Avoid the room with the moldy bathtub.

Hotel is in good and convenient location-- walking distance to the night market. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and spacious. My group reserved 3 rooms. The other rooms were fine, but my room had a bathroom with a serious mold problem in the bathtub. I mentioned this to the staff, but hope my review encourages to clean this. That mold didn't appear overnight.

Centrally located old hotel

Traveller Hotel is also called Hostel. It is very cheap, and you pay for what you get. Although the hotel is very old, the rooms are clean and the hotel is well located in the city centre. The lobby of the hotel is actually a garage! There is no restaurant in this hotel. The afternoon receptionist is very helpful.

The hotel is located near the tourist centre, bus station and tourist express bus. On the whole, the hotel provided a night for your stay and that's all. If you do not expect high quality service and facility, it's probably a good choice for you to have a stay with relavantly a cheap price.

City centre hotel with excellent service

The hotel is well-located in city centre close to market, eateries and Ding-Dong bus terminals. The staff were friendly and Ms Carol Huang especially, provided excellent service. We wanted to call our Chishang minsu using the hotel's phone but Ms Huang told us we would not be able to do that with the minsu's phone number; she offered her own handphone instead. We are grateful to her. Such good service attitude deserves to be acknowledged.

Very convenient hotel in middle of the city. Staff I checked in with only offered optimal info but one I saw at night went to great lengths to help me book separate train journeys as direct Taitung to Taipei tickets were sold out.

The staf was most un-helpful. I had the feeling that I was a nuisance. Questions were greeted with a look of indifference. It took about 20 minutes upon arrival for the staff to sort out that I had a reservation. The bicycles are 3rd world cranky old apparatus. The room is clean. But they have old fashion key and themroom can be easily break in. There was no safe in my room.

It is in center downtown of Taitung. Basically, it is a countryside city. it is perfect to stay in a hotel with all you need, but not too much like Taipei big city. It is great to walk to the beach and mountain in just a 15 min. Staff are friendly. There are people in Hotel speak English which is excellent in this small city when you need a help. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel also offers 1 day and 2 days trip package, I have joined one day trip package, and got brought to a lot of places which only local people know. It was an excellent trip, and I can also rent a scooter at the hotel with a good price. For sure, I will be back here again. Thank you so much!!

このホテルは値段的にはまあまあお安く冷蔵庫も備わっていた。
しかしバスタオルはあったが、ハンドタオルがなかった。
布団をめくると誰かの髪の毛があった。
これは嫌な気分になった。
でっかいスーパーは近くにあったが、コンビニがもう少し近ければよかった。
でも中歴の口コミが異常に良い悪徳ホテルのようなあくどい真似はしなかったので、良かった。

朝食を食べられるお店が徒歩5分圏内にあるため、なかなか良い立地と思います。

建築比較老舊，接待大廳也很陽春，但服務人員都蠻親切的，房間設備雖然陳舊，但還算乾淨舒適，廁所水壓也很足夠，飯店周圍的生活機能很好，許多排隊美食都在附近而已，走路也可以到市區各景點，是自助旅行不錯的選擇！退房前發現房間放的茶包已過期，小地方希望可以再多注意！

ロビーも部屋も清潔感があり、良かった。チェックインもアウトもスムーズ。テレビには、期待していなかった日本語のチャンネルも複数あり、一人旅でも、日本語に触れることができた。また、歩いて10分とかからない所に街最大の夜市があり、便利。途中にコンビニもある。列車の駅は遠いので、こちらの意向を確認するとすぐにタクシーを手配してくれた。

平價合理的旅館

飯店位置很好，附近正氣街就有許多小吃名店！觀光夜市也在附近。距離海邊也很近，可以看日出。
附有停車位，但位子有限。
可以寄放行李，櫃檯人員服務很好。
房間乾淨，晚上也很安靜。
但是浴室門口有一個防水鐵板，進出門口是時要注意避免踢到絆倒。

台東ではいつも泊まっていますが、今回はチェックインの時に時間がかかり、ちゃんと予約がとれているか不安になりました。宿泊者の情報をしっかり管理しておいてほしいです。
あとレンタサイクル用の自転車がかなりボロいのでできればもっとましな自転車を用意しておいてほしい。

