Rough check in. AC leaking, puddle of water from AC. AC leak was resolved had to call receptionist for housekeeping. Had to pushed them a little

A very convenient hotel with a decent pool and private beach. Its right next to the airport so planes land and take off regularly, this didn't bother us but imagine it could of some off. Decent breakfast buffet and bar on site. Several nearby bars and the SkyView was the best. Bus just outside that goes into Corfu town in 20 mins, very handy. Hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating, excellent English. The pool gets a lot of towels placed down very early on, it would be nice if the hotel enforced their rules more. All in all though really nice stay, would go again.

Affordable luxury, limited mobility friendly
Travelling with elder of limited mobility. Although the hotel was not built with accessibility needs in mind the staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests, eg provision of wheel chair, room service without charge. Excellent service from Charles every morning, who brought mum's breakfast to the bungalow, always with politeness and a smile. Thanks to Naser who pushed mum to and from the main hotel area. Huge portions of breakfast at La Veranda, excellent value for money the buffet dinner at the Eptanissa. Fun at the kefi bar and affordable prices. Our bungalow with private pool and iconic views of Pontikonisi, a small paradise.

#1- you all advertised an All inclusive package that we bought. When we got to the hotel that was far from the deal! I had to pay an extra large amount of $$ to obtain the All Inclusive deal! Unbelievable!
#2- the hotel did not honor any deal that was bought and were not friendly about the situation- customer services at a all time low!
#3- once we paid the full amount that was needed to make an all inclusive that’s when customer service changed and people were nice, so it’s best said that people are treated well based on the amount of money they spend! Never will return!

This is not a 5 star experience. For the price I expected much more. We paid extra for a plunge pool that was dirty, the air con in the room didn’t work properly and was noisy, there was also a smell from the drains. While the buffet was extensive much of the warm food was not kept to a suitable temperature. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here if you’re looking for a special treat as we were.

Very disappointing 3 star old run down hotel
My stay at Corfu Holiday Palace was a letdown. The hotel's outdated infrastructure was evident in the poorly maintained rooms, with air conditioning that barely worked, electricity sockets hidden behind the bed, and worn-out towels and bath mats. The rooms didn't match the advertised photos, and when I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was full – despite their website showing availability. I definitely didn’t get a garden view yet a a view to the front of the hotel. The food by the pool was of bad quality with the prawn saganaki was frozen and smelling bad. Overall, the hotel's condition and service were extremely disappointing and bad value for money considering a €250 nightly rate.

Nice place. Horrible manager etc. stay far away from this place is you are the United States. They will treat you like a dog. Evegenia the manager specifically. We Arrived to room and room keys didnt work so we had to wait outside with a less than one year old baby in the heat. They left the windows in the bathroom open with no screens for hours when cleaning the room. Came back to a mosquito filled room. Our baby wound up getting bitten at least 5 times. Shower and bathrooms dirty and not nearly up to par. Lots of problems and they will not compensate at all to maybe make the client happy.
Another note the elevator down to the beach is great but the entire establishment is up and down many many stairs. Making it very hard for anyone with a young child in a stroller. Reconsider heavily if you have a toddler. I was able to do it bcuz I’m a personal trainer for many years and I enjoyed the extra work while on vacation but still, not ideal at all! Also. THIS IS NOT THE AREA FOR THE NICEST BEACHES ON THE ISLAND. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ALL mid west north of island, and northwest all the way up for the best beach.

A perfect hotel in Corfu
I always look at reviews before staying somewhere new and can’t believe the negative comments made recently. Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. Everything was perfect the food, the room and the staff. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

I booked a bungalow room at this hotel because it was the only beachfront option close to the city center. Unfortunately, I left after just one night due to an overwhelming odor in our “suite” that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
The room itself was old and run-down. While there were some attempts at updates—mainly in the bathroom—it was clear they had cut corners. The mix of old doors, outdated windows, and new flooring didn’t create the luxury feel they were going for. The bedding was also very dated; the faded yellow (now mustard-colored) blanket looked like it hadn’t been replaced since the 1970s.
Our bungalow was situated at the bottom of a staircase, which felt more like being led into a dungeon than a relaxing seaside retreat. The breakfast was fine—your standard American continental—and the waitstaff was very kind. The view, to be fair, was beautiful.
But for the price—$450 a night—I expected significantly more. We ended up leaving without asking for a refund and moving to the Domes Hotel, which was a huge upgrade and absolutely worth it for the same price. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again. What a disappointment.

We needed accomodation at short notice when feery was cancelled and found availability here. We arrived at normal check in within 1hour of booking.
Check in was slow and receptionist was distracted by other guests during the procedure so we were made to wait.
Room was acessible by steps (not expected or wanted) and was the first in a long (echo chanber) corridor off a noisy reception. We inspected the room which was small, had a ridiculous bathroom configuration ( sink overhanging and obstructing use of toilet), damaged toilet seat, ancient small flat screen tv with peeling plastic surround and small window overlooking a turning area right outside the hotel entrance.
The hotel is near Corfu airport but having stayed in many airport hotels, this had not concerned me when booking as all other hotels had excellent sound proofing. Not the case here, where residents can hear every take off.
We find when travelling that many hotels pride themselves on giving guests \"best available\" rooms on arrival. Not Corfu Holiday Palace! We felt they had offered worst available.

