Excellent pool areas, staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Level of cleanliness not so good - servicing the room either didn’t happen or took place very late in the day so not sure if they had a staff shortage whilst we were there for the 4 days.
Excellent location for both Kata and Karon beaches but the hotel is on a very steep hill and whilst there is a shuttle bus that goes up and down, I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues. I think the Peach hill side of the resort looked newer and the peach blossom closer to a 3 star than a 4 star but room size was big and spacious. The taxi to our hotel just outside Phuket airport took 2 hours and that was at 3pm so factor in plenty of time or book somewhere to stay the night before for peace of mind

Disappointed, wouldn’t stay there again. Shower didn’t work properly, couldn’t regulate temperature, mould on tiles, mouldy smell in the hotel overall, in pillows as well. Breakfast options very poor & below average.
Looks great in pictures, in reality tired resort in need of an upgrade. Resort build on a steep hill, not great for families with young children or prams. Not worth what we paid.

Hotel is in great location and you can walk to both beaches so thats a plus yes there is a steep hill but its a good work out! Now for the service they were all very polite and attentive and understood english enough to get by so it was helpful and didnt need translation. Now for the bad the resort is run down and in bad shape tiles missing everywhere on pool walls rooms were very well used and tired but still do able for price paid so not to much of a complaint there the real issue we had were with the mildew smelling pillows i think with so much humidity and ac not running and any moisture left in and pillows made for perfect area for mildew smell !! I notified front desk not sure if the believed me so i asked them to cone smell and they agreed it was bad i asked if they would sleep on them and they agreed it was bad! They did their best to accommodate but it was late and some of the pillows they brought had same problem maybe they just washed them but didn’t fully dry them not sure?? They cleaned room following day and made bo offer to compensate or change room but they did apologize. Overall ok stay if your ok with this being a tired resort but price was good so there's that.

I absolutely loved my time here! I extended my stay because I wanted extra time at the property and the staff was super helpful! They are all so warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful with organizing water taxis and snorkeling experiences! The location is fairly remote, being about 20 minutes from Tonsai Pier by water taxi, but if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, safe, beautiful spot, look no further this is the one. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back!

For the price, this place is unbeatable! Our room had a balcony with a mountain view on the highest floor, which was nice during the sunrise. The property itself boasts one pool (which technically is two pools, but right next to each other), but the nicer pools are located at Peach Villa its sister resort. The spa wasn't open when we tried to go. Further, there's a shuttle that connects Peach Blossom to Peach Villa (but it is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Peach Blossom's pool area). One slightly inconvenient thing is the large hill leading to Peach Blossom (which exists for other hotels like Peach Hill, and Novotel). During our stay, most of the time there was already another group waiting for the shuttle at the bottom and we were able to quickly hop on (so we never had to wait more than a few minutes). The food had a decent variety, a rotating amount of thai noodle and rice dishes as well as a standard egg station and either pancakes or french toast. There are also bread, fruit and cereal to choose from. When I passed by Peach Villa in the morning, it seemed like the breakfast selection was similar if not the same. I was under the impression that Peach Villa is the more \"upscale\" sister hotel, so I would go with Peach Villa next time if I had to choose between the two.
With regards to convenience, there are plenty of places to eat nearby from the night market to westernized food options (although it leans more towards western).

When we arrived the Manager was friendly, after that he was not helpful & extremely rude.We paid for Breakfast with our booking and were refused it with massive negativity. We were placed in a room next to the lift, constant banging all night & day, mattresses were soiled with urine & blood. Fridge in the rooms were pathetic & inadequate! We had to stay due to all other hotels being booked out. Won;t stay ever again.

Nice pool, spacious rooms & reasonable breakfast (although becomes predictable if staying for longer than a couple of nights) Reception let us down on a couple of occasions, we asked them to look at our Air-con (as it was loud & therefore difficult to sleep with it on & too hot without it) We therefore asked for a Fan to be delivered to our room... which never arrived plus they didn’t look at the Air-con either! We also asked for an ironing board & iron... which also never arrived! A couple of warnings... steep hill going up to the hotel & shuttle bus isn’t always available if you don’t fancy walking. Also, if you’re on the top floor the roof gets unusually loud with the storms (which were frequent ie: every night in Dec) So... our sleep quality was pretty poor for our entire stay unfortunately, not ideal when on vacation.

