We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access.

Stayed here for three nights, and really enjoyed it. We used it as a base for visiting Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia, all of which are within an hours drive. Lovely restored building, with charm and character, friendly staff, an excellent choice at breakfast and overall, very good value for money. Didn't use the restaurant in the evening, so can't comment, although it seemed popular, even with the limited menu. The pool is not very big, but it was clean, and we saw it being maintained every morning.
You'll need a car if staying here, as it's in the middle of the countryside, and the drive from the road is about a 3-4km long. The nearest village doesn't have any facilities worth noting either.

This was a ver relaxing hotel, if you are looking for a romantic few days away be warned as we were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3 nights, there was a wedding held on each night (with between 100 - 150 guests). I think this hotel should decide whether it is a romantic escape hotel or a wedding venue.

bella struttura richiederebbe solo una rinfrescata alle camere con ritinteggiatura delle pareti e potenziamento Wii-fii in quanto fruibile solo negli spazi comuni ma non nelle camere..anche l'area laghetto e tiro con l'arco andrebbe organizzata...

Die Unterkunft war einfach wunderschön. Wir hatten die Panorama Suite gebucht und hatten als einzige eine Treppe hoch in den Burgturm mit Blick über das ganze Anwesen. Einfach ein Traum. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und es fehlte an nichts. Die Terasse auf der das Abendessen stattfand war einfach schön und romantisch.

The offerings were not fresh; many of the cakes seemed to have been reused from previous days, and there was a noticeable absence of fresh fruit. Even the boiled eggs weren't up to standard, with one being rotten. The frozen Italian cornetti and individually packaged jams and butter felt out of place, especially considering the abundance of excellent local produce available in the region.
On the positive side, the coffee was good, and the service was exceptional. The staff at Catello di Baccaresca were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which significantly enhanced our overall experience.
In conclusion, while Catello di Baccaresca has its merits, especially in terms of service, the shortcomings in breakfast quality and value for money left us underwhelmed.

Inoltre siccome siamo venuti col cane,! in struttura risiedono dei gatti e un cane che gravitano tra ristorante e piscina creando problemi col nostro cane che spesso è stato attaccato. Sarebbe utile scrivere nel sito o nelle comunicazioni via mail che in struttura ci sono già animali residenti . L’ultimo giorno ho dovuto tenere il mio cane in camera .

Ottima posizione immersa nella natura. Per raggiungere il castello si percorre una strada sterrata di circa 1,5 Km in mezzo a campi e boschi, che introducono al paradiso in cui si trova il castello. Personale disponibile ed attento. Soggiorno piacevole nonostante qualche problema idraulico al bagno (prontamente risolto), all'aria condizionata ed al wifi (risolti anch'essi). Colazione buona ma con scelta limitata, probabilmente condizionata dall'emergenza COVID. Piscina ben fruibile. Servizio bar con ottimi aperitivi. Sicuramente un posto da visitare nuovamente.

Struttura immersa nel verde, un posto magico per rilassarsi! la stanza era pulitissima, spaziosa e con un bel gioco di luci e lampade. Non abbiamo potuto apprezzare il servizio dato che siamo arrivati di sera e siamo ripartiti l'indomani mattina presto ma ci hanno offerto un caffè anche se l'orario della colazione non era ancora iniziato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
