There was literal black mold on pillow cases and sheet, blood spots on toilet seat and chair, desk was sticky, very very very unsanitary, clearly had not been cleaned on a VERY long time. No one would come to the desk to address. Complaint filed with Department of Health this place was THAT BAD. You are better off sleeping on a park bench than in this hotel. I cannot stress how disgusting vile gross this place is. I had low expectations given the price but the bar here for basic cleanliness is in hell it is so bad. You might as well stay in a homeless encampment it’s probably cleaner.

Was fine for the price. No bedbugs, but dried substance smeared in multiple spots on walls-blood? feces? Couldn’t tell.
Heater worked, faulty shower faucet, clean towels & bathroom fixtures, & they provided soap, shampoo & body wash. Tv & fridge worked. Not scary, just run down.

Shower flooded and heard from another who has stayed there it was a known problem and just not fixed so renting a room that u know is not up to par is a big red flag to me and i can not recommend, only got room cause it was cheap and needed a shower and a bed so came in with low expectations that weren't even met.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible – Stay Away

Our family trip to Olympic National Park started off ruined because of this place. When we opened the door, there were giant spider webs everywhere and a spider crawling on the wall (see photos). The manager sent two guys with a broomstick, and the owner said it’s “just a small crawly” and even showed how to squash it.

The room was filthy-moldy bathroom that smelled like vomit, broken window glass, dusty floors, dirty soggy pillow, and funky sheets. None of us could even use the shower. When we checked out, a staff member was sitting by the front desk smoking weed.

This place has zero hygiene or professionalism. Sleeping in a campground would have been much cleaner. Google should not be recommending this place — it completely ruined the start of our family trip in Sequim.

It was an older but well kept motel. It was clean. Even the sidewalks and parking lot. The location was great and the bed was nice. It needed clothes hangers and better toiletries like conditioner. The only big problem was the shower. The floor pan was badly cracked and it had a built in seat that was super dirty. As though cleaning it has been neglected for a long time. The staff was very nice. It's only the tub that brought down the rating.

Whole place needs updating and we were told that they plan to update everything by next year. We chose it because of location and reasonable price compared to others in the area, however would probably choose somewhere else next time. We were initially given a room on 2nd floor with no elevator, but they changed it to 1st floor when requested.

This place is a bit sketchy. I’m a solo strong male so, I wasn’t bothered by the “tired” facility. The less than secure door, the dated television, the moldy shower curtain or the strange eastern Indian guy who didn’t seem to have a purpose for being on the property.
The upside was it was very inexpensive to stay here as I just needed a last minute place to crash. I wasn’t worried about the neighborhood as I know Sequim is a very safe town. The bed was fine, sheets were clean. I think they are doing their best with what they have there but, it’s distressed and tired.

Cozy room. Bed took up most of the space. Bed was firm. Linens were soft and clean. Extra blanket and pillows available. Small fridge with freezer worked fine. Didn't use small microwave nor coffee maker. TV and remote worked fine. Bathroom small and clean. Shower only. Water pressure good. Hot and cold water. Clean towels and soaps provided.

Walls were thin. Could hear neighbors and outdoor activity. Parking was tight. AC kicked on and off all night making it difficult to sleep. Bathroom ceiling had peeling paint. A bit difficult adjusting shower water temperature. Floor was hard surface and felt like it needed cleaning. Hard to tell because room was dark even with lights on. Someone's food was left in the fridge when I arrived. Mistakes happen.

We were on a budget and this was the least expensive option for the area so I understand you get what you pay for. We were given a room next to what I’m guessing was the live-in maid/service quarters. It was a Friday night and the walls were super thin. There were people laughing and arguing all night. And I mean until morning. The room was very run down. The drapes were absolutely filthy. The walls were stained. The shower curtain was moldy.

I saw a review that said $50/ night? Where?
I paid $115 and thank god I used points. Just terrible. I killed at least 4 small roaches, I don’t want to think how many more were here. TV didn’t work. Room was dirty and everything is grossly patched up

Honestly this place is way overpriced. It’s an old motel with limited parking. You can hear the noises from outside , even people just talking. Room had nowhere to put anything, “closet” was an open space where there was a refrigerator that blocked hanging anything up. Bathroom window couldn’t close.

