First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back,
We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped.
Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.

Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre.
The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids.
Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday.
The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm.

The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful.
Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians.

Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr nettem Personal!
Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort verbracht!! Manche Sachen könnten besser sein, man kann aber nichts ändern, es handelt sich um ein altes Hotel, das sehr bald renoviert werden muss! Die Zimmer sind ok, die Reinigung war sehr gut, in der Taverne Frau Giouli die Bedienung, sowie die beiden Köche Lefteris und Vangelis machen ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich für das Beste!!
Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen, will von sich erzählen und ein Teil des Urlaubs werden! Alle sind sehr froh, wenn man ihnen ein gutes Wort über ihre Arbeit sagt, sie lobt und natürlich sie machen den Aufenthalt angenehm und zum besonderen Erlebnis! Meine Familie und meine Freunde waren sehr begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, der Qualität der Gastronomie, von der Valentina und dem Rahmenprogramm, von der Vielfalt und dem großen Angebot! Sehr bald müssen aber alle Stein-Böden frisch lackiert und die Löcher gefüllt werden, damit die Anlage überhaupt sauberer aussieht! An der Rezeption sind manche neuen Sessel nötig, die Fenster der Taverne müssen sofort gereinigt und die Lichter gewechselt werden, (sie machen einem sehr müde), die Tore mit dem Müll vom Restaurant direkt neben dem Eingang des Hotels müssen geschlossen bleiben, es sieht ja schrecklich aus, wenn man ankommt und vieles vieles mehr, damit man sich nicht so sehr unterstellt fühlt, in diesem Hotel zu wohnen und nicht in den beiden benachbarten Mitsis!!

Bed was really firm which ment no sleep for me for a week. Rooms were small and could of been cleaner. Wifi was sketchy and limited so my husband had to buy extra data so he could send emails for work. Nearest town is a taxi ride away so you are limited to resort unless you don't mind taxis. All inclusive food was very good, cocktails awful but still a lovely place to be in May. I wouldn't book when high season. Would be too crowded.

Sehr schöne und weitreichende Anlage mit unheimlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Hotel und die Infrastruktur sind sehr gepflegt, gerade wenn man die Belegungsfrequenz, gerade in der Hauptferienzeit, berücksichtigt. Das Essen ist vielfältig, wiederholt sich im Hauptrestaurant nach einer Woche. Es wird allgemein viel im Cretan Village geboten. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr sauber und ordentliches, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings wurde unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz beschädigt und das Hotel hat nicht zur Aufklärung beigetragen. Auch die Übernahme der Reparaturkosten wurde nicht angeboten. Wir sind auf dem Schaden sitzen geblieben und mussten einen nicht unerheblichen Betrag aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Das ergibt leider abschließend einen leicht negativen Eindruck unseres ansonsten schönen Urlaubs.

Gerne wieder. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage sehr schö mit viel Bepflanzung und Sauber. Das eine oder andere in die Jahre gekommen wird jedoch nach und nach erneuert. Das Essen egal wo in der Anlage sehr lecker! Strand etwas zu steinig nach unserem Geschmack. Wasserschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Wasser jadoch klar und sauber. Die Anlage würden wir weiterempfehlen. Der Strand ist Geschmackssache

Alku lähti hieman kankeasti käyntiin, koska meillä oli ongelmia tilatun lentokenttäkuljetuksen kanssa. Juttelin asiasta manageri Eva Fragkiadakin kanssa ja asia hoidettiin erittäin upeasti ja hän piti huolen että 2vko reissumme oli muilta osin täydellinen.
Meillä oli iso perhehuone, mikä oli tilava kolmen lapsen kanssa matkustaessa ja siistissä kunnossa. Altaat ja ranta olivat hyviä. Joiltain osin resortti voisi hyötyä pienestä kasvojenkohotuksesta, mutta sellainenkin on kuulemma tulossa pian uuden Mitsis-brändin alla.
Ruoka oli all-inclusive resortiksi varsin maistuvaa, vaikkei valikoima ollutkaan valtava joihinkin isompiin verrattuna. Erityisesti hotellin aulabaarissa drinkit olivat poikkeuksellisen hyviä.
Lapset nauttivat kerhosta ja kehuivat vetäjiä todella mukaviksi. He halusivat osallistua useana päivänä ja nauttivat eri aktiviteeteista.
Erityisesti muihin vastaaviin verrattuna voi mainita sen, että vettä ja muita juomia ja jopa olutta voi hakea useasta paikasta ihan itse ilman jonotusta, vaikkapa omalla terassilla nautittavaksi.
