We arrived for a 4 night stay ,after a flight from the U.K.,our home .
On the second evening whilst walking in the grounds along a designated path my wife fell on a large trip hazard at least 1-2 inches high and crashed to the concrete slab, breaking her nose and elbow and having severe facial injury.
Attention was given by local paramedics from the fire dept however it is clear that non of the management staff gave any assistance despite immediate staff being aware .We had to drive ourselves to a hospital in Port Townsend to seek immediate emergency medical attention.
On leaving the hotel we discussed the incident with check out .
I ask all guests to be aware of trip hazards at this hotel and say if something happens ,you are on your own.

Been here before and will come again. No complaints.
Annette
A truly delightful stay. The staff was helpful, friendly, attentive. Multiple EV chargers that are easy to access and use. The room was large, lovely and clean. The location is easy to access. Definitely a good pick when you just need a pleasant, low-stress evening on the peninsula!
Karyn
Loved everything about it. Room is big and gorgeous. Staff are great. Excellent value and very good coffee at the cafe
Kindal
Smoking property then complained we smoked in room but we never did and only was in casino causing us to smell like smoke.
James
It was really nice. It was quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had some good cocktails and a great meal. We also had some fun with the slot machines.
Gerald
The hotel is absolutely stunning in a gorgeous location! The decor, color scheme and artwork are outstanding. I wish all hotels were this nice and highly recommend!

all good

It’s a mixed bag! The facility is remarkable, room was very comfortable! However 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the room was not made up! Had to call each day to get service. The dinners and staff were top notch in the restaurant and bar. However the opposite was true for breakfast, service very slow and food was poor. Only 6 tables with customers, the table next to us, left!

We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Cedars Hotel. The reception was wonderful, the room was spacious and super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was the sheets felt a bit stiff—softer sheets would make it perfect.
We noticed slight noise from the neighboring door and a faint smell of smoke late at night, even though the room was non-smoking. Aside from that, the hotel is nicely designed, relaxing, and in a great location surrounded by nature. The casino slot games were also fun to play.
My husband left his toiletry bag, and the staff were very prompt and helpful when we contacted them. We had a great dinner at the restaurant, too.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We even received a $15 gift card and were offered a complimentary late checkout, which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was majority clean but notice spots on the carpet, bathroom toilet had rust and keurig machine was filthy. There is no gym and no microwave in the room which is weird. Mini fridge did not keep things cold.

You could add a 3 or 4 card poker table. The staff in the check in and the restaurants were awesome, some of the staff in the casino were not as friendly and felt put out when I asked a question. It happened a couple different times or I wouldn’t mention it.
Elizabeth
This hotel is better than expected, the tribal decor and artifacts are beautiful. The rooms are big and modern very luxurious. The restaurant downstairs was amazing! The food was fresh and tasty. The casino has smoking and non smoking areas and has all the slots I like to play. Great birthday trip overall! I wish I was staying longer.
Michael
Nice place to stay. Hotel side is quiet, beds are comfortable, and shower is nice with plenty of hot water.

Great option when visiting Olympic National Park
Mark
Our room was great, the staff was friendly, and the non-smoking portion of the casino was wonderful.
The only thing that I didn't understand or appreciate was putting a guest with a small hyperactive child in the room directly above us (on floor 5), whoever allowed this was wrong.

The rooms are very nice, exceptionally quiet, high quality towels and linens and a comfortable bed. The on site sit down restaurant was excellent. It’s a beautiful facility. Highly recommend.

Brand new. Well appointed. Good food at the main restaurant at a not crazy price. Only disappointment was no live dealers on a Wednesday night stay.
wendy
Beautiful.property with great sevice and great casino.
Mary
Room was beautiful, staff friendly, and amenities plentiful. Only weird thing was the shower floor is made in such a way that the water doesn’t drain fully, leaving a slightly funny smell after a while. The room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. All in all an awesome stay!
Jennifer
Didn't like that it didn't have a hot tub or pool and the smoking
anita
Very nice,
Josue
Amazing, Very clean & restaurant was very tasty!
Natasha
This hotel was such a pleasant surprise, and absolutely fabulous day yet. It has beautiful grounds and artwork throughout, the rooms were insanely spacious and super clean; loved the towels and the pillows.
Everything felt brand new and my husband and I were tun to find out that the property was five or six years old.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Birthday stay
Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice view toward mountains and water. Quiet even though overlooking highway. Bathroom and shower very nice. Only complaint is why do they make the beds so high? Very difficult for short elderly person to get into the beds. Piled pillows and moved chair for help to get into bed.
Ryan
Casino was lots of fun! Room was AMAZING! View was decent on back side of hotel. Lack of continental breakfast after a night at the casino with a pricey room was a bit of a let down.
Aimee
The hotel could have more to do, like a pool, hot tub and gym.
Katy
We really like this hotel. Overall a beautiful property!
Richard
Rooms are large and well appointed. Very quiet. I did not hear any other guests during the three nights at the hotel.
Willard
Only wish was that the restaurant was in a non-smoking area, but the hotel was beautiful ! Clean, modern rooms, great walk-in shower, & patio area was very nice too. Excellent, excellent room.
Won
Property was very clean. Front desk was so polite. Casino is cozy but cute. Overall had a great time. Just two suggestions for improvement: microwaves in the rooms would be nice, and maybe fitting in another dining option. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time here.
Caroline
Clean, luxurious comfortable and professional

Not a pleasant stay and workers made it worse
Room above was a party place stompinv screaming drinkness til 330 am. The night person couldn't answer at front desk. I had to call outside line for reservations to get answer. He said they'd call up to room, then sent security but still the noise continued. Other areas workers were rude and ignored us. No VIP service here.

It was a nice place but the noise at night from other guests was obnoxious after hours of what sounded like stomping from the room above my husband and i we finally had to call front desk at 330 am to get some rest
David
