The room was spotless with a beautiful ocean view. The reception team—Elena, Maria, and O’Csana—were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Staying in a cave room on the cliffside was a truly unique experience. The only drawback was that the internet was down during our time at Aqua. Best regards

I have to say, this is a very unique property. The view is absolutely stunning, of course. The room was spacious and clean, with high quality bathroom products. We were happily surprised by a honeymoon note and a bottle of wine from the hotel, as well. At first, it took some adjusting to the layout of the hotel, as the rooms are a bit of a walk from the lobby and mixed in with various other hotel rooms. It also seemed like the area was too quiet for us at first and we wished we chose a spot in Oia or Fira. However, that disappointment was quickly diminished when we visited Oia and Fira with the cruise ship visitors in town. It was so packed and we were appreciative of the quiet and quaint location of Aqua. Take the time to explore, and you will find some great lowkey restaurants and will have a fun time on the walking path to Fira. We also fell in love with some lowkey local restaurants along with a fantastic upscale dinner with sunset views steps from our room. The service was outstanding from the hotel and they are more than willing to help you navigate to your room (as many times as you need!). We texted them with multiple questions throughout our stay and they always responded quickly. Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room also enhanced our mornings. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, unique stay in Santorini. Be prepared for lots of stairs!

We stayed 8 days for a special mother-daughter trip. We were lucky to get a surprise upgrade to a suite with a hot tub and breathtaking view. At night the views were a dream. Chrysa and the reception team were excellent! Communication was A . The breakfast was delicious and could be customized daily at request. Transportation services were excellent and timely. We safely visited Oia, Fira, and Perissa thanks to them. Airport transfers were effortless. Thank you all for an incredible stay!!!

We initially had a heated pool room with a sea view which was decent, but the pool was not heating. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite and we had a jetted heated pool. The room was kept tidy, the services for breakfast was always on time at the specified breakfast time and good communication maintained to help accomodate our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal. The hotel covers a large range of area and WiFi spanned a good distance coverage. We were also allowed to change our breakfast preference. Overall staff was helpful and welcoming.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were some discrepancies in expectations:
1) while the photos made it look like the view from the room had unobstructed views of the sea, the room was actually right next to a small road where cars were parked
2) the room itself was very clean and smelt nice, but the pool was a bit of a let down because the floor of the pool was quite dirty, and there were lots of bugs floating in it. To be fair, we did not ask for further pool cleaning, and noticed this was a common problem for outdoor pools in santorini. Upon check in (before we saw the bugs), we did say the pool felt cold and the staff immediately offered to turn up the temperature of the water.
3) we had an early pick up on one of the days and hence ordered breakfast at a certain time. However, the food did not arrive at the specified time, and only when we called the staff to ask, were we informed that they actually had no opening for our specified time and had to deliver ~25mins later than expected.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and what blew us away was the view that we had. It was absolutely gorgeous! Originally, we booked the executive suite with the plunge pool, but we ended up with a different version or room of the executive suites. We asked to change, but I don't think they had the room available. Overall, we didn't make it a big deal because our room was still gorgeous and we had our own jacuzzi. I think guests should also know that there's no elevator. You'll have to walk from the lobby and to your room depending on where it's located every time. It's definitely a workout! but we dealt with it. We were able to get our steps in daily. The on site restaurant at night is so beautiful. We truly enjoyed ourselves, and let's not forget breakfast brought to us every morning was a plus!

The view was phenomenal but the fact that we paid extra for a plunge pool but couldn’t use it because the heater was broken was a huge disappointment. Management continued to make excuses and even though they admitted it was their fault they have yet to reimburse us $1000 for the lack of this amenity.
This company has no care about customer satisfaction as they have done nothing to make this right. They are saying it is “not policy” to give reimbursement!

This hotel is outstanding. The views are breathtaking, the room clean and inviting, and the staff extremely hospitable. We were always addressed by name and asked if we needed anything further.

