The hotel is located right next to the rail line, so it gets quite noisy early in the morning. The room we stayed in had a carpet with a musty smell on the first night, but it was fine the second night after the cleaning staff left the window open. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We were asked to self check in through a device at late night when we arrived. It wasn't convenient when you travel with family. Not enough parking space and I had to park outside. There was a Lady at the reception, who wasn't very helpful at night, however, later her Boss turned up who was helpful.

all of this was hard. and, entering the parking there is a low concrete barrier on the passenger side of the car if you turn right. not visible from the driver's side. i hit that and now am dealing with a big insurance problem with my car rental agency.

Habe nun einige Male hier übernachtet. Grundsätzlich vom Standard ok, nur die Reinigung ist nicht sonderlich gründlich: beinahe jedes Mal findet man Haare der Gäste zuvor im Bad und/oder am/um das Leintuch beim Bett.
Besonders unangenehm: die Badezimmer-Koje ist innenliegend und so gut wie immer mit einem starken Geruch nach Kanal ausgestattet, der auch nicht weniger wird, wenn man die Lüftung einschaltet.

Ekelige Toilette und schlechtes Bett
Hotel eigentlich in Ordnung, aber das Bett war schrecklich hart, und fiel zur Seite hin ab, so dass man nicht ganz gerade am Rücken liegen konnte. Zu Zeit ist das Bett auch zu klein. Sehr ekelig fanden wir die Toilette, denn bei jedem Spülen spritzt Teile des Inhalts auf den Toilettensitz trotz vollständig geschlossenem Klodeckel. Man sieht die vielen Spritzer, die über die Jahre ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben. Sehr ekelig mit den Fäkaliensprenkel, und ohne Desinfektion vor jedem Toilettengang nicht benutzbar. Zudem wurde das Zimmer am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das Personal war äußerst nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und auch recht groß. Super ist die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Den Zug hört man minimal, hat uns jetzt nicht weiter gestört, sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken auf Grund der Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Ich hatte einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel in einem sehr ansprechenden Zimmer in ruhiger Lage mit guten Auslaufmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung für unsere Hündin. Die MitarbeiterInnen hatten immer ein nettes Wort und waren sehr motiviert, den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste besonders zu machen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen!

Fint hotel til et par overnatninger i forbindelse med et besøg i Lüneburg. Helt basis, der var, hvad man skulle bruge. Dog var morgenkaffe for dyr ift. hvad der var at vælge imellem.
