The room was dirty, although bed and bedding was ok. Bathroom was in disrepair.Hall way stunk like smoke, carpets dirty and old. A party in the parking lot at 12-1:30 am with loud music, shouting and dancing kept us up.
Air condition was loud and went on and off every 20 minutes. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

My reservation was cancelled an hour before arriving to the property due to the room no longer being available. I made the reservation a week prior to my arrival, so not sure why the property overbooked themselves. They tried to remedy the situation by offering us two rooms at different ends of the property. We were willing to try and make it work until we saw the state of the rooms. Mold present on the bathroom ceiling, drywall had multiple, noticeable spots of damage. The shower leaked, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and needed multiple flushes for anything to vacate. Needless to say, we did not stay and found other accommodations.

Staff was polite. Room was ok, but refrigerator door was not secured on the hinges. If the breakfast had been ready, it would have only been waffle machine and cofffee, which was suppose to start at 6:30 am. However, we came to lobby at 6:30 and no waffle batter was there yet, so we had to leave with only a cup of coffee.

I stayed 2 nights, then down in Pueblo for 1 night, then back to this hotel for 1 more night. I had reserved a room with 1 bed, but got a room with 2 beds on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and a floor lamp for light in the bathroom. They did save a room on the 1st floor for my return trip, with working lights.
The hotel is filthy, inside and outside around the grounds. Breakfast is a coffee machine and a waffle maker.

The room was fine and clean. We received clean towels and bath amenities and trash removal daily. There was no hair dryer and none available from the front desk.
There was good dog exercise spaces and clean-up bags were available.
The front desk area looked as though they were either moving in or moving out. The free breakfast consisted of one waffle iron and a disfunctional syrup dispenser. No fruit, cereal or juice. Not sure if the coffee dispenser worked or not. The parking lot was somewhat trashy.

The motel was convenient to resturants and Island Grove Regional Park.

This property was a disappointment. The staff were rude when I told them my room was dirty and even had blood on the floor and the curtain. He finally changed me to a different room after I showed him pictures of the dried old blood. However, the new room I got changed to had an overwhelming horrible smell. He did not compensate me for the dirty room or the downgrade from a king room to a queen. I was not asking for a free room but something for my trouble should have been given. In the new room the windows don’t open so I couldn’t get the smell out. The tub was disgusting/the walls/ floors. Thank goodness I packed sandals. I slept horribly and was glad to leave the next morning. The hallways/ stairways had massive dust balls, dirt and food left on the floor. Overall it was not well kept. The stay left me feeling disgusted and I will never stay at this place again.

I would give it minus five stars but unfortunately only one is possible, terrible soundproofing, we couldn't sleep until one in the morning because every creak and step of our neighbors was audible, dirty, there is no breakfast here, when we came for breakfast there was syrup and two cups of coffee in one of which there was half, terrible in a word!!!!

Waited in foyer after ringing bell for attendant for extended period of time called establishment from lobby no answer no one would come to desk, although I could clearly hear them snickering and whispering in the office. Had already booked online and paid without checking reviews only because WYNDHAM would never tarnish their Brand with a less then excellent property. I was disappointed to say the least. I mistakenly thought EXPEDIA would never offer such horrible experience to its members. It saddens me but i will honestly think twice before visiting WYNDHAM or using EXPEDIA again. Its shameful how the childish actions of a few employees that are lacking customer retention skills can ultimately hurt your bottom line.

The room I checked into had not been cleaned. I had to ask for new linen and towels. I couldn't use the shower curtain as the curtain rod was hanging off of the wall. There was makeup smeared in the sink that was never cleaned out. Maids came and went, but only the bed was straightened. There was no cleaning done. The recent? renovations were very poorly done and it shows. Very half assed in every way. I'm pretty sure the owners lived in the room above mine, as there were kids running around and music from a stereo system (definitely not the tv) could be heard day and night. I had to use my noise cancelling headphones and I could still hear it. The staff were very nice, accommodating (when asked), and respectful. The property was rough though.

The two different rooms that I was given had been smoked in. The hallways both upstairs and downstairs were covered in plastic and smelled of marijuana.

When I asked about breakfast (as advertised) the desk agent said the health department had shut them down.

This is the review by my 10 year old-
“This was one of the worst motels I’ve stayed in, in my whole entire life. When we first got there, check in took 10 minutes only when there were two people in line, when walking to our room it looked like for one of the doors someone tried to break in. In our room we had a tv and remote but the ‘ok’ button didn’t even work, there was tape on the sides of the tv too. Inside the bathroom the door looks like it just got cut by a knife. The bed sheets and pillows had stains on them and holes in the blankets, the floor was sticky and the lamps looked like bugs were living in there. The loud talking and slamming of doors would not stop followed along with the refrigerator making a loud grinding sound that turned off and on. I do not recommend this to anybody and I’m pretty sure that they put cold air in the refrigerator then just left it there. Also the sink was distgusting 😭😭😭”

Booked a 3 queen bed-room. Arrived to be told it wasn't available. Said it didn't have A/C. I said don't need A/C. then said there was a water issue, and we couldn't use it. Didn't feel like finding another hotel so took a 2 queen bed-room. Paid and went to room and all you smelled was cigarette smoke. Went back down and said room smelled. He said OK and told me he refunded the room. Checked my CC and it only had the charge not the refund. Tried calling and every time I called it rang for a while then hung up. Place is a dump. I have stayed at Super 8 before, and they were great. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. Also, the breakfast area only had 1 table. Stay at the Country Inn and Suites. 2 hotels down and awesome breakfast included.

The room was nice, smelled clean and everything worked like it should have. The hallway was littered with trash and many teens high and loitering about playing video games. Looked like an underage weed party. Not my kids but management didn't seem to care as long as they got paid. The outdoors property had trash all

The first room they put us in hadn't been cleaned, dirty towels , beds unmade &nothing had been stocked. Complained to the desk clerk who was apologetic checked us into another room quickly . He even checked to make sure this room was clean. The motel is run down and looks a lot older than it should. I kinda felt sorry for the clerk , after all there is only so much he can do .

Horrible experience.

This was the worst hotel experience. Room smelled of smoke, smoke detector was missing, sheets were stained, no tv remote, and to top it off it was so loud we could not sleep. No one would answer at the front desk. Reserved 2 nights. Offered a new room the next day but refused to issue a refund for night 2. We were not interested in staying a 2nd night.

Couldn’t even make our kids get out of the car. This was just horrible. Drinks and junkies hanging out outside of the property. The manager was totally rude and refused to refund our fee. Incredibly stained towels and sheets. Found roaches everywhere. They even crawled into our luggage.
The room had a certain off-putting smell that stuck to our clothes. Our room key constantly did not work. We had to usually go get it reset and on several occasions, the front desk was either empty or the attendant was sleeping heavily.

I definitely would not stay here again.
