Room was way too small. Expedia description says it sleeps 3, but there is barely room for 2. Plus they charged me extra at the hotel. They never provided towels/sheets for 3. I had to go down to the lobby to get extra towels and sheets everyday. Location was good though. Front desk agent was nice when dealing with my questions.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only 3 blocks from main entrance of Rome’s main train station. Sidewalk very decent for rolling suitcases. If you come from airport to train station by the airport buses, you will be dropped off at the backside of the terminal. Just come thru the middle to front and straight ahead. Make first left and down a block and a half. Room was decent sized and clean. Bed and pillows were good. Not noisy. Bathroom was great. Great location. Would definitely use again.

With so many hotels to choose from we looked at quite a few before booking the Yes Hotel. As we were arriving at night by train we wanted somewhere close to the station that didn’t cost the earth. The Hotel Yes is about a 2 minute walk from the station and stands apart from some of the other hotels in the immediate area as it has fuss free modern rooms. We found the hotel staff to be courteous and helpful and the room was impeccably clean with maid service daily. We had a courtyard view and if I had to be picky I’d say it could use a spruce up but to be honest we weren’t in the room much in daylight anyway. If we go to Rome again we would definitely re-book.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yea Hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Only 5 min walk to Roma Termini train station and there are also shops there. Highly recommend if you don’t want to spend too much money on a hotel in Rome

The room was clean but quite an unusual shape that made storing two suitcases quite difficult.
The bathroom was well appointed but the shower was on the small side. There was always plenty hot water.
The position of the hotel was fantastic for the main railway station.
There were no obvious bar facilities in the hotel but plenty restaurants close by.

This hotel was well located and very clean! Quiet location, but still so convenient to RomaTermini. My only suggestion is that the rooms would benefit from having a blanket. It happened to be quite cool when I was there and I would have loved a toastier bed. Otherwise, it was an absolutely perfect stay!

Overall, the room was very clean. The location is central within minutes of the train station. The room itself was Tiny for three people. Also the walls were paperthin anytime someone came back to their room. We could hear everything. This is a perfect hotel if you are catching an early flight and need to be on the train early I don’t think I would stay here for an extended period of time for comfort reasons.

This place is NOT hotel it’s a guest house similar to what you will find in India and Bangladesh.
The price should be no more than 30€ per night.
Giuseppe in the reception was very helpful and responsive.
I’m diamond elite in IHG And Gold in Expedia means I sleep over 200 nights a year worldwide and twice a month in Rome, and covered almost 90% of the hotels in Rome …people who gave 90+ scores for this place are either living in a very law standard or they just a people who never stayed in normal hotel.
The room has a bed , shower like in the prison ( I’m working with inmates)
I will give to this hotel 1 star ⭐️ maximum and below 60.
It’s not bad if you don’t have any expectations.

The room was super clean and room service was amazing. Every time they come to clean our room it is left in the best condition. Not only is the hotel great, but its location is also perfect as it’s in the center and with all walking distances. Our room had a beautiful view of the city which overlooked Michigan Lake. Totally recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, service and location!

This was a fantastic stay. We were warmly welcomed and checked in by very friendly staff members. We booked this because of the proximity to Roma Termini and it was the ideal location. We walked everywhere and felt both safe and pleased that we chose this hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal as well. The room was more than adequate. We would definitely book this stay again.

A little Jewel by the terminal

I stayed in a single room w a single bed. Bathroom was clean and modern. Bonus, there was hot water.
Air conditioner actually worked.
Great location near train station. Great place to stay for airport train or catching bus, subway as well.
The breakfast was next level, better buffet than most small hotels. Fruit, pastries, eggs, sweets and a cappuccino machine.
The people at the front desk were so helpful and nice to chat to.

Just ok…

This hotel is in a great location to walk to all the hotspots, food and fun but it is one of MANY hotels that are side by side. I know we saw at minimum 20-30 hotels in the same location. I don’t like that we paid $528 for our stay and still had to pay for breakfast. The room we had was very small and the shower was even smaller! We are average sized ppl and could barely make a turn in the shower. The bed was 2 twins put together to make a “double” bed, it was very hard and very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly which was a plus but I more than likely would not stay here again because it was not a comfortable sleep at all

The hotel is super close to the main train station which is easy so you don’t have to travel too far if you have big luggage or it’s your first time in Rome. It’s central so you can both subway or bus to the other neighbourhoods quickly or main tourist attractions like the Colosseum. The station is open early if you need to grab breakfast.

Room was clean and good. Only thing is the rooms aren’t very sound proof. You can hear people walking in and out of the hallway and talking or sounds from TV or phones. Otherwise everything is good for the price.

So, if you want a convenient and clean place to sleep, go for it. But be aware that there is not much to do around it, you will need to take the subway.

The staff helped make the time great but I was really disappointed with this stay. The area was very undesirable. Many transients, very dirty walking down the street including lots of human waste around because of the people sleeping outdoors. The rooms are super outdated. The staff was lovely enough to upgrade us because our view was really not good. The beds are super hard, like laying on a box. Again, the staff was lovely but I will not be staying here again or in this area. I didn’t feel safe walking around.

The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I’d left luggage there - for a week - on my way to Ginostra. Julieta so obliging and kind. Then back to the hotel yesterday - hot and dusty after a long day’s travel from the Aeolian islands - to a most warm welcome and a room upgrade. How fortunate was I! Comfortably ensconced for the night - I slept well - a great bed, loads of tea and coffee in the room - pristine bathroom - perfect.
And so close to Termini - so no drama re catching my flight this morning.

Great hotel

I had a really good experience overall. The location was great, and the hotel felt safe and comfortable. The lobby representative was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming truly a highlight of my stay. However, the overnight agent wasn’t as pleasant, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall vibe of the hotel was positive, and I’d definitely stay there again.

Great in a pinch!

I ended up booking on short notice and staying on a one-night unexpected stayover in Rome. The room was quiet, comfortable and dark enough to sleep well in the morning, internet was great. It’s a simple room but does the trick. Very convenient to Termini. I would stay again.

A great little hotel.
OK, it’s not in the most salubrious area but it is in a quiet street, so convenient for the main station/Metro. Also, there is a bus terminus, literally 3 minutes walk away, so if it is too hot to walk (and it was!), there were easy ways to access everything in this fab city.

The hotel was very close to Roma Termini for easy transport around the city. We did not need parking, but I could see that parking would be an issue if you were staying here with a rental car. The breakfast in the morning was great for the price and the staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious, it was perfect for my family of four. They also gave a wonderful printout of places to see with directions included! Very helpful Would stay here again!

Check in was great, front desk was very friendly and thoughtful. Was able to check in about an hour early since our room was available. Room was nice and accommodating for our family size, keeping in mind that most hotels contained within such historic buildings are limited on space. Bathroom and amenities were very modern as well as the room. Overall, did not have much interaction with staff other then the front desk upon check in. I would stay at this location again since it was convenient to the Termini as well as nice. Only complaint that I would have was that the air conditioner was not working so well and it took a while to get the room to cool off, however we were able to sleep comfortable enough. (Roma was very hot during our stay).