The hill going up to the hotel was awful. There are times you have to walk up the hill as the kart service was so terrible. The main halls and reception have no AC what so ever and when asking about it apparently they like the 'natural warm air'. This hotel is a 3 star is anything. The only good things about it is nice swimming pools and good breakfast. Checking out even took soo long as they want to search the room before you leave.

Quiet place with nice view, great service as well.
Resort is up a steep hill but there is free transport up and down the hill.
Some unpleasant thing is that the room I got had lots of ants at the sofa area and my items are manifested by ants, at night a staff keep knocking and forcibly try to open my room door as he got the wrong room, I thought someone is trying to break in. Please rmb to lock your room

Super disappointing breakfast. Not much food selection. Utensils for food is very old and spoilt. Chair and cushion at the restaurant are very dirty and with spider web. Villa condition is terrible!! Difference from what they show on website. No hot water!! Almost come everyday to fix it(Solution is to keep the water running for 10-15min to wait for the hot water) Staffs came into the Villa without notice, just come in with their spare key( when coming to fix the hot water) Pool in the villa is not very clean.
The only merit point have to credit is to the reception staffs. (polite and helpful)

Someone took the earings of my wife,from the room beside tv, and the room has some ant but in the toilet was much ant. The restaurant has some bird eating food while we seating there to had a breakfast,and it seems the plates was not clean, the bread has ant when they displayed.
But the people who work there was nice to us and helpfull.

I just left the hotel :( it was really nice there, we had amazing 2 weeks in peach blossom resort. Hotel clean, with very nice staff behind the reception desk. Im sure we will be back there! Hotel close to beach, restaurants and all places. Only one thing i would change is breakfast, there was variety of food to choose however every day it was the same. So after 5 days we alrady were tired of this food, however i would still recommend the hotel for everyone !!!
Ps i forgot to add, we had a incredible view every morning from the window.

Our stay was GREAT! We got upgraded to a Villa and it was a big highlight of our trip. Service was top notch and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants. Hourly shuttles to the beach and golf cart service from the bottom of the entrance to your suite as there is quite a steep hill.

Ps. the travel excursion coordinator was awesome! She was most helpful. If you plan to rent a scooter to get around, rent it from her as she was able to offer a much better price then the others.

Very disappointing stay!

At first glance we were really impressed, the hotel is nicely done out and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and check in was fast. Pool was lovely. When we got to the room the shower drain was blocked. I tried using shower over the bath but this didn't work either. Staff came to fix the blockage but the draining was still slow. Staff came a 2nd time which seemed to fix the problem. Then the safe was locked so we had to get the staff again...this time it needed the manager and he wasn't at the hotel so we had to wait. By this time we had been stuck at hotel for about 3 hours so didn't want to mention the Shower over the bath. The room looked out of the back of the hotel which looked onto some sort of tank, probably a septic tank as the stench coming into the hotel room from the balcony was absolutely rotten. Not the nicest view at all. We kept the balcony door closed the whole time but there was huge gaps around the doors and windows which didn't stop the smell getting in or the mosquitos. To top it off, we had booked a trip online but needed to confirm with the tour operator. I asked to use the reception phone but only to be told I had to pay 25 baht per minute to use it. Not great after all the problems so far. Last night in hotel the smell was unbearable (like rotten eggs and sewage) so we asked to be moved to a different room. Initially we were told \"no\" as hotel was fully booked but after complaining about above they accommodated us.

The only thing that could have been better is that the first night the power went off a couple of times, and when it came back the lights flickered and the phone rang; but the second night we had un-interrupted sleep

One observation, for toilet doesn't have hand shower which is uncomfortable for the muslims. I would request hotel authority to look into it.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The location was pretty good, and you can walk to both Karon and Kata beaches in 5-7 minutes. The hill is not that bad, but if you are tired or can't take it, there is a gold cart. I wish the pool was open after 19h though! There are two free bottles of water per night, which was nice.

Clean resort with slow wifi

We really enjoyed our stay at Peach blossom. It is connected to another resort and between the two you have lots of amenities. We enjoyed the workout room(small but well air conditioned) and the pools. Our room felt very big (we had the one with the King sized bed) and we loved the open shower. There was a deep tub but the water flow was so slow that it took 30 minutes just to fill it and by then the hot water had cooled. The balcony was nice but we didn't go out because it was smelly outside and there were mosquitoes. The room felt very nice and the breakfast was good. Our only complaints were the wifi was pretty slow and off and on and our first few nights we were the room next to the elevator and it wa so loud all night long we couldn't sleep. After we were moved to the other end of the hall we enjoyed our stay much more. The front desk was very nice and super accommodating. It is a super quick walk to the beach. We rented a car and were able to park it there and it worked well for us.