Unknown to me my fiancé had made plans with the front desk to coordinate an entire day worth of activities leading up to a proposal. Upon arrival the staff were able to keep everything a surprise and were excited to congratulate us once he popped the question. We had breakfast delivered to our balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea, an photo excursion set up, and our room was decorated by staff with champagne, rose petals, and an elaborate dinner.

My only complaint would be that the hot tub didn’t get warm, let alone hot. As we went in January it was pretty chilly and I wish we could have enjoyed that amenity a little further.

Aqua luxury suites location was fantastic in Imerovigli, where it's not as crowded and packed as the other alternatives (ie. Oia). The property was clean, modern, well-equipped in terms of amenities. What truly stand out was the assistance of the staff, the concierge (Manos & Nassia & team), and all the helpful recommendation they helped us book to ensure our stay in Santorini was delightful. Beautiful 2 Night Stay Aqua Luxury Suites

We stayed 2 nights at Aqua Luxury Suites in Santorini after a week of sailing. Check in was smooth, the employee gave us info on the highlights of the area. We got to choose our breakfast and time for it to be delivered to our room. The options include eggs, omelettes, home made breads(which included mini croissants, a yummy chocolate bread, and a few other breads),pancakes, yogurts, juice & coffee. It was all very tasty. We were also asked what kind of complimentary wine we would like brought to our room, red, white or bubbles! Nice touch.Two porters took our luggage to our room and showed us the way, it's a good thing they do as the room was a bit of a walk that involves a lot of stairs and going up and down the narrow uneven walks. Wear comfortable shoes! The room, #513, was great. Plenty of space to be comfortable. The outside area has a table and seating, and a partition from your neighbor, so a bit private. Plenty of closet and shelving space to store your items. I loved the shampoo & conditioner, great smell! Cool shower, with stone floors.
The view from the room is great! I liked the sunset view from Aqua much better than from Oia! It's a better angle in my opinion. The hotel can arrange shuttles for you, they said same or better than the taxi price. We booked out transfers to and for the ferry with them, cost was 40 euro each way for 2 of us for the shared van. I would definitely recommend staying at Aqua Luxury Suites & Imerovigli as a place to stay.

This was a beautiful hotel! I had a caldera view regular room. It was bright and cozy inside, very modern. The staff was very helpful and helped me arrange a taxi from the airport, as well as had someone bring my luggage to my room. Beautiful view of the caldera from my window and patio.

Breakfast was brought to my room each morning, which was wonderful. The Greek yogurt was so fresh and yummy!

I did not use it, but there was a communal jacuzzi at the restaurant area. The hotel is quite spread out, so it was about a 5-7 minute walk from my room. I did not have my own lounge chair, but was told I could use the ones on the roof near my room.

The area that the hotel is in is very quaint and quiet. There is not a lot of shopping and mostly higher end restaurants. I very much enjoyed this, as Fira and Oia are bustling and the streets were very busy (all the cruise ship passengers go straight to these two towns). It was nice to be out of the rush. Was definitely super relaxing.

Had one issue with housekeeping accidentally throwing away my shirt (it fell into the trash can somehow). The staff was very accommodating and offered to do laundry for me. Was just a t-shirt, so not a biggie to me, but was nice to have the staff offer to help.

Overall, wonderful stay, very friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful views!

Heartwarming staff in an amazing facility

Beautiful place with a breathtaking view. Relatively new facitlity with jacuzzi in our suite. The staff can't be more freiendly and heartwarming - even when my husband and I had some personal struggle, the manager John(Yianni) and his team were there for us, calmed us down and offered great support in every possible way. They made our stay in Santorini a great one with unforgettable memory. Wish the hotels all over the world can be just amazing like them !!P.s. the breakfast is white nice, simple but healthy.

Incredible “as-advertised” views! Doesn’t get any better than being at the highest point in Imerovigli with a jaw-dropping view of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. Service was great, bed was excellent, but there was one problem that normally would bring a review down to one star... noise.

