OVERALL - Homerun ! ROOFTOP POOL was closing at 2pm as we arrived at 1:30 pm . was shown a sign we all walked past. Technology / Communications , could have been used to share this valuable news tip ! Kids pool was a loud nightmare , with no parents minding their kids = Not Enjoyable at ALL !!! We'll be back !

Pools are both beautiful as is the entire resort. Service was spotty and slow everywhere. Not all \"restaurants\" are open daily so that was disappointing. Was told a lot of services have dropped off since Hilton took over - ex: airport shuttle. Rooftop pool was closed on our first day for a private party. We booked the hotel because of the adults only pool so that wasn't cool but the main pool is fabulous. Found out it had been closed on Friday from a couple that was pretty p*ssed it was closed on a Friday and Sunday during their long weekend visit. We were at the main pool almost 2 hours and had to be told by another guest that there were servers. We didn't even think they had them since so finding that out was disappointing. Service at rooftop was not quite top of the line like expected given the atmosphere. Disappointing that all eating places were not open daily. Appreciated the room upgrade to a suite very much! Appreciated the cleanliness, housekeeping and upkeep but I wouldn't never book a return to the area just to stay at this hotel.

The entire stay was WOW! We enjoyed it very much. The check-in was super easy and smooth. The staff was kind and attentive. The room was super clean and spacious. Our room was in the Main building facing the pool. The pool was biigggggg and nice. It got crowded on Saturday afternoon but we still found chairs and enjoyed ourselves. I love that they have a food court inside the hotel, so there is no need to leave. Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased in the food court. We went accross the street at a gas station and got coffee in the mornings. Next time, we'll bring a lanyard for the room key since it is needed often for the parking, to enter and to leave, and every time you use the elevator. The digital key provided in the Hilton app on the phone, can also be used instead. The hotel is situated on the Gulf and the view is stunning, especially sunsets. In the mornings we enjoyed watching the dolphins feeding right off the boardwalk which stretches the entire Gulf. I can't rave enough about how nice and beautiful this place is.

The resort is pretty. The Level Blue pool was closed because the pump broke. They did not get this fixed before we left. Broken Friday and Saturday! The rest of the resort was nice and we enjoyed the food everywhere we ate. We attended a conference and it was so cold in the conference area! It was ridiculously cold!!

The property is really clean and well-maintained. The view out of our harbor view room was wonderful. The gym is huge and much nicer and better equipped than the average hotel or resort facility. There are lots of options for food on the property, and you can eat outside. We had wonderful key lime pie from the bakery (as you would expect in Florida). The pool areas are really clean. The main pool area is enormous and very well staffed with servers. The self-parking system is easy to use, though a valet service is available. The property is a short drive over the bridge from Punta Gorda's downtown area. When we checked in the lady was not very friendly and didn't show any interest in making any eye contact with us. Then she sent us to the wrong room configuration, so we had to lug everything back down to registration and start over. She didn't seem very sorry about that either. The rest of the staff we encountered was very friendly, especially the lady who ran the bakery in the evening.

The upstairs pool was broke. We were not told during check in or even when we checked in upstairs. No one even told us while we tried to enter the pool. Finally a waitress told us the pump was broke and the pool should have been closed 3 days ago. We wanted this trip as an adult stay away from the kids, instead we ended up downstairs dodging kids throwing footballs into us and toddlers jumping in and splashing pool water into our drinks.

The property is very nice and clean. The outdoor pool was massive in comparison to the online pictures, it was beautiful. The resort has plenty of food options including a food court that offers gelato, great desserts, the Mexican carnitas at the food court were tasty. You can dine in for breakfast at the Half Cracked restaurant or have a breakfast sandwich or fruit at the food court. The pool lunch options were also decent Dawn at the pool was amazing! The bartender at the reflections poolside bar had excellent recommendations for food options. The fine dining steakhouse restaurant was also delicious. Overall the stay was wonderful other than being awaken at 2:00am due to a false fire alarm. You can also venture outside the resort but you need a car to go shopping, Fisherman’s Village and restaurants outside the resort.

I am a little disappointed, the day I checked in they told me that the Rooftop pool was buyout for three afternoons and they also charged me an extra $300 dollars on my Credit Card, when Expedia said “you pay what you see”, no one from Expedia or the Hotel called me in advance to let me know about any of this issues. The only reason I went to that Hotel for my Birthday was the Rooftop Pool. And yes, I had two beautiful persons that gave me the most excellent service, Down a waitress from Reflection pool and Karen from management.