I booked last minute and this was one of least expensive options available but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was old in this room, especially the mattress. When we Checked in at 10pm, the room was terribly hot, and we had to wait for the A/C to cool the room which took about 2 hours. I slept poorly because of the condition of the bed. Will never go there again.

Great little hotel! Got a little noisy by our room late but, it was ok! I had to use a hair clip to keep curtains closed. The air/heat conditioning kept clicking on and it was loud and woke us up.But, it was a nice stay.

Stay was fine, room needed a little love. The portable AC in the room leaked all over the floor, the shower floor felt like you were going to fall through, and the TV only got one channel, unless you signed in with your own personal streaming services. Feel like I still overpaid for my stay based on the conditions of the property.

This place is SUPER dated. It was well over $200 a night when others in the area was over $300 so you def. get what you pay for. Super small parking lot with insanely small spots made it cumbersome with my truck. This place needs major updates or torn down completely. Could see daylight thru the door jams and sketchy ways the door locked. We actually put a chair under the door knob just in case. One little window AC until to semi cool down the room so we are lucky the high was only about 74 that day.. I would recommend skipping this place and I will also do the same on my next trip in the area.

It was dirty like a 3rd world hotel. Laid on my back all night as the sheet stunk as if they hadn't been changed. 2 10 inch cracks in the floor of the shower around the drain. If I stepped too close to the drain the cracks would buckle. Was afraid I would break through. Dead Bolt didn't work. Pillows stunk. Everything was broken and sticky. Got ripped bad

There was a bit of a fiasco with the reservation, not the motel's fault at all though. And when they couldn't find me they were about to give me a complimentary room until it got settled! Fortunately, it all got straightened out and I was able to go to my room. They were patient and friendly through the whole experience and gave me a bottled water. I would stay here again and recommend it. Thank you for you patiyand understanding in the mix up!

They were really nice there. But, saying the place needs updated is an understatement. The walls were marked up, the bedding was stained, there were stinky clothes left over in a the side table drawer and the doors only had your standard lock, not even a chain lock for added security. Glad we had a place to rest our heads for the night. It was worth what we paid.

The bed was very firm and squeaky. The shower knob didn't work well, was impossible to get it to rest on a temperature that wasn't too hot or too cold. Otherwise it was clean, had a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge.

The location was perfect! It is right in the middle of Sequim next to a grocery store, QFC, lovely huge park Carrie Blake and five minutes walk from downtown. The room has a refrigerator and microwave and small coffeepot--perfect for storing leftovers from the many restaurants nearby. It was very cozy and the AC was perfect during the warm day and they have lots of extra blankets for night. The owners were very kind and they have a bulletin board with Thank you notes from over the years from all their travelers. You can tell people really appreciate the effort they make. Thank you for the stay!

The room was definitely not what we were hoping for. The furniture was curb alert chic. There was a power strip screwed to the wall, for the tv and cable box. There was coffee still in the coffee maker from a previous guest. I asked for ice and was told that the ice machine was broken and I would have to go to the gas station next door to buy ice. The shower head was taped on with duct tape and dripped all night so the bathroom floor was wet from the drip spatter.

I was expecting a much nicer place based on reviews, ratings, and photos. While not the worst experience, I would not stay here again unless it’s significantly cleaned up or updated. I’m not picky, usually. I don’t mind a basic motel with beat up furniture, but this place felt like it’s needed a full remodel since the 70s.

The positives were that the bed was comfortable and the people at the office were nice. The area was quiet. The price was pretty good too.

The motel looked rough upon arriving. Mismatched, random, and broken items outside. The chain latch on my door was missing, so I only had a deadbolt. The AC is in the window so it’s impossible to close the curtains. I was either too hot or I kept awake by the bright as day lights outside.

The tv was big, and it was easy to get cable to work. There was a roku remote, and it was a roku TV, but I never could get it to work. I would have preferred to watch Netflix or even youtube over cable. I even asked the office for batteries and they couldn’t get it to work. They mentioned they’d recently bought the place, and weren’t sure what didn’t work.

I did find crumbs, trash, and debris under the poorly place coffee pot and tray.

The showerhead was nice, but I was worried about falling through the spongy feeling shower floor. Towels were clean and relatively soft.

The fridge and microwave were functional and clean as well. I liked that there was no carpet, just imitation wood floors and tile in the bathroom.

