Had a mix up with our stay as we had booked the wrong location (was my fault ). However front desk was NOT empathetic at all and not very friendly . After a full 2 days of travel - it’s important to have Customer Service Agents be mindful and try to at least have sympathy . Ended up checking out a day early and have the payment as a loss .

Overall, my stay was lovely. However, the VIP benefits mentioned a free beverage per stay, but I only received water, which is a basic necessity that most hotels provide regardless. I was a bit surprised by that. Besides this, the amenities were nice like the fitness room, but I wish there was a sauna room available for women as well. I didn’t like that they only had a sauna room designated for men.

I had to pack my stuff and leave my previously reserved hotel with my wife at 2 a.m. and check-in at Shila Stay at 3 a.m. The hotel receptionist was at the desk and really helpful. My staying over two night was the most peaceful and refreshing. I would come here again if I come to Busan.
P.S. Don’t go to Songjeong if you don’t know the area well enough.

Cartier watch stollen from luggage

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, but it will definitely be my last. My wife's Cartier watch was stolen from her bag in our room. Although there are CCTV cameras in the corridor, it seems likely that a member of the cleaning staff took it. While hotels in Tokyo and Dubai would have taken this seriously I have had very little concern from the hotel it self. We have reported the incident to the local police, but we have little hope of recovering the watch. Stay at your own risk and keep your valuables with you at all times.

Very nice and modern hotel

Clean, well priced and comfortable accommodations. The staff at check in were extremely helpful. 5 stars for them.
I somehow mistook the location when I booked this hotel - my issue not their’s. Wish it was not in the other side of Busan from Haeundae. Fortunately taxis are plentiful and inexpensive.
The pool was never open nor was the lobby bar. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet/restaurant. Would stay again in I needed this location.

Pretty standard 4 stars hotel. Didn’t realise it’s so far away from most of the main attractions. It took us a train bus to get to from Busan station. Although we got used to it eventually but it’s a little waste of time if you have to spend on public transport 2-3 hours per day. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. Seems like having a issue cooling down the place.

Pros: very professional room-making skills. We are pretty impressed how our clothes even got fold so nicely. Definitely a plus for our experience.

The hotel has a laundry and a gym.

Overall it was okay for a 3 nights stay.

I was not able to control the room temperature. I could not sleep at night because I was too hot. I asked if there was a way to reduce the temperature and I was told it was set on a set schedule that could not be changed. I travel all of the world and KR is the only country that does this. I use to stay at the Paragon hotel and i hated it for that reason.

The hotel is super nice, has very convenient parking and a good breakfast. The Gym was open and well equipped. Rooms are new, modern, and have enough space for working. What was terrible, at least during my stay, was the climatazion, the control temperature didn't work during my whole stay. 27.5deg Celsius, even tho I complain they didn't fix it and if you have to work at the room is not comfy. It is like they try better the customer who book using their website rather than the ones using apps. When I left, they only said sorry.

체크인 직원 표정이 무표정에 기계처럼 대응함. 무슨 키오스크가 더 나은것 같네요. 욕실탕있는 방은 다 나갔다며 샤워부스방 준다더니 옆에서 탕있는방 선택하라고 함. 사우나도 안되고 헬스장도 안되고 뭐 되는게 없음. 아침에 무슨 트럭다니는 소리에 깸. 공사장이 근처인지 시끄러워서 깸. 비치된 종이컵 안에 머리카락 발견됨. 총체적 난국임. 출장으로 급하게 예약해서 갔는데 .... 비지니스호텔로 잠만자고 나오기에는 괜찮을지 모르겠으나 조금만 따지고 들면 문제 투성이임. 위아래 이동하는 주차장 통로 쫍으니 조심하시길.