What is not to love about this hotel! As you walk in, it has a very grand entrance where you can see the breathtaking views of the water. The food selection is outstanding. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Truly a 5 star hotel with all its amenities including underground parking and we know parking is a premium if you are staying close to the city proper. I highly recommend this hotel and already planning to be back next year.! 💕💕💕 love love love my hotel selection!

Amazing service in a great hotel
The hotel was fantastic- really friendly and efficient staff, lovely rooms, great pool and private beach and a good selection of restaurants with lovely food. Breakfast provided a great choice from an extensive buffet, including a Prosecco bar! Only downside was some noise from the nearby airport, but overall a really great experience and good value for money.

The room condition was awful, so we had to upgrade to a different room. They claimed the room had been cleaned, but I found hairs in the bathroom and the air conditioning was terrible. Additionally, the room didn't match the images they had posted online. The staff members we spoke to about changing rooms were unfriendly and unhelpful, despite us paying to switch rooms on-site. I definitely won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Probably the best hotel in Kanoni but at a price. Stayed on a b&b basis. Great breakfast selection. Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms clean and well presented. Air con in room appeared to suffer a little in the heat wave conditions even on the coldest settings. It was working but not as cold as would have liked during the night.

A lovely hotel, staff are very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend a bungalow room. Very easy to get the bus into Corfu town. It is very close to the airport so there is a lot of aircraft noise but knew that before we booked.

The hotel has everything you would need if you just want to stay in the complex, dining room for breakfast and dinner, a beach down below, a pool, two bars. The location was good because the city bus was at the end of the driveway as well as Hop On and Hop Off bus. The decor is very dated from the 70s. When we checked in I booked a hotel room with a lake view. What we got was a view of the parking lot on the third floor. We went down and complained and got moved to the 4th floor. When we arrived we had to fill out a form giving my credit card information even though the room had been prepaid as well there was a $10 euro environment fee that they charged. When booking through Expedia it would have been more clear that this was going to be charged.

The view was nice from the main balcony, pool was nice but very crowded.
The best part of our stay however was the receptionist Maria. She was so lovely and definitely made our stay better. She helped wherever she could and always had a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond for the visitors at the hotel and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Not a 5 star- food terrible - unhelpful staff
This is not a 5 star hotel- it might have facilities, but they are old and tired, like the building. The service is below par- front staff desk were unhelpful. I was given a different room to the one I booked, I arrived late afternoon and was assured if I came back at 10am the following morning they would try to arrange a different room. At 9:50 when I returned. I was told it was not possible. Zero attempt was made to accommodate my request. The host and waiting staff in restaurant were friendly, but other members of staff were there milling around and filling up plates for themselves at breakfast and dinner from the buffet and I even saw one of the chefs picking at the food in the trays with his fingers and eating when guests were in the vicinity. Disgusting and unhygienic. Plenty of choice, but the food was low quality. The indoor pool didn’t look usable. The outdoor pool was old and tired. Water looked dirty. Not enough Sun loungers for guests at either pool or beach. Carpets and interiors in the throughout were from the 1970s and generally tired. I checked out a day early and the front desk didn’t ask (i) why I was checking out a day early, or (ii) if I had enjoyed my stay- I assume they knew why and I assume this happens a lot. Do not waste your money on this hotel. Awful experience.

This is an excellent hotel with ample parking, great facilities and a good breakfast. Pool and beach are excellent. Only thing to be mindful of is that there is little in the way of shops in the area and there is noise from the airport almost constantly.

Awful place. Hotel Failed to provide us with the accommodation we had booked and paid for and staff member on duty on our arrival virtually admitted we’d been expedia had sold us the superior bungalow too cheaply. In short they had sold our superior bungalow accommodation to someone else for more money and tried to fob us off with a greatly inferior standard double room saying we could and should not expect to be provided with the type of accommodation that we had booked and paid for! They stated they couldn’t offer us anything else as supposedly full and (even tho superior rooms were on offer on website) As we discovered, it was a dreadful place anyway suffering from thunderous noise most of the night from planes taking off and arriving at the airport which is extremely close to the hotel. Although it was distressing to spend one night in a substandard , old and worn room, the fact we were forced to find an alternative place to stay for the rest of our trip did us a huge favour, as we obtained a lovely far superior place in Corfu old town and received a refund from expedia for the remaining nights we didn’t spend st Corfu Holiday palace Given the stress and anxiety this hotel caused us they it was not fair that they extracted from us not payment for the first night we were forced to stay there but we were so desperate to get out of there we would have left even without a refund.

Although this is denominated a 5 star hotel, in service and room standard it is more like a 3 to 4 star hotel. It really needs updating.