This hotel is basic. If you are looking for inexpensive it's a pretty good choice. Located up on a hill away from everything, you will have to take a golf cart up and down the hill to get anywhere, and that service stops at 11pm. We only needed the hotel for a day until our flight left and it was good for that. Otherwise there are much better hotels in the area.

Very nice and quiet hotel that's close to Karon beach, stores, and restaurants. Room layout is great, bed is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has a good and varied selection. A beach bag, beach towels, and umbrella are provided free of charge which is very handy. Location is very good for the Karon/Kata area. A short walk on a crazy steep hill (hotel provides a limited shuttle for this) and you are right in the heart of Karon or at the beach. Water pressure was not good, in case you are concerned about that kinda thing. We loved this place and recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is on top of a little hill but thankfully there are shuttle buses to help you up and down. Unfortunately you almost always have to wait in order to get one.
One MAJOR LETDOWN was that on everything in the hotel, food, drinks and activities the VAT and service charges were put on top of the price given. Not ok when it's a tourist hotel.
Our room was nice and spacious. They do really need to get proper bathroom doors in Thailand though haha There were 3 swimming pools available, all good but not enough sun beds. Close to Kata beach which is beautiful. Staff were nice but the service could be slightly improved, when asking for items such as an iron you may need to ask several times before getting it. Breakfast was the same thing every day which can get a bit boring if you are there for more than a week but still ok. Overall the rooms were nice and in a good area but I personally wouldn't stay there again.

Worst 4 star hotel ever. They have a nice and spacious room but service is really poor. We asked for the receptionist to come fix our front door and light but no one showed up. Hardly much hot water for showering and staffs have attitude. We waited for an hour to get our taxi to the airport and was almost late for our flight. We complained to the manager and his reply is \"sorry we have other customer.\" This is unacceptable and not a good hotel choice in Phuket.

Great hotel but up a steep hill

We had a great stay here with our 1year old. The room is a good size with nice big bathroom & separate toilet. The hotel provided us with a cot. Mini bar was reasonably priced. We had breakfast included & it was buffet style with plenty of choice. Staff were pleasant & helpful but reception staff were slow.
Now this hotel is at the top of a steep hill, we walked it most days but the hotel provide a golf cart to take you up & down if you wanted. We used it when it rained 1 day as we thought it would be dangerous to walk down with our little one.

The hotel staff barely speak English. Room big and nicely furnished and bed comfortable. Bathroom is big with walk-in wardrobe. Toiletries are almost complete with generous shower gel and shampoo but unfortunately no toothbush and we had to get it from the Family Mart. Water pressure from the tap was weak in both the shower head and the wash basin. Air con was down suddenly on 2 occasion, once in the middle of the night and we were woken up by the heat and another time in the pm when we were packing to leave the hotel. The cleaner didn't do a good job on the 3rd day of our stay. Toilet wasn't wash clean and no replenishment of shower cap. No pillow cases. Hope hotel can take note of these feedback and improve on its service to provide a better stay for the guests.

Good value / reasonably convenient location

It isn't right on the beach, but very accessible if renting a motorcycle. Motorcycle rentals run from only 200 - 250 baht and make everything quite convenient. So, to stay at a hotel reasonably close to the beach at a reasonable cost, this hotel is a good choice.

We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade. We had an amazing room with a balcony and gorgeous view of the ocean. Great location and walking distance to Karon and Kata beach and shops and restaurants. There's a big hill you have to walk up to get to the hotel, but there's also a nice driver who will take you up to the top. The pool is lovely and relaxing as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel overall. Not a huge amount of soul, but a very nice pool area, and breakfast, and the rooms were comfortable. Some definite issues, however:

The hotel is between Karon and Kata, but up a steep hill in a very blah part of town. It was always such a pain to climb down four flights of stairs and a big hill to exit the resort.

Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't great. And the service was a little cold.

So - an acceptable hotel, but I'm sure you can do better.

Nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room a little dirty but definitely bearable. Huge bed!!!! I wouldn't recommend older couples or family's, particularly if your using prams or wheelchairs as the hill is rather steep to climb. However it does remove you from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street.