My wife and I were woken up every single night that we slept at Aqua suites. The first night it was some random people, likely drunk, who were extremely loud at 3 or 4 am. Didn’t last too long but we realized quickly that our room was susceptible to much of the noise from outside. The second day an Arabic speaking family moved in to 402 right next to us and were extremely loud. We went to speak with Manos at the desk because while it was during the day when we just happened to be there in between activities and dinner, we had explicitly reached out to them about ensuring that we would not be disturbed by noise in the suite that we had selected and that we would be willing to select a quieter room or upgrade if necessary... anyway, he assured us that he would take care of it right away.

The noise stopped immediately and we went on our way. Unfortunately, that night, the gentleman in that room came out at 1 or 2am to have a very loud conversation on his phone which woke my wife and I up (I am not a light sleeper and we were both very tired). I phoned the front desk and they immediately sent someone who came right over and handled the situation. The final night I got no sleep at all... a

Absolutely wonderful hotel. My husband came down with a nasty cold on the day before we arrived at the Aqua and he claims that the Aqua's hot tub cured him of his condition singlehandedly. The hotel has a wonderful Caldera view that can be enjoyed in relative privacy, which can be difficult to find on Santorini generally. We had the best sleep during our two-week vacation here as the room had perfect temperature control, unbelievably comfortable bed/pillows, and a dual control electric heating pad under the sheets that allowed hubby and I to sleep at our own heat preference. The breakfast served on our balcony with the view - magnificent. The staff at the Aqua were always friendly and helpful without being overbearing and smoothed out the details of our stay (i.e. making restaurant recommendations and reservations, arranging for a car rental and pickup, etc) that made our stay at the Aqua a 5-star experience. There's water is the minifridge but grab a couple large bottles at a cheaper rate from nearby markets as the water is not potable.

Sidetracking with a titbit of Santorini information. We took a cab to the hotel (around 10 mins) for a flat fee of €30. Cabs are extremely expensive on the tiny island and it will be wiser to drive to save a pretty sum of money(or you could take the bus). We rented a smart car for €50 a day through the gentleman at the reception. The reception could also assist in booking other services like tours.

The reception is located right beside the main road and the bellboy came out right away to help us with our luggages. At the reception, we were also greeted by name by the above mentioned gentleman(I realise now that I did not ask for his name). This is an extra gesture worthy of a luxury hotel to make you feel welcome. Check in was swift and he took down our breakfast choices and the timing we would like to have it. The bellboy then helped us with our luggages to our room which was a significant number of steps down (this is to be expected of seaside hotels in Santorini).

The room was fantastic with a lovely heated bed. We had our breakfasts outside every morning with the view of the Aegean sea. On one day we had in room dining of a beef burger which was soooo good. Staff always greeted us with smiles and the gentleman seemed to be a constant fixture at reception which was great due to the fantastic service he always extended to us.

Overall, we felt that this hotel was rather reasonably priced for the environment and level of service. We will certainly return one day.

The hotel is so nice with it's gorgeous view, breakfast in bed, hot tub, and cats wondering by that I didn't want to leave the hotel!
In addition to doing an excellent job with the hotel, the staffI were the most helpful. I unexpectedly had to organize a trip on the spot for a 9 person group of mostly non-English speaking folks. The staff gave me options and helped me arrange rides and tours. We ended up going to the old town square, a tour of the volcano and hot spring, as well as Perissa, and had an amazing time. Our big group wouldn't have enjoyed Santorini so much without them.

Great Quiet Location woth Outstanding Staff

Very helpful and friendly staff.Hotel manager was always available to help with a smile. Very nice decoration and clean rooms. Great breakfast on time everyday. Will recomend if you are going to spend big bucks to get the suite 208. Views here are breathtaking.
Hotel has parking available too.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This was the most comfiterable hotel I’ve ever stayed it. The bed was super soft, the room was beautiful, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They delivered breakfast to my room every morning and it was really tasty. The little pool that was on the balcony was a heated salt water pool and it was AMAZING. I love this hotel!

