Hotel felt very lux on arrival. Lovely fragrance in the air. Super polite, efficient staff to greet us. Very chilled atmosphere. Rooms were lovely. The electric shutter blinds made the room so dark that we overslept most mornings. Bed was very comfortable. And great that free of charge water was available each day for the room. The area was quiet but also had lots of great cafes, coffee shops and restaurants nearby and only a short walk from the river and the more central tourist parts. We definitely want to return to Prague and will definitely be returning to Hotel cube when we do.

We had a great time at this property, it was our first visit to Prague and we didn’t really know what to expect. We received a very warm greeting from Adam at the front desk and since we had arrived a bit early, he held our luggage for us. This hotel was located within walking distance of several bars and restaurants and shops, and with an easy walking distance to many of the sites that we wanted to see. Also was very close to public transportation. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We recently booked the Presidential Apartment via Expedia to accommodate six guests. Based on the listing, which stated the apartment was 2,422 sq ft and classified as a \"Presidential Apartment,\" we were all excited and looked forward to a comfortable and spacious stay.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were deeply disappointed. The apartment did not appear to come close to the advertised square footage, and shockingly, it had no curtains—raising serious privacy concerns.

I immediately contacted Expedia to express our dissatisfaction and request a room change. Expedia reached out to the hotel and spoke with the manager, Paul, who said that the only available alternative room could only accommodate four people—not six. He also informed us that, despite our valid concerns, we would still be charged for the first night since we had already checked in.

After a long drive from Vienna, it was late in the afternoon, and we were left with no suitable options. While we were at dinner, Sara at the front desk called to say the hotel was willing to waive the first night’s charge if we found another hotel. However, by that time, it was already close to 8:00 PM, and too late to secure alternative accommodations for our entire group.

This experience was frustrating, especially given the misleading listing and the lack of meaningful support to resolve the issue. We hope Expedia and the hotel management take this feedback seriously to ensure future guests are not similarly misled.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and area was super convenient. There is a historical pub on the opposite street.
I had made two reservations during my stay which was confirmed with the reception when checked in. She could have made our key access thoughout the whole stay but our keys were cut off in the middle. Also, the house keeping didn't clean the empty bottles in the shower. So the service could have been better. Overall, we liked the hotel and definitely will recommend to others.

Recommended hotel for your visit to Prague

The hotel is located in quieter place (which is a positive thing for us).
A tram, metro and small shopping area and restaurants are located less than 5 minutes from the hotel.
It is very clean. pleasant and the staff is very welcoming.
Very good breakfast.
We had an issue with the water in the bathroom (which we did not raise to the staff until checkout, so this was an issue, but I am sure they would have sorted it).

Outstanding property on a quiet side street. We walked everywhere (including to the train station for a day trip to Pilsner. Quiet, comfortable modern room with coffee and mini-fridge. Myself and family recently stayed at a deluxe 1-bedroom, 1-hall apartment that included 1 full bath and 1 half bath, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The customer service at this establishment is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist with any request. They made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay.

The apartment itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The entire building had a brand-new feel to it. Safety was clearly a priority, which added to the peace of mind during my stay.

Bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and stocked with quality toiletries. It felt luxurious and was maintained impeccably.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, the quality of food was great.

This hotel is a hidden jem. It is in the middle of residential neighbourhood with big windows, and lots of natural lights. However, noise is one thing that I give it 4 stars because our room is in the corner of the street surrounded by restaurants and bars. It can get noisy at night till very early in the morning like 4am. No wonder the hotel installed two layers of windows.

This hotel punches way above its weight.

The staff are very efficient and helpful. Speaking excellent English they were of great help throughout our stay. We had checked in online so we only had the shortest of stays in reception before going to our room.
The room was towards the back of the hotel and was very quiet. But I think all the rooms would be quiet as it’s sat back from the nearest busy roads.
The room itself was very clean, bright and spacious. Lots of storage space. A large counter/desk with fridge under and coffee/hot water machine on top. The bed was a twin linked together but was very comfortable and very big.

The bathroom was modern, well finished, clean and spacious.

Everything in the room was functional and well thought out. Couldn’t fault it.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, catering for every need. Cereals, cakes, continental, cooked, pastries, fruit, juices etc and all very fresh.

Its location is a 2 min walk from several tram stops on 2 lines. It’s only a 15 min walk to the Charles Bridge & another 5 to the Old Town Square. We thought the location was ideal.

There are numerous small bars, restaurants and mini markets in the neighbourhood, so plenty on offer. There is a small bar right opposite the hotel we used as a nightcap place. So cheap and the beer so good!

Really recommend this hotel. You would not be disappointed!