フロントスタッフがとても親切！

台鉄台東駅から離れているのでアクセスを心配していましたが杞憂でした。台東駅と市内中心部のバスセンター（旧台東駅）の間は５～２０分間隔のバスで結ばれており、全く不自由を感じませんでした。ホテルはバスセンターから歩いて５～６分、夜市や商店も近く楽しめました。

有點訝異兼無言，不會再入住了！

房間蠻小的，設備老舊，電視也是古早味十足，不過冷氣夠冷，洗澡水夠熱夠力，樓下附近也有飲食算方便，讓我最訝異的是，停車場居然是開進一樓大廳裡面?！?！且只要發動引擎飯店人員就會態度不友善的一直催促要關引擎，說會造成室內二氧化碳過重之類的，讓人不悅，更誇張的是，車鑰匙還規定要寄放櫃檯，說是如果擋到其他人的車子時會移車，但會盡量避免，且還問有沒有警報器?需要關掉，避免吵到其他客人……我整個無言了！車子為什麼沒有停車場而是要直接從一樓大廳倒車開進去?擁擠就算了，車鑰匙還要放櫃檯?車子遺失誰負責?說有監視器不用擔心，誰不擔心啊？且人員擅自使用我們的車子，座位及後視鏡調整過難道不需要調整回來嗎？若車子裡面的東西遺失了自認倒楣?停車這部分沒有幫客人想好配套措施，讓我真的很不能接受！完全不想再入住了！

自転車旅の途中で利用しました。
自転車は、フロント横の鍵のかかる車庫に入れてくださいました。また、出発時にはさりげなく空気入れが脇に添えられていました。

ホテルにはコインランドリーはありませんが、三キロまで120元で洗濯してくれるサービスがあり利用しました。2時間で出来上がります。

冷蔵庫もあり、バスタブもあります。

近くに食堂、コンビニもあり不自由はありません。バスターミナルも近いです。

台東での定宿にします

親切なスタッフがいる、ロケーションのとてもよいホテルでした。部屋は清潔で、浴槽付きの水回り含め、とても快適に過ごせました。無料で自転車を貸してくれ、海岸沿いや台東市内を走り回ることができました。夜市から帰ってきた際、「明日自転車使う？」とスタッフの方が声をかけてくださってとてもうれしかったです。来年台東に行く際もここに泊まろうと決めています。

旅店在市中心，近客運車總站步行約十分鐘。

由於旅店在市中心，近夜市場所以交通和吃東西都非常方便。客運車總站後面是舊火車站的遺址不防到此逛逛和拍照，該市的民眾非常有善須要幫忙都樂於幫助。

アリと言えばアリだけど、ベッドとの相性が…。

台東新駅よりタクシーで約20分、料金は220元でした。

駅に到着後、ドライバーさんにホテルの名前（漢字名）と住所を見せたら迷うことなく到着。ホテルのグレードとしては値段なりのもので大きな不満はなかったものの、唯一ベッドの硬さが合わず次の日起きたら体が痛くて痛くて。

宿泊当日は雨だったため周辺散策も出来なかったが、徒歩圏内にある台東観光夜市は雨でも営業している店があり夕食はココで。他にも飲食店やコンビニがあって食事には特に困ることはなさそうだった。

翌朝は台東旧駅のバスターミナルから台湾好行東部海岸線のバスに乗り三仙台と富岡漁港へ。チェックイン時に荷物を預けたが、特に控えをくれるとかはなく「フロントの端に置いといて」ってゆるい感じ。しかし、ホテルに戻ってみるとちゃんと部屋番号と名前を書いた紙を付けてくれていたので問題なし。

中国語以外が話せるスタッフが少ないため細かな意思疎通は難しいかも知れないが、必要最小限のサービスでいいと割り切れるならアリのホテル。

預算唔多的可考慮，地點方便但設備老舊

便宜，但設施陳舊，門鎖還是用最舊式的鎖匙，房間空間大，地點方便，但住3天也沒人執房，連最基本每天要提供的沐浴露及樽裝水也沒有補上，之前見評價不錯才來住，下次有機會去台東我寧願加多點錢住好點的，這間價錢和我住高雄那間一樣，但高雄那間比他好太多了