I only stayed for two nights and wish it had been more. When I go back to Santorini this will be my first choice. The room was clean and comfortable and my patio had the most amazing view.

Honeymoon at Santorini

We stayed for 3 days in Aqua Luxury Suites. As it was our honeymoon we chose to stay there even though it was expensive. But I can assure you all that it was totally worth it. The suite's location was right in the center of Imerovigli (Imerovigli is the best place to stay in Santorini. I can confirm that as we stayed 3 days there and 2 days in Oia.), close to Skaros rock and a lot of good restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was amazing. The best part of the stay was waking up every morning to an amazing view of the Caldera with breakfast set up right outside the room. We loved the breakfast in bed concept. Our stay in Aqua Luxury Suites was by far the best during our honeymoon. If you are a couple, Iwould highly recommend you to spend some money and make your stay in Santorini memorable. ☺

One of the best hotel highly recommended

Beautiful view from the room, private pool was included as promised in the reservation, we really liked the room, The staff of the hotel were so nice, the driver who took us from the airport and drove us back at the airport was very helpful and suggested places to visit in the city. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definetly book with it if we go back to Santorini. Another tip for the hotel area, ensure you book an ATV so you can go to Fira and to the beach. It will make your stay at the hotel very pleasant. Thank you so much Aqua Luxury......................................................................................................................

Hotel with great patio view of sea

My husband and I didn't have a smooth experience at Aqua as we had at the two previous hotel we stayed in for our honeymoon. We booked a panaramic view suite that said special offer on Expedia. So at check in we learned that special offer meant whatever suite this hotel has available when you arrive. So the room given was not suite like at all. it was so tiny. We dont believe what we were told was our junior suite matched the descriptions from this hotels website. Spoke with manager at front desk and he did everything from showing pics from website to paperwork for types of rooms and corresponding Room number at the hotel and it didn't match up. We tried explaining to him how the information he was showing us was incongruent and he got pretty defensive. Bottom line, we were disappointed and just wanted another room but he was rude and had nothing.

That aside, it was in a good location and beautiful view. Unsure of when I'll visit Greece again but I know I won't stay at this hotel again.

Excellent Property - But Select the Right Room

In sum, the property is wonderful and perfectly located...in my opinion it's better to stay here versus in Oia - better restaurants, less tourists walking-around (including from daily cruise ship traffic), and equally incredible views of the caldera and sunsets. But the real benefit is the staff, that works hard to ensure your stay in exactly what you were wanting it to be.

The staff was great and very eager to please. The views could not be beat!! Our only issue was the shower. It was a little hard using it without getting the floor in the entire bathroom soaking wet.
And the in-house taxi driver (sorry we didn't get his name) was awesome!!! Thank You!!

Luxury is a loose term, showers suck, but A+ staff

Let me begin by saying that the staff here was GREAT. From the genuine, friendly, and accommodating front desk staff at all hours to the various individuals who helped us with anything from room service to our luggage, everyone was truly helpful.
Rooms-wise, we were disappointed, especially considering how much we spent to stay here. This hotel is built on the side of a cliff, which provides BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean and other islands, as well as a private hot tub outside for each of the nicer rooms. Amazing...BUT when your room is situated at the base of a cliff, that means in order to leave the hotel, at some point you will need to walk UP said cliff. My wife and I are in average shape, but we felt like we were going to have heart attacks each time we \"scaled\" the hotel in order to go out. I strongly suggest individuals with heart conditions and/or older couples avoid this hotel for that reason alone, all kidding aside.
Furthermore, we had to change rooms after the first night because when we turned on the shower, sea water immediately began spewing out of a drain in the middle of our bathroom floor, nearly flooding the entire room within five minutes. The shower itself ran out of hot water within four minutes EVERY shower, regardless of how long we waited for more hot water to heat up. The front desk explained that this \"luxury\" hotel has only small hot water reserve tanks for each room, but that's just not acceptable, nor were the ants parading around our second room.
