A lovely hotel, very conveniently located near the main shopping heart of Naha and not far from Shuri Castle. We opted to stay here for one night so we could explore the city before heading off to our resort for a few days. We were surprise upgraded to a Family room, which we were very grateful for, as it meant our girls didn’t have to share a bed (which always caused no end of orguments). Laundry was a bit pricey but machines worked well and there was always one available for use. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. We dined upstairs, but never really paid attention to the view, and the selection is much smaller than downstairs, and the pancake machine was broken. So I would opt for breakfast downstairs next time. The one thing that shocked me most of all was that you have to pay to use the roof top swimming pool. I have stayed in more hotels than I can count in my time, and I have never had to pay to use the amenities that a hotel is meant to be providing. And not just do you have to pay, but it’s expensive, as in 4 times what it would cost us to go to our local swimming pool at home (which is 10xs bigger). And not only that, children under 13 are not allowed to use the main part of the pool and are relegated to a fenced off end of the pool which is basically a toddler wading pool it’s so shallow. Definitely not worth the time or money. The rest of the hotel, however, it great, clean, with lovely staff. Other than the pool, highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Naha city! The rooms are comfortable and roomy, everything is so clean. They offer frre breakfast buffeft and was incredibly delicious and had great variety. We loved our stay. 5 nights total. Super convenient if you want to walk around , shop and gave dinner after a day expliring. Thry also have laundry

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The coin laundry was more expensive than it should be just to wash and actually dry your clothes. The WiFi in the room NEVER worked. I ran out of data because I could not connect in my hotel room. The pool you had to pay for, daily. It really seemed like they were trying to extract as much money as possible from their guests. This hotel might be the furthest possible from a 5 star as it states it is. The staff were extremely friendly and no complaints with service. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!! It was that terrible. Wasted of money.

The front desk staff member, Nishi, was really kind and helpful. Due to the tsunami warning, I couldn’t make my scheduled snorkelling experience and the phone number to cancel was only in Japanese. He called them for me and was able to cancel and help me get a full refund.

I paid extra for a room with a city view. Got a view of the back of the hotel. I went and explained to front desk they told me not all rooms had a view. I explained i paid for it. They told me sorry all rooms are full. No discount, no solution. Very frustrating. Also the pool cost 1,100 yen to swim in... not included. Breakfast was good

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and kind and were always available to provide assistance.
The free breakfast was excellent! I didn’t realize it was included when I booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. So yummy!
Sadly, the pool was closed because of the rain but it looked nice. Parking was super easy and not too expensive.
We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naha.

Reasonable and comfortable hotel stay in Naha City

Hotel room is clean and comfortable, but too small to accommodate when we open our 2 X 29\" luggage. Hotel room is well equip and with nice city view. Breakfast is good with many varieties. Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient store.

While the price was excellent for a 5 star hotel, the staff were quite difficult. They wanted to charge us for every small thing including using the pool. The breakfast upstairs was closed and they never mentioned this. In a great area and we liked the room, but they really should communicate these charges and updates to breakfast, etc better and beforehand.

Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good.

We enjoyed at stay in mid-September at the Hewitt Resort. It's a popular destination for tours/school trips, but this was not a problem. The breakfast buffet has a diverse selection of high quality foods and was a real delight. The service from the desk staff and restaurant was impeccable.

Had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast had a very good selection of food. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The hotel is located 3 mins away from Asato monorail station and 10 mins My only complaint was not knowing that you had to pay to use the pool. I had specifically booked this place for the pool and so it was disappointing to find out that you had to pay 1100 yen each time.

We have a family member with a food allergy and we contacted the hotel two weeks before we arrived to make sure that our first day in Naha would be off to a good start. We talked with two different staff members that assured us all was well and that the buffet was clearly marked with allergen information tags and that they would help us. We thought they were so helpful and friendly and nice. But nice does not equal truthful and informed. The very first item I looked at was not even the item named on the tag, the next three tags did not have anything marked even though we knew full well what the ingredients were. I’m referring to a hamburger patty, pulled pork and sliced meat. ( which all contained the allergen we needed to avoid) The kitchen staff had taken no precautions whatsoever. They put tags on the food items and left it at that. Each tag lists 7 major allergens so that would mean every dish contained all 7??? not possible. Usually the tag is placed on the item with an X or 0 marking on the allergen ingredient used. Then the head waiter went through and looked again but still recommended an item that was not edible because we asked the chef later and the chef confirmed the ingredients. There was just way too much food in the buffet and it was all wasteful. They had no idea what they were serving just focusing on quantity and not quality. And they most certainly did not help us find safe food to eat. It was so disappointing since we had contacted the hotel in advance.