Everything was just as it should be. Only thing that bothered me was there was a little shelf above the sink in my room, the room that is in front of the handicapped parking. The sink did not allow me to get my face down to wash my face or to get down to rinse my mouth to brush my teeth. The little shelf does not need to be above the sink, it can be moved to another part of the bathroom. I hit my forehead on it head several times, forgetting that it was there.

Nice stay. Could easily stay for a few nights. The room has everything needed for the stay. The microwave, fridge, coffee machine and table made it every convenient to heat up cooked food with a nice comfortable eating area. Washroom is cleaned and spacious. AC and heater are a gem in the room. Walls between units are thin and can easily hear the people next door, but nothing ear plugs cannot take care of the noise.

This is a particular setting, you definitely don't feel in a hotel room, AC is stand up room cooler... Windows had a plywood installed, very rudimentary.. Towels were horrible, not hotel towels and they certainly need some bleach work... I feel I was staying in a old bedroom back in the 70s, this place is old. Friendly staff.

The property is good for a quick stay of you are traveling. The room was relatively clean but there were a few missed areas (i.e. the bathroom toilet). If you use the wifi, try all 5 to see which has the better sognal. Overall good for a one night stay.

The front window was screwed shut, so not able to open it to let some air into the room. The bed and bedding were clean, but the mattress seemed rock hard and the pillows were flat - worn out.

This was your average hole in the wall cheap motel.
Older, outdated and not super clean. We found old food on the floor under the couch when we moved it. The comforters/blankets had some visible stains. Our room did have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which was nice. It was doable for a late night crash and gone the next morning.

Stayed only one night. Our wall under the window had a hole. Window still needed cleaning. Each unit looks like a small modular home with it's own entrance. There's a small indoor AC unit in our room with mini fridge, microwave, small table and two lounge chairs. Their parking lot is small to maneuver. I didn't noticed any other amenities.

Price was right, if I had a different room I probably would have had a better experience- three little kids - must’ve been age 2-4 were “playing” on a shared wooden deck up until 3am! Three times I said something to the “parents” who took the kids inside, but then it happened again, and again, last time they woke me was 3am! What is going on here? Bad parenting? Feral kids? Drug use? Insanity? The place was also run down and in need of repairs, you can stay here and save some $$$, but I’d never go back and never recommend it to anyone

Absolutely disgusting.

Disgusting. We booked a room with 2 king beds & a futon/sofa. The sofa just had a blanket tucked in around the cushion. The blanket hasn't been washed in I dont know how long. There were crumbs, stains, and hard crusty stains. So gross. So I went to take the blanket off and the cushion was even more disgusting. Not exaggerating, it was disgusting. It looked like a college frat house couch that was 15 yesrs old. I told my family not to touch it. How can you trust anything to be clean after that? The bedding sheets looked to be clean-ish, though they needed to be bleaches. The top quilt though, was also gross. Marker stains, crusty stains on the blankets, crumbs.. I was so grossed out. I tried to leave but there weren't any other rooms in town. Stains on the walls, the ceilings, the shower was gross. The toilet was clean.. I'll give them that. Also, check-in was very easy and it was close to stores. Other than that, never ever again. Ever.

Vintage motel with good basics

Spacious room w/ basic kitchen needs. A little old & needs updating but served my needs. Well kept & mostly clean but “slight musty” smell. Does need more attention to details as the heater furnace was completely dusty & never clean.

We were booked into a non smoking room which smelled so heavily of smoke we couldn't breathe well. We slept with the window unit AC on all night when it was cold, just so we could have fresher air.

We called ahead to say we would be late checking in. The gentleman said he would leave the key in a certain place for us. He said they closed at 10. We arrived at 9:30 and they were already closed but the key was where he said it would be. The room was very tiny with a tiny bathroom, the whole thing is badly in need of an upgrade. The bathroom sink emptied very slow. It was leaking onto the floor a bit. There was also a steady leak in the shower. After walking on the floor my feet were black so it obviously hadn’t been washed in awhile. The double bed was not very comfortable so neither one of us slept well. All the power in the room, including the window air conditioner was routed through power bars on each side of the bed. Would not stay there again.

Faucets leaking. Lamps flashing or not working. Power goes out on outlets intermittently. WiFi disconnects often. Can see outside through door frame. Staff was very friendly and courteous but upkeep on room maintenance was very much lacking.
