Stayed was perfect. The only thing that grab my attention was the parking price if your staying at the facility. I have travel to many places and stayed local as well and usually parking is discounted for people that stayed or complementary.

Pros: Resort was well built and with much attention to detail. View was great and staff was friendly. A nice variety of dining options (both food court and regular restaurants). Infinity pool was neat and the BOGO drink coupons were appreciated. Bay view from the room was great.

Cons: The resort is in a bit of an odd place shoehorned into a plot right on Route 41. The walking path is about .5 mile and stops at the causeway. The \"beach\" next door is closed for renovations so there is no beach access if you were expecting it. Outside the resort itself, there really isn't much to do in Punta Gorda proper. You are going to have to drive to Fort Myers or Naples for Gulf access and other activities if you are okay with that.

It feels like you're on a cruise ship that doesn't move. Beautiful views, food court plus restaurants, super friendly and helpful staff and very clean. There is an adults only pool that we never left. You can order food from the servers up there and they'll bring you drinks in the pool. We'll be back.

We had a great stay last week! The room was spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. We loved walking on the promenade and all the dining options. Yes its a little pricey but not unexpected. We would have liked some more yard games, they had a sign pointing to them, but only saw connect 4. Cornhole or something would be a fun addition. Also, we love night swimming when in Florida. The pools really should stay open until 10, it seams a waste to have all of it lit up and looking pretty just to look at it from behind the fence. The hours for the restaurants vary a lot and are inconsistent. So, 4 stars. Loved it but there were just a few things that could have made our stay 5 stars.

The facility is amazing. The service and food quality is terrible. Hostess at the sports bar was rude, bar tender at the Italian steakhouse lost my seat request for the bar, the steak was terrible at the Italian steakhouse, they didn’t clean my room one out of four days, and the rooftop bar is under staffed.

The hotel is nice with a large food court, bars, restaurants and large rooms. The rooftop pool is only for adults and if you want to use a lounge chair there is extra payment required (beyond the $45 daily resort fee). The family pool was very crowded during the holiday weekend. We drove 30min to the beach on Sunday.
Finally, we agreed with front desk on $50 extra for late check out (noon instead of 11am) for one of the 2 rooms. We got charged that plus an extra $100 x 2 rooms (not reflected on receipt). Called the front desk last week and still awaiting management to resolve this matter and approve the refund for their mistake.
Not coming back to this place. Overall quality of the hotel and service was good but the extra charges and crowded facilities are not for me.

The resort was wonderful. We stayed at the villas. They were amazing and so clean! The staff was so amazing. I don’t think they could have been more professional or helpful. There was complimentary snacks, sodas, waters and coffee in the lobby which was a nice surprise. The spa was wonderful! Overall very very happy with our stay!

The property is beautiful, but the food at the upstairs pool bar was disappointing — I would rate it a 2 out of 10. The ice cream at the food court was also very poor. Replacing the food court with a few quality restaurants would greatly enhance the overall experience and could easily make this a true 5-star hotel.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay — everyone we encountered was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The view was absolutely beautiful and easily one of the highlights of the hotel. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable or spectacular.

What really makes this place stand out is the pool area and the scenery. The pools are amazing, well-maintained, and perfect for families. My little one absolutely fell in love with them and never wanted to leave. If you’re considering staying here, I’d say it’s definitely worth it for the stunning views and incredible pools alone.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean and large this hotel resort was. There was plenty to do and there was a large amount of food options to choose from. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The only criticism we have would be that the restaurant we went to (Stretto) had extremely slow kitchen service. We were seated at 8:30pm and did not receive our meals until 10pm (there were only 3 of us). We realize it was Memorial Day weekend and thus a busier time, however, the hotel should know this and be prepared enough to ensure enough kitchen staff are working that evening to get meals out in a reasonable time. The menu prices were high and the slow service unfortunately caused the meals to be prepared at sub-par levels.

