Great location in the old town with sea views of the port and cruise ships, close to bars and restaurants. Room was large with a newly renovated bathroom, a good sized closet with plenty of clothes hangers. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, sheets were changed every second day.

Great location close to plenty of restaurants & only 10 minutes to walk to the airport bus. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable & there was plenty of storage. Staff were friendly and there is a lovely lounge area with sea view you can use by reception. If windows were closed, room was very quiet. Unfortunately Aircon was largely ineffective which impacted sleep as although you could feel the cold air coming out, it did not cool the room. Fridge seemed to be overheating when used as top of desk and area around the fridge were very hot. Uneven floor in a lot of places under the carpet and both room and bathroom showed signs of wear.

If you don't like old historic hotels that are lacking some modern amenities, this probably isn't the hotel for you. But I found it charming. Well located, great history, good bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and quiet at night. I'd stay again.

Perfect location,15-20 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes taxi to the airport. Walkable to the main sites: old and new fortress, old town, faliraki beach. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.
The hotel was fine for us, small room with a bathroom, not luxurious but we knew that. Very helpful staff who arranged an early check in for us.
Good value for money.

They advertise a balcony but it was a small space completely occupied by the ac unit. The ac worked well. They said there was a roof terrace. The roof had nothing on it. Don’t plan on having a drink on the terrace or balcony. Not happening. It was an excellent location and the staff was good. The room and bathroom were small but we didn’t care.

We stayed here again on our return from Albania. Nothing really to write, but on the way to Albania we stayed in a room with a sea view and on the way back, a town view. There was a little difference in the cost but the sea view room was much bigger and more comfortable than the town view.

Although the building is a little dated, it was well kept and really clean. The receptionist was friendly and helped with information about onward travel.
The room was really clean with a newly refurbished bathroom but dated decor in the main room. It had everything we needed! Big comfy bed, mini fridge and plenty of plug sockets. Great value for money.

We stayed in a rear room which was over a busy restaurant. If you want an early, quiet night, you may want to request a room at the front of the property.

Lovely hotel perfectly placed for shops bars and restaurants. Hotel is clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning which was needed during our stay. Plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel in the future.

Nosey as the windows don’t close properly. Asked for top floor and got 2nd. Carpet in rooms dirty and no kettle in rooms. Ok for a night but music from the restaurant across the road was loud.

Perfect for a short stay & only 15 minute easy walk to port (wheeling suitcase).& a 5 minute walk to Corfu old town for night time eating:drink. Loved my stay.

My room was almost classical era large!with a very comfortable bed, well appointed furniture, a large glass door that led to a balcony with beautiful view of the marina and the sea beyond. The bathroom was also a nice size with up to date fixtures. The shower had incredible water pressure.Crisp clean white towels were replenished daily. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and it was our daily meeting spot for morning coffee’s as well as a bottle of wine and snacks before going out at night to take in the panoramic view of Zante town and the sea. A few steps up from the restaurant there is the roof top pool with plenty of sun beds to relax with the same spectacular views. Rhe location of the hotel is right by the main square with plenty of dining and shopping. The bus stop and taxi stop are also just steps away. The front desk staff were friendly , professional and beyond helpful. Check in and check out was instant. I can easily recommend a stay here and will definitely stay here again.

The property was situated right where you’d want to be , close enough to the bars and night life but also walking distance to many beaches.
The staff was friendly and very welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay.

The rooms were clean and kept clean upon arrival back to them each day .

We couldn't book a room with a double bed and opted for 2 singles. Their beds are really narrow, even for us slim types. The bedding was too small and slipped off the bed if we ever got to sleep, difficult with the aircaft taking off over the hotel. Just a terrible night's sleep and at the end of the day, that's the main reason I stay in a hotel! Oh, and you need to be Hercules to pump any soap out of the dispensers in the bathroom.

An old hotel but full of character, clean and comfortable and in a good position for the port. Taxi rank and bus stop right opposite the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful…we asked if we might leave our luggage next week for a few hours when we come off the ferry and wait on our flight, even though not staying again and the receptionist said of course….so kind!

Very old hotel. Expensive but this seems to be on par with Corfu rates. I appreciate the historic aspect but it didn’t feel particularly clean or fresh, more like dark and damp with uneven floors. If you remodel the inside, this place could be great given the location.

Stayed for a night, a good place to stop off for a short time near the port. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The room was a little on the dated side but everything functioned with a strong pressure shower and good air conditioning. For the price I paid I would stay again.

This hotel is located in the Old Port section of Corfu town. The hotel overlooks a bay and a marina. It is a charming older hotel with an elevator straight out of an Agatha Christie novel. The reception office is on the second floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful and someone is there 24/7. My bedroom on the 2nd floor was small, but had a beautiful view of the bay and the New Fort on the hill. The room was a little dated. The room has it's own heater and AC unit. The carpet was a bit worn and the bed could use a new comforter. There was a small mini fridge. The bathroom was rennovated and updated. Security might be an issue for some. The room locks and unlocks using an old key. I had to lock myself in at night using the key and then using a chain lock for an additional safety feature. No bolt locks. I left the key in the lock at night in case there was a fire. The hotel does not lock their doors at night so that might be an issue for some. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because of it's old world charm and the location. It was an easy walk to the parks, the Old Fort, and the Museums. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. A taxi to the airport was €15
I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a step back in time and a reasonable rate. And of course that Old World Charm that reminds me of travel in a slower and different era.

Convenient and Comfortable But Bring Earplugs

Only stayed one night before moving to another resort but found this hotel to be very comfortable and convenient. 10 minutes walk from San Roco Square where you can get a bus to/from the airport, or the Green Bus terminal. Many restaurants and cafes right outside. Yes, it is noisy, so bring earplugs, and yes, it does smell a little of sewage - just like the whole area. Maybe pack a small car air freshener? I found the price, convenience and view to outweigh the negatives.

The room was good, bare bones, nothing fancy but worked for us! The hotel staff were good and helpful for the most part. Not a good hotel if you want to sleep in, every morning there was mound slamming of doors and what sounded like heavy items dropping on the floor making it impossible to sleep past 7 am. Hotel was great location across town. We left our bags at the hotel bag room and one was stolen unfortunately. The hotel staff were good but it would be more useful if they were to lock it and put bag numbers cross referenced

Location close to everything. Restaurants all within walking distance. Good size room. Bathroom was small. No shower screen which was a pain when showering as water would end up everywhere even when standing in the corner of shower. Bathroom was new but poorly designed. Hotel itself needs a face lift as everything old. Noisy at night as music playing outside and the windows don't seal properly which allows the noise into room. Light curtains also need changing as with old wooden shutters on window doesn't stop morning light from waking you up early.
