Compared to other more expensive facilities in the area this is by far the cleanest, most modern, newest, best hi-end equipment (like Toto sinks and flushes and Grohe faucets and showers). and most reasonably priced The pool areas 1- Giant pool 1- infinity pool and 1-hot tub on ground level and a very large infinity adult pool with 1-large hot tub on the roof top are most excellent.

Beautiful resort, but not Hilton quality!! VERY expensive, staff could care less and key areas severely understaffed. The smell along the water is horrible at times and absolutely no night life and most “shop”s and some restaurants weren’t even open the entire 4 nights we stayed there. I’ve contacted Hilton and spoke with a manager on site about my concerns with no action at all. It cost me $5,000 to stay there and I was stressed and disappointed the entire time. Very disappointing!!

Property was clean and spacious. Pools and rooftop hot tub were some of the best I've ever seen. Many options for dining, including an elevated food court with several types of cuisine, desserts and even a wine bar. There are also 3 stand alone restaurants, including a tiki bar, sports bar and upscale italian. My only complaint was the rooftop pool bar service was aweful! Bartenders were very unfriendly and acted like it was a pain to serve you. Took forever to get a drink. Waitresses that came around by the pool chairs were very efficient and friendly though. All in all, i would recommend this resort.

Second trip here. Loved it the first time before Hilton took over. Housekeeping in the rooms was non existent. We stayed 6 nights and were supposed to have a bed change after 4 nights, plus bed made and towel changed everyday. We were out of the room most of the day with the sign requesting make up the room. Only bed made 1 day without a request. No one ever came to switchout towels or empty the trash. It was a housekeeping joke. Very disappointed. Last time was so much more like a resort where they appreciated us.
Also, a friend sent me a gift card and no one in the entire resort knew how to redeem it. everyone kept saying it was a new system. Alexa from Half Cracked tried to help her best (thank you!) but eventually on the last day the hotel manager had to just apply it to the bill. Not sure we will make trip #3 here.

Yes. I do think the bars and restaurants on property close WAY to early for guests staying there at least. Main bar in food court closed at 11 on Friday. All bars ran out of espresso every night. Can’t get food anywhere after 11.

The property is very nice. But you end up paying for everything in it at a premium. From the resort fee to parking, to the expensive drinks at the pools to use of the rooftop pool itself. I personally will never go back. You do not get what you end up paying for. Truely a waste of money.

The property is beautiful! Both pools are nice and relaxing. The big pool has plenty of seating with wait staff coming around to take your order. Every staff member we spoke with were so nice and welcoming. They also have a lot of food options right on the property. Our room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this property.

The room was beautiful, just as pictured/described. I'd say about 75% of the staff we spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful with the other 25% coming across either unsure or putoff. Which, I mean, there will always be a few outliars. The amenities are plentiful, the only reason I rated it a 3 out of 5 is because there are many additional costs for a resort that you already pay a good deal for each night. The self park and valet each had an additional cost, the adult only rooftop pool has beverage and food minimums per person, pools close at sunset or earlier depending on any event also happening at the time of your stay, and there isn't a local area shuttle for the well known shopping area 5 minutes away. There isn't much else in the neighboring area besides strip mall stores. Don't get me wrong, my daughter and I had a wonderful time, but the extra costs felt like a unnecessary money gouge. Restaurants were plentiful and food was delicious. It was worth the one time trip but I wouldn't necessarily spend the money again knowing what I know now. But that's just my take.

The property was nice, but the pool and hot tub hours were so limited. They all closed shortly after sunset, which was very disappointing. They also told us the night before that they would be closing half the big pool area the entire next day and pool would close at 5:00. In exchange they allowed kids at the rooftop pool, which eliminated the adult area. There was garbage left in pool area when they opened (15 min late) that they did not clean up. Otherwise the property was pretty and food was good.

The pool was amazing. Very relaxing. Spa was excellent as well. We stayed in 3 bed room suite and it was perfect. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. The only issue we had was the buildings are not connected so you have to walk out side to get anywhere. Also we were at the end so the walks were long to go anywhere and we had our mother with us who has a walker. We ended up using a wheelchair supplied by the resort but still would not recommend for hard to get around as access is not great. There is not much to do except go to the pool and eat. If we come back we will only stay a few nights.

We had a really nice one bedroom King suite with balcony but it overlooked the highway and inland water, not on the harbor side with the lovely sunsets. It's a long walk along the waterside promenade to the pools and restaurants. We definitely got our steps in everyday. All of the food choices were excellent!! The in room laundry was a great asset but we didn't use it.

Many amenities for a boutique hotel. The nightly rate was very good. The little extras like refilling water every day it’s perfect. Harbour yards food court was high-end food and not what you typically find in a food court we ate at several of the restaurants on site which were also very good. The option of the adult pool on the rooftop was a plus. Would definitely visit again.

If you get a room towards the parking structure level 5 - everyone can look into your room - the windows are not tinted. Tried to change rooms and spoke to 4 different people before they would act upon that - we stayed 8 days and even with the “privacy blinds” people can see into your room. Facility is beautiful and they were just taken over by Hilton .

I feel like with all the people staring at this resort, the chairs by the pool should be first come first serve. They require you to reserve them for either 25$ or 40$ per person. Two drinks are that much and there were plenty of people drinking. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was extra and costly!

We loved our stay! The rooms are fresh and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower is amazing. The room had everything we needed and was very quiet. On the first evening, there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke coming into our bathroom. I called the front desk and they quickly changed our room, which we really appreciated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; however, many of the staff at the food counters were pretty unfriendly. That was a disappointment. But, all the food options were very yummy and having so many choices right there was great - we didn’t need to leave the property. The pools were wonderful as was the fitness center. We will definitely be back!

The property and rooms are clean and look great. The Food Hall and pools are outstanding. That was the good parts. The bad parts: We tried to change our reservations, and no one answers the phone. We were on a hold for over 2 hours and then hung up on. Expedia also tried and cannot get through. The upstairs pool cost extra money to use. What Expedia doesn't tell you is that you pay $26 a day for parking. They don't change sheets everyday but every 4 days. There is no central coffee maker. They only supply 2 reg and 2 decaf in your room. So bring extra. The music was loud even on the 4th floor and even after 10pm. To leave on a good note the staff that we talked to was outstanding.

Staff is horrible. We stayed 3 nights. No room service. Just towels dropped on the un-made bed late in the day. Wait staff around pool avoid orders, take forever and are rude. Check in was painful. Conflicting stories from each different staff member. Stood in long line 3 times to finally get checked in. Was hopful this year would be different now that Hilton took over. Definitely not the case. Won't be back!

The infinity pool was awesome! So very warm!! Shannon the bar tender at Brick and Daisey provides amazing service! Very friendly and can handle the work with a crowd!! Very efficient and nice personality. The check in process was VERY long wait due to IT problems, staff were accommodating as best they could considering the problem was out of their hands.