Rooms not \"freshened up\" by 5pm most days. Wanted to rest up after a day in the sun and spent time chasing down someone to do a quick cleaning. A few issues of language problems with cleaning crew. Oh and 2 hotel empying fire alarms. One of which was at 2am.
The food, drinks, and pools were good. Plenty of loungers and chairs.
\"No cash\" policy was dumb but i get the hotel wants to control the money.
Outside the resort was a bit depressed, but an Uber ride down to road will get you to a Publix or Walgreens for some supplies at reasonable prices. ABC Liqour had great prices if you need to stock up.
No plans to go back. Maybe in a year or two.

The rooms were immaculate. We booked a standard king room that that was nice but didn’t have a harbor view so we asked to change rooms. They offered us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and an amazing harbor view, albeit for a price increase. It was well worth it. We drank coffee every morning on the balcony as we watched the boats glide on the water. This property has 2 amazing pools. One is for adults only and it was on the roof and the other was equally beautiful which was kid friendly. They also had a food court with different food choices as well as an Italian chop house. Everything we ate was delicious and reasonably priced except the chop house which was also very good so you would expect higher prices. The resort also has a championship golf course about a twenty minute ride away that also was excellent and the resort offers a free shuttle. Lastly one of the best things I can say about this resort is that the staff was excellent. Every one we encountered were really friendly and eager to help you. I would give this place ten stars if I could.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Sunseeker Resort for a last-minute, sunny trip for spring break. Our room was a corner room withca huge balcony overlooking Charlotte Harbor. We could see activity at the rooftop pool and watch strollers going to shops and additional restaurants on the promenade. Loved seeing fishing boats! Lots of activities available as well as a large variety of food choices. We will be back!

Beautiful resort! At this point there are very few places to eat. We did enjoy Stretto Italian restaurant for dinner though. Again, the place is beautiful but everything is way too spread out. We had to take a golf cart to the restaurant. The pool is so far away it would need to be accessed via a golf cart.(driven by very nice staff)

Adult pool was fabulous, food was not. We ate at several restaurants, I hate to say they were all below average as far as food & service. We were there last year and the difference in the restaurants were 👎.
We did have some wonderful bartenders, TJ at Half cracked was great & so was Alan at the stadium bar. Also Cayden at the stadium was wonderful. Hostess were not , we went in at 7 PM. We were on the waitlist, she said it would be 40 minutes, an hour later I went up to the hostess desk. There was a different hostess there she could not find our name or number anywhere, but luckily, they were able to give us a table. The food at the blue line was so-so, my friend had the turkey club with bacon, the bacon was raw. The turkey was terrible, I had the Cobb salad, which was fabulous everything on it was really fresh and good.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the adult pool was fabulous. The employees at the Hotel front desk were very very nice. We were there last year when allegiance owned it and now Hilton owns it so they just need to fix the food because that was not good.

I stayed at Sunseeker Resort this past week and unfortunately, the experience was far from what you would expect from a property of this caliber.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a “bay view” room that actually overlooked the parking garage. After going back and forth with the front desk and concierge, it became clear there was confusion on their end about our reservation, and we had to switch rooms. This set the tone for the stay — disorganized and not guest-focused.

Prior to arrival, I had reached out multiple times requesting a room with a balcony, and that request was never honored or even acknowledged upon check-in. Communication across the board felt inconsistent and dismissive.

The room itself had serious issues. The bathroom sinks would randomly fluctuate between extremely hot and freezing cold water without warning — to the point where you could easily burn yourself. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s a safety concern.

Service throughout the property was equally disappointing. Staff interactions often came across as rude or indifferent, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability when problems were brought up. Simple requests felt like inconveniences to them rather than part of their job in hospitality.
Overall, this stay was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not return or recommend it until there are major improvements in both management and service.

You had to reserve lounge chairs to sit on poolside, and that was not explained to us when we checked in. You also had to order a minimum of $50 of beverages or food to be able to sit on a lounge chair that you had to reserve. The service poolside was horrible. It took us an hour just to get our drinks.

The resort is very clean and bright. We had a few issues with getting our room cleaned- I finally just spoke to housekeeping directly and she came each day to tidy up. There are no activities- either at the pool or in the hotel. Evenings are quite boring. Music in the main restaurant till 9pm. Nothing in the lobby area.
