The first room before upgrade. RM 907 was inadequate as I had no cold water from wash basin. I complained but the plumber who came up said it needed a plumber but didn't organise until I complained again. After upgrade which was 9 days everything was good. Staff are excellent but very few speak English.

Stayed here many times before. Personnel at the Hotel always friendly and go out of their way to help. Location the best, across the street from a major shopping center. Many money exchange houses nearby. Breakfast has improved since my last visit and it was good. Only complaints as before, the sliding glass doors in every closet in every room need to be replaced and a little bettter water pressure in the shower. Otherwise perfect.

We wanted to choose a hotel in Asuncion that was going to be more than just a place to lay our heads and instead be a place we’d also enjoy spending time in. We were so happy we chose the Hub Hotel. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The perfect place to come back and relax in between our explorations. And our private terrace was larger than many hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. It really was a wonderful stay.

Coffee for breakfast included with room was better than my last visit, it was drinkable now. The food was another question. Limited options the same every day. Quality was hit of miss. I noticed that the \"Air Europa\" flight crews stay at this hotel. The days the flight crew was there, the food was then hot and abundant quantity. Other days with no flight crew lack of eggs, bacon and not hot. I would like a slightly better room rate with no breakfast and I can go across the street and have my breakfast where I want. Rooms ok, bathroom ok, shower needs better water pressure.

Had a great stay here! The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city. The terrace has a great view, nice pool although small, and is enjoyable to have breakfast there. The food and drinks were delicious. The location is the best as you are close to everything including pharmacy, supermarket, shopping, etc. I highly recommend.

The hotel itself it’s pretty neat. Seemed cleaned. Staff was very friendly. I did not get to explore the surrounding areas due to a short stay. The room was spacious. It was very cold and the thermostat wasn’t working. I did reported and they brought me a heater to the room. There’s no lamp on your bedside so you had to get up from bed to turn on/off lights. Nice touch with the the automatic curtains. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The restaurant offers a nice view of the infinite pool and skyline. Although the restaurant only offers outside seating. For rainy and colder days is not a good option.

Lo único que diría para que sepan es que las suites más de lujo miran a un shopping y la calle es un poco ruidosa por la noche pero no hace a la calidad de sueño. I arrived late night and there was no one at the door to let me in or help with the baggage. I rang the bell at the reception and the guy finally showed up. not much information was provided about the hotel. I got to the room and the key was not working so I had to go down again. The room was Ok but the bathroom had a mold smell, which was bad. It was an Ok experience.

The terrace and the pool located in the terrace were excelent. The gym has two running machines and it has not weight machines. rooms were ok. Pretty modern. Same applied to the bathroom. Breakfast was very good. They have I prefer loyalty programme. Overall was an excellent choice.

The Hub hotel is a great economic choice with a modern feel. The standard rooms are a bit small but do provide comfortable beds and a desk to work at. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant. They offer a continental breakfast and have a mall across the street with several dining options for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Villa Mora and Mariscal Shopping area. Supermarkets are two blocks away. There are many taxis around the Shopping, so if you need them, it's easy.
The building is new, clean, and nicely maintained. I felt everything I need was provided including all the basic amenities as well as hair blower in the room, breakfast on the top floor, swimming pool, coffee shop on the first floor, and gym (though I didn't get to see it).
I would definitely stay there again when I am in town and would recommend it to anyone who needs clean, quiet, and close-to-town accommodation in Asuncion.