Didn't like the experience

Hotel is up on the hill,walking up and down is really hard.they have buggy to take u but driver isn't there all the time.Kids jump and climb up the pool regardless there is sign in front of their parents and staff are watching it without stoping them make it uncomfortable for others to swim and safety!

Very nice hotel,close to the beach

We had a very nice weekend at Peach Blossom. This is the second time we stayed there. Hotel is very clean, staff very pleasant and the pool is really nice. As this was low season they don't provide shuttle to the beach every hour, but you just tell them when you want to go and they will drop you. The location of the hotel is also very good,very close to the restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back!

A very relaxing retreat

The hotel is set back off the main road and consequently is sufficiently secluded, and yet provides easy access to the many restaurants in the high street. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but they provide an electric buggy to help you up.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room, especially overlooking the pool, provided an excellent view of the tropical valley below. Bath and shower in the room and nicely cool. Balcony great.

Breakfast was not extensive and they could provide a better range and more variety.

The pool (infinity) has a bar beside it with many comfortable sun loungers, providing a very enjoyable experience.

We would definitely stay there again.

New Year Eve 2013/2014

Beside the reception Staff, all the rest made our stay in Peach Blossom painfull.

Had to change room 2 times. The second time, the Hotel has sent us to Villa with a private Swimming Pool, but it was on the last day (because we called Expedia, complaining about the Hotel).

Breakfast buffet is poor, the staff not helpful.

The public swimming pool, doesn't have enough sun beds, around 9:00am, the are is already full with towels to reserve them.

Information for guests, are mainly in Russian?! I didn't know Russian was an official language in Thailand-Phuket!

New Years Eve buffet was 8000,00bath, not including drinks. Not even a bottle of water. We had to pay, 2000,00bath for a bottle of white wine and around 60,00bath for a small water! The buffet, was poor in quality, presentation and the staff was completely lost.

Baby chairs, are taller then the tables itself, how come?

No hot water, to take a shower after 6:00pm?

Well, 10 days of daily complains about the hotel...

We can only say, thank you reception ladies for trying to minimize our pain during our stay.

A Hotel Manager with common sense and higher quality standards is required!

Leaking ceiling, Mouse droppings, & Inefficient Managers

Horrible. I don't even have the energy to write it all out again. The ceiling leaked all night causing a massive pool of water. The hotel provided a bucket that quickly over filled. There was mouse poop everywhere and all they did was \"sweep it up.\" It was disgusting. If it was clean and the staff was better at providing accomodations, it seemed like a pretty pool and view. Buffet breakfast seemed stale. We left as quickly as we could...after 3 hours of requesting a refund...they have to go through their Bangkok office and weeks later we're still waiting for verification that it's been completed. More to stay but not worth my time or energy. Just stay somewhere else.

Hotel is ok, food and service is not

The hotel is positioned on a hill top, which is great for the view and provides free exercise! The food from the restaurant was not impressive by any means, and the service not very impressive either. We only had cold water in the shower for 4 days, and the staff seemed unable to keep us informed, find solutions and compensate us for this.

Fantastic Family trip

The hotel was within a 10 min walk from the beach, and the beach was excellent. A long the walk you passed small stores to buy things while going to the beach. The hotel is at the top a very steep hill, however; most of the time you can be picked up by a golf cart. The only complaint would be the management were not true professional (rude) at times. The hotel did provide great trips and it was easy to get a car (Taxi) and driver for the day for $30-$50.

Frukost utan variationer: alla former av ägg, små ostkubber, kokt kycklingkorv och skinka smaklöst. ingen annan pållägg. Två sorters bröd, diverse frukt, kaffe och te. Vatten, gröt, thaimat och tre olika söt drycker. Långt ifrån 4-stjärnig standard. I övrigt ok.

Ok hotel, meget slidt, trænger i den grad til vedligeholdelse.
Meget sten bakke fra hotellet, der kører shuttlebus.
Ikke samme service som man forbinder med Thailand.
Pool området flot, men igen meget slidt, rusten bar, manglende fliser osv. belægningen omkring poolen er voldsom glat og ikke egnet til børn.
Det hjalp dog den sidste dag hvor der kom ny receptionist som virkelig levede op til at hvad men forbinder med Thailand.

Helt greit

Lysene går av å på midt på natten av seg selv. Sengen er hard. Vasker ikke så veldig nøye. Men veldig bra bassenger og nok solsenger. Er 4 bassenger som man kan bruke. Nærme strendene.