Other than that, we loved the resort and would stay again.

This Resort was for sure worthy of all the hype and any hype, All food options we tried were really good.. With the exception of 1. The staff was very hospitable.. The facilities were very clean and neat.. If the pool stayed open a bit longer and there was at least a bowling alley or arcade or mini casino it would really be a 5 star resort.. Now Everything About the SPA is exactly what it should be, from the welcoming staff, to the aura, to the neat & professional clean presentation.. Deb & Kyla were the best receptionist ever.. We were supposed to be service the first day of our trip but the site that hosted the voucher didn't specify if we should make an appointment but they no problem making us the 1st couple massage for the next day.. Victoria was my husband's masseuse & Jason was my massuer.. They both did a phenomenal job.. We can't wait to return.. The spa even has skincare samples ready to buy and Kyla was such a doll about assisting me with that.. We've had our fair share of Resort Spas, This ranks as #1.. Definitely in Florida's Top 5 Resort Spas..

This hotel seriously damaged what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

We paid EXTRA for an upgraded ocean/harbor view room, and I clearly confirmed this multiple times with Amanda at check-in. We opened the door to a room facing a parking lot — absolutely no water view at all.

I tried to be understanding because it was a busy holiday weekend, but I ended up going back and forth FIVE times with luggage just to get the room we paid for. One replacement room even had a completely naked man standing on the balcony, which was shocking and extremely uncomfortable.

Amanda’s attitude made everything worse. She was dismissive, fake, and ignored me when I returned to fix the issue, choosing to help other guests instead.

I do sincerely thank Vincent, who was the only professional and genuinely kind staff member we encountered.

The pool stayed closed all day due to weather, which I understand, but the front desk never answered when I called for updates.

The final disappointment was checkout. I politely asked for about 20 extra minutes because I was running behind, and was told even being 10 minutes late would mean extra charges.

This experience was exhausting, poorly handled, and absolutely not worth the money. I would not return.

I checked into the hotel at 1:38 pm ( I live locally but my daughter in law and I were spending the night there due to a bachelor party at my house. . 1- front desk said a text would be sent out when my room was ready ( as of 10 pm that night no text was sent)
2- it was a prepaid reservation so they took my credit card for incidentals- ( this is important later)
3- we went up to both pool areas- not a spot to be found - not a chair available.
4- we got a drink each from the server and had to use my credit card because we did not have a room yet to charge to.
5- due to the absolute chaos - we decided to go shopping and come back later- stopped at front desk to get a card to exit the garage because we still do not have a room.
6- went shopping , went to dinner and just decided to go home. Only reason we reserved the room was to spend the day at the pool .
7- at 10 pm - I realized I still had no room text so chatted with Zachary at the hotel . ( Screen shot saved) due to the lateness we would not be staying so housekeeping could know- it was prepaid so was not expecting a refund ( I mean some people may like to stand at the pool in the middle of absolute chaos )
8- this morning after not even spending 1 hour there I wake up to over 200 dollars in charges from thefront desk. Not pending but actual charges.
9- call the Resort- They show no card on file and no charges to my account. Will send it to night auditing in 3-5 business days. Who used my card at the desk?

This resort is always a beautiful and well maintained property. Normally we stay in the main tower but this time we were relocated to the Iris tower. While beautiful, the walls could not be any thinner and we could hear every graphic detail of activites and conversations from next door. My only other complaint is that all the beds are always so hard it hurts. Overall, it you're a sound sleeper and like a firm bed- this is your fairytale place. If you aren't, this is still a great resort for a quick trip and great ambiance

This is a fantastic property. We stayed three days and never had to leave the property. Plenty of food choices on the property and the pools and service were all top notch. They even had someone texting throughout the stay to make sure everything was good and give us help with the available services and offerings. My wife didn't want to leave the Blue level pool area. Definitely a relaxing and worth while stay. Beautiful in every way.
