Room was very nice and comfortable. Location is good. A couple of nits prevented staff from getting 5 stars. First, the bell hop who brought up our luggage clearly wanted a tip and even after my wife gave him 1000 yen, he seemed to be waiting around to see if we would give him more. Since we only paid 1500 yen to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the tip already seemed excessive considering the no-tip policy in Japan. Also, even though the maid changed our towels and made our beds, the floor was not vacuumed. The in-house massage was also way over-priced. I was able to get one within a short walk from the hotel for less than 1/3 the price.

Extremely convenient location, right on the popular street of Naha. Very lively and touristy. Hotel is great, room's bathroom is beautiful. The hotel has a lovely children playroom as well. The minibar is disappointing though with just 2 cans of beers and 2 cans of cold black teas. Breakfast is lovely and has great choice. If you have kids, quickly go and grab the kids' utensils, cups and platware first. They run out of those after the first round of seatings.

Omg!! The best hotel in Naha! Right in the middle of the action, the most wonderful staff, everybody is smiling and helpful. The room was big and well designed! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel, free gym, free refills of our minibar every day!! Wonderful!!!

Nicest hotel in the area
Difficulty finding the parking and it is a small lot—I got the last available stall all the way in the corner. Check in was smooth with good service. I also didn’t understand how to use the air conditioner so we suffered through the first night thinking it was broken. The next day I propped the door open and a housekeeper stopped by so I asked her about the AC and she showed me that the button needs to be pressed and will illuminate green when it’s on. That was helpful but it would be helpful if they keep those instructions in the room because it turns itself off every time you pull the key card out when you leave the room and you have to remember to press the button again to turn on the AC. It was 90 degrees in Okinawa so it was painfully hot when we were there. Otherwise, this hotel is in the middle of Kokusai-Dori’s action with lots of food and nightlife. It’s a beautiful hotel and the service is good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was so clean and spacious! The location is the perfect place! It’s easy to get to the monorail from here and there is a bus station right outside the doors. I much preferred staying in this location and traveling to the north side of the island for the day.

Pros: Nice, clean, great service and friendly staff. Clean room, toilet separate from shower area so one can still use the toilet if another is showering. Central to all the shopping and street food in Naha. Pretty close to monorail. All taxis know of this hotel. Breakfast buffet with various Japanese/American type food options. Cons: no laundry room on site, they offer laundry services to be sent away and cleaned, pretty pricey as they charge per clothing piece. I opted not to do laundry here so I cannot fully detail the experience. No iron, amenities do not restocked (maybe not a con as they explain they are environmentally friendly), but finally had to ask housekeeping to refill our soap bottles. Public bath is not an onsen. I didn't personally go but after hearing my husband's experience, he said better off to just use bath and shower in room for all the hassle one needs to do to use this facility. Came from a ryokan stay with hot spring type water, onsen and tubs so if looking for that type of luxury this hotel isn't it. No vending machines or self service ice machine. Have to ask for ice from staff. Overall a good stay in Okinawa but just wish there was a few more amenities to make this stay a 5+star rating.

Wonderful Location in Naha
All you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Location is good at the busiest shopping district in Naha. Comes with free minibar and all the great toiletries. If you need anything else, there is always Lawson 20m away. Service is great and staff are very friendly and professional. Parking is available (not too sure if it is free) but unlikely one needs to drive since the whole shopping district is already there for you.

Loved our short stay in this hotel. It was very luxurious for the price and clean. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it felt very spacious despite being in such a central part of the city where hotels are usually smaller in size. I loved that the bathroom, shower, and sink area are all separated. The minibar is complimentary with free refills everyday which is such a plus! I would come back again.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean, staff had great service and they have great facilities. One of my favorite things was they had a kids room for the little ones to play in. Housekeeping staff was outstanding and being very accommodating.

Hotel Collective is in the most central location, so you can walk right outside and all of the shops are right there! The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel and room were the most spacious that I have ever experienced in Japan. The hotel had every amenity you could ask for, and everything was so clean. The room was not that complete clean. There were some stains in the lavatory area, like tooth brush small drops. And also there were some tiny white bugs and a dead fly on the side table below the tv…

Great stay. Location is really good, directly on kokasai st. Hotel had lots of staff to help with parking, bags, check in, etc. I used self parking for about 1500 Yen a night. Pool was different and a nice place to hang out. Gym didn’t have many dumbbells but two treadmills, two bikes, and some good cable machines. Enjoyed the bar one night, nice low key scene for an intimate night. Breakfast buffet was nice—some western food but half or more was Japanese type. Room itself was nice. Modern and fresh. Glass shower interesting, looks out into the room. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel in a very popular area, easily walk the neighborhood day or night! English speaking staff and in standard Japanese way- very customer focused. The restaurants are so popular that we almost couldn't eat dinner on Christmas day but the manager got involved and helped us relay to the chef our special dietary needs and dinner was wonderful! Our staycation is up for a regular repeat Hotel Collective will see us again!

高級よりのホテルではありますが、それを鑑みても立地、コスパ、設備、ホスピタリティなどすべてが最高でした。昨年の秋は駐車場向きの部屋だったので眺望がちょっと残念ですが、今回は国際通り沿いを希望し、その希望が叶いました。那覇のきれいな町並みと遠くに海も見える12Fでした。部屋は広くできれいでいちいちおしゃれです。トイレのライトが間接照明で予備のトイレットペーパーがかわいい包みに入ってて、おしゃれです。シャワーはシャワーヘッドと天井から出てくる2タイプ。ヘアドライヤーはリファ、アメニティも豊富ですし、ふかふかのスリッパやバスローブももちろん備え付け。ペットボトルの水が2本も備え付けられてますし、冷蔵庫の中のドリンク（さんぴん茶、オリオンビールとチューハイは無料、UCCのカプセル式ドリップコーヒーもあり、そして今回は、部屋にBOSEの小型スピーカーが設置されていて好きな音楽を楽しめました。ジムを利用する際はウェア、シューズが無料レンタルでき、タオル、ペットボトルの水ももらえます。ジム設備は最低限という感じでガチトレーニーには向いていませんが身体を動かすには十分です。お風呂にもサウナ、ミストサウナ、水風呂もあり、最高です。プールは4月末でも全然泳げました。ホットジャグジーと交互に入って楽しむことができました。プールやお風呂利用時にも大小のタオルが無料でもらえます。至れり尽くせりです。朝食のビュッフェも沖縄そばなど、地元の料理も食べられたりシェフがその場で作ってくれる料理もあり、豊富で満足でした。そして立地ですが、国際通りの真ん中ということもあり、モノレールで県庁前駅から徒歩10分程度といったアクセスの良さです。タクシーは不要ですね。チェックイン時間前でも荷物を預かってもらえて、一通り観光してチェックイン時間に戻ってチェックインすると、預けた荷物は部屋に入ったあとすぐに持ってきてくれました。そういう気遣いがありがたいですね。地域柄なのか、スタッフさんのほとんどが外国人でしたがみなさんの温かいホスピタリティに感激しました。那覇に来たら絶対またここに泊まりたいです。
