The room on the whole was fine and the beds were comfortable. The floor could have benefited from a clean. The seal on the shower cubicle leaked and we had a mini lake in the bathroom after each shower.
Sadly the lift was out of order during our stay which made the getting to and from our room and the restaurant harder for me as I have osteoarthritis in both knees.

Ok hotel, convenient to the Castle, stores and restaurants. Not in the “tourist” section. Overall it was average, the big downside is there was no AC, and no screens on the windows so it was hard to have fresh air in the room. It was hot, the fan helped but that along with German hard beds, rest is hard. It did have lots of shed space, and decent coffee. Clean, modern and essentially quiet in terms of a hotel.

I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay.

Truly a lovely hotel. I chose the suite, which is spacious convenient, and nicely designed. Free drinks in the minibar is a rare thing, and the 24/7 free coffee machine produces excellent coffee. The area is walkable and feels very safe. Highly recommended!

Not so good. No breakfast due to Covid. No air conditioning, WiFi didn't work. Drainage not working in bath properly, you stand in water while showering. Also mould in the bathtub. Positive is the big bed, refrigerator, free coffee, tea and small drinks. Parking is offsite underground, but free and not too far. Location is good, lot of restaurants and shops in the building and nearby.

The hotel was under severe construction so main entrance and elevator were very dusty. Also most of the building wrapped in plastic. I could open the window in my room but no fresh air came in due to the plastic wrapping. Therefore room was probably that warm (no airco) staff was friendly and helpful

I confess I booked when it was City-Comfort Inn & got a very good price. I don't know if you'd get the same deals now. But the hotel appears recently renovated so everything we saw was very neat, clean & well appointed. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & I'll confess to a childish enjoyment of choosing what colour lighting to have! Would definitely consider a Dormero hotel in future based on our experience.

Soweit Ok, Im Treppenhaus die Fluchtwegschilder sollten überprüft werden. 2 von 3 leuchten nicht. Sauberkeit? Naja Boden im Zimmer war schmutzig. nicht gewischt. im bad die Mamor Wände könnte man auch mal putzen gerade im Duschbereich. Alles voller Kalk und Wasserflecken, Der Türrahmen links unten war aufgequollen und mit Tape verschönert. Eine breitere Scheibe würde verhindern, dass das bad beim duschen geflutet wird. Sonst Zimmer schön groß, Bett Sehr gut, Licht Spielereien auch sehr schön. Hellhörig wenn Billard gespielt wird oder gekickert. Kann man weiter Empfehlen aber Sauberkeit sollte echt verbessert werden. Danke

Ansonsten hatte das Hotel eine gute Lage, die Burg ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und kostenlose Parkplätze war top.

Enttäuschung pur – nichts wie auf den Fotos
Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Gebäude ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, und der Zustand entspricht keineswegs den Bildern auf der Website – diese wirken im Nachhinein wie eine bewusste Irreführung.
Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, und das gesamte Ambiente war wenig einladend. Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis, das ich so nicht erwartet hätte

Das Gebäude ist ein Hitzespeicher. Wir hatten um Mitternacht bei einer Außentemperatur von 20 Grad immer noch 29 Grad im Zimmer. Belüftung gibt es nicht und die mobile Klimaanlage aus dem letzten Jahrtausend ist wirkungslos.

Was gleich auffällt ist das seltsame Design - schwarz und rot - Wände und Einrichtung. Es sieht aus, wie man sich einen Swingerclub vorstellen könnte.
Selbst das Personal in schwarz und rot gekleidet vermittelt nicht unbedingt Vertrauen. Alle waren freundlich, und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und wunderbar präsentiert.

Dusche mit Badewannenabtrennung nicht mehr optimal.
Die Zimmer sind mit \"Monoblock\" Klimaanlagen nachgerüstet. Obwohl es sehr heiß war haben wir die Klimaanlage nach ca. 1 Std ausgeschaltet, da die Anlage sehr laut ist und die Zimmertemperatur nur geringfügig gesunken war.