The bungalow’s pool is truly amazing!! Incredible views on the bay. But the bungalow itself is a bit basic though the bathroom is lovely and the main bed very comfy. The bungalow sliding door to the wonderful pool is super stiff. Also the air conditioning is in the living space of bungalow so doesn’t reach much of the bedroom space…though we didn’t feel hot but not cool either.

We had an enjoyable 4 night stay in a superior bungalow. The hotel was very nice and staff were helpful. The breakfast and pool food were excellent and good value for money. Location is right on the airport so was noisy at times, however it was fun seeing the planes coming in and taking off so overall it was actually a positive for us. The hotel has a bus stop right outside and it’s an easy 15-20 ride into the centre of town. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Sadly, this once icon of Corfu is looking long past its best and definitely suffers from lack of staff at peak times. The room we had (sea-view bungalow) was amazing views but the room is very basic and bathroom is ancient. Who stands in a bath in a 5* hotel these days. The “recommended” Sushi restaurant was an absolute joke. Basically all they serve is pre-made sushi and no main courses available. The wine we ordered out of stock, no Tempura or hot mains or deserts. Expecting to spend €100 per head, we struggled to spend €70 in total. Hopeless.

Stayed here for one night and was surprised with a free upgrade so had a really nice large suite with incredible sea views. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and quality of robes etc were great.
Poolside area was nice for sunbathing but busy, however there is an elevator to a private beach with really comfortable sun loungers and beautiful clear water.
Breakfast was varied, plentiful and tasty.
Live music in the evening was great with an incredibly talented singer.

Superb 5 star hotel. Each and every staff member was very welcoming, especially Nacer who was very smiley, friendly, knowledgable, multilingual and nothing was too much for him, making our stay hassle free, which complemented the hotel! Covid-19 measures were adhered by all staff along with daily house keeping too, to a high standard making us feel safe and clean during our week stay. There was also guest relations which provided us with fabulous recommendations of where to visit and eat. The hotel provided a beautiful pool and beach which was easily accessible and well maintained with a short walk to restaurants and a corner shop. Breakfast was included and accommodated for all dietary requirements and was a fantastic breakfast! The bus was easy to catch just outside the hotel and took around 20minutes to Corfu old town (we got tickets from the lovely local corner shop for €1), you could also walk from the airport which took us around 40 minutes. There was underground parking available which was great as we had a hire car and felt safe to park. I couldn’t recommended this hotel anymore! Everything and more you need from a hotel.

This is a former Hilton hotel but well maintained. Some issues with tv programming, bathroom light and water leaking from tub glass divider were never addressed. Food was excellent at all hotel venues. Comfortable beds & Large size room. Large size pool and spotless. Access to private beach area was very convenient by cable car but the beach water quality was not the best. The hotel is next to the airport with plenty of noice but not after 10:30 pm or before 7:30 am

Having booked and pre-paid three rooms, we arrived to be told - without apology - they only had 2 they could give us. Although inconvenient, this was only for one night so we let it pass expecting the cost to be refunded as this was a hotel error and not ours.

The location is fantastic. Fantastic coastline- lovely safe clean sea. Not much to do by the hotel away from the beach but only 10 minute bus ride to Corfu Town which is wonderful.

Location and views were nice. Wouldn't exactly rate it a 5* hotel, furniture dated. Gym equipment poor and needs replacing. Pools need cleaning, not enough sunbeds. We were offered a 15 min massage but the spa staff didn't want to accommodate us because we wouldn't upgrade to the £110 offer they were pushing. Probably won't be visiting again.

We were given information about places to go and see and how to get around the island. However, as soon as we walked into the door of our room, we could smell the cigarette smoke. Later when I pulled the sheets back to get into bed, there was sand in the bed. The next morning we spoke to the front desk about the sheets and also about the smoke smell in the room. We were told that someone would check the smell and if they couldn't get it fixed, we would be moved to a different room. We never heard from the hotel. When we returned from a wonderful day of sight seeing, the cigarette smell was still in the room
and no one contacted us about moving rooms.

Other reviews made me expect a tired old hotel, but bar areas and the sushi bar were lovely. Location in Canoni is great - away from the main town centre but local bus service into the town centre is very regular and only 15minutes. Some people may find the aircraft noise form the nearby airport intrusive - or in my case the sight of planes at such close quarters an added attraction. Many facilities and restaurants to choose from; the outdoor swimming pool over looks the stunning view of the beach and sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a relaxful, fun and unforgettable holiday. The only disappointment I would have to say is the room cleanliness. We had a bungalow which wasn’t clearly stated when I chose the double room. The bathroom was nice and clean throughout our stay, however, we weren’t given clean mugs for tea/coffee and the bin wasn’t changed on our third night. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel but dated. Probably 5 stars 30 years ago but needs updating. Having seen what Corfu has to offer it's probably the best hotel on the Island but it's a very low bar. Great for a weekend break no longer. Not for families with children as there is no entertainment. The beach is poor and little more than a rocky enclave. The evening meals are good value compared to eating out. Location wise there is a fair amount of aircraft noise as it's at the end of the runway. Flights can be anytime day or night. Sunbeds around the pool are always occupied until 4 pm, not many available for the size of hotel.