朝食はお惣菜が少し少ないような気がしました
真ん中の飲み物、デザートのシマを周る人と
味噌汁側に並ぶ人の動線がぶつかって動きづらい気がしました
衣類の忘れ物をしてしまい対応したスタッフさんからの説明が(夜と朝のスタッフで)違ったので混乱してしまいました
朝のスタッフさんは丁寧に対応してくれたと思います

아침뷔페 포함해서 먹었는데 수제버거를 직접 만들어주고 기대했던것 이상으로 다양한 메뉴들로 가득했고 너무 맛있었습니다. 방도 깨끗했고 국제거리와 무척 가까워서 편리했습니다. 다만 복도가 너무 어두워서 좀 무서웠습니다. 루프탑 수영장 이용 못해봐서 아쉬워요.

朝食メニューはよかったが利用者が多く、マナーが悪い客が多かった。（順番待ちしているのに割り込み2回）スタッフも対応ができていなかった。

あと、子供はプールを楽しみにしていたが浅く、狭く写真とは全然違くがっかりしていた。プールで宿泊を決めたようなものなので、残念だった。

国際通りに近く便利だった。
外国人観光客が多く、当日は団体のバス旅行の方もいらっしゃり、大変混雑し様子だった。ロビーもダンボールが山積みになり、ゆったり過ごしたいと思っていたが、立地的なところもあると思うが、すこし忙しない滞在だった。

국제거리 이동이 매우 쉽고 근처의 편의점이 다양하게 많아서 좋았습니다
아침에 조식 먹고 국제거리로 산책가서 블루씰 아이스크림 먹고 와서 체크아웃(11시)해도 충분히 여유있는 위치 입니다
주차는 1박에 1800엔(18,000원 정도) 유료이니 참고하세요

お部屋の清潔さ、朝食の美味しさ、スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。
夜間帯の22〜24時頃のWi-Fiの速度が非常に遅かったので、Wi-Fiが快適に利用出来ればとても良かったです。

朝食の時間をフリーにしたんですが、混雑がすごくて観光する時間に間に合わなく、バタバタして、食べました。事前に混雑することを教えてもらえればもっと楽しく旅行できたのにナト、思いました。職員の接客ですが、日本人より外国人の方が気持ちよく対応してくれました。外国人のスタッフ素晴らしい👍朝食の男性の受付の方が特に素晴らしい
フロントの女性の日本、若い人の方…素っ気ない対応で気分を害しました。でも楽しい旅行でした。又次回もそちらのホテルにお世話になります。ありがとうございます

der Pool, mit dem auf Bildern geworben wird kostet extra. die Zimmer sind klein und wenn man ohne Aussieht bucht, sind die Fenster verklebt.
Bustourismus und eher obskures Personal, dabei möchte ich zu bedenken geben, dass der Fisch am Kopf anfängt zu stinken…

朝ご飯のビュッフェが美味しかったです。
屋上プールは有料だったので、時間がなかった事もあり利用していません。
コインランドリーの状況がわかりやすく、利用しやすかったです。
1点だけ…、ドライヤーの風量が…。
壊れてるのかな。と思うぐらい…ドライヤーでは乾く気がしなかったぐらい風量がなかったです。ドライヤーだけ不満があったので⭐︎4つにしました。
他、立地も良いし、フロント対応もよく、キレイなホテルでした。

家族４人で利用しました。国際通りに出るまで5分くらいで近いので便利なようですが、国際通りの1番端なので、国際通りの真ん中に泊まっても良かったかな、と思った。
お部屋は２人用？だったので、かなり狭かった。
清潔感あり。
静か。
朝食ビュッフェが人気と口コミで見たが、種類もそこまでなく普通。混んでいて、ゆったりできる感じではなかった。
駐車場は１８００円/日と高いようだが、宿泊中、好きな時に出し入れできるので値段の価値はあると思った。
総合的に、次回はわざわざ選んで泊まるほどのホテルではないと思った。
