was rough, and the entire decor looked cheap. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Friday & Saturday staff were amazing!! We went for breakfast at 9:30 on Saturday. The food items were low however, there was a lady restocking the items that were low. Breakfast was really good. Sunday morning we went for breakfast at 8:00 and the food was almost completely gone. Breakfast is served until 10:00 on the weekends. My husband asked the staff if they could refill all the empty items. They acted like they didn't know what he was talking about and never refilled anything. Customers were still coming to breakfast & weren't able to eat. We paid for breakfast, we should have had a fully stocked breakfast.

Lines were clean, bed was comfortable, room was tiny but fir 1 night that wasn't a deal breaker.
The lotion bottle was 1/2 full and when opened the inside of lid and top of container were dirty and there was even a hair on the inside of lid. Needless to say i threw it away. The 2 am fire alarm was a bit disconcerting. We did not stay for breakfast as we had other plans so i cannot comment on that.

Changed rates on my room without notification

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Anywhere. In any service I have encountered.
I was quoted a price of $90/night. When I showed up on property I was told my room for 3 nights was going to be $450. First night was $144, second night was $154, and the third night was $110. They told me it was within their rights to change the rates on busier weekends as they saw fit. They also told me that since I booked through third-party that they could not change anything for me. On top of this the room was not worth $60 a night. It was too small for a family and they have it listed as enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was dirty, room and hallway smelled of urine, and there were stains throughout the entire lobby area.
We checked out after 10 minutes and went to another hotel. I’m filing a claim against this location for reimbursement.
