The room was sold to us as \"reduced from about 400€ to about 100€, which is a total scam. This is a two-tier property, with a very nice building in front and a much lower quality building in the back. And guess where the 100€ room was located. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything that's needed for a one-night stay, but at a pretty low level. Furniture was simple and dated, it didn't look anything like the pictures, which are from the front building. The receptionist was rude, or maybe there was a language barrier, his English was rather poor. The only highlight was the breakfast, which was excellent, as well as the serving staff.

Comfortable bed, very good complete breakfast and no expensive.at $10 euros p/p . The hotel location is in the city. (The only thing happened during our stay the street was closed for working, and had complications with the car to get there but that is temporary issue and only if you have to get with car) . The hotel reception is hidden behind the building where you have to walk a couple of stairs left and right to get to the reception. The front of the hotel looks nice, but inside is not as full of character as this suggests. The room was clean and adequately equipped, and the underground parking was useful. For a “pet friendly” establishment it was disappointing to be told that dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room and there were no other options for where we could take breakfast, so we declined. I suspect we wouldn’t have been allowed to leave our dog in the room, and I wouldn’t have done that anyway. In close proximity to the hotel there are lots of nice places to eat, which was good. There was a communal balcony area which we expected to be able to use (nobody else was out there whenever we went passed) but we were told that this was reserved for “other guests”… not sure how much more than €100+ per night one needs to pay to be allowed on a communal balcony! But there were no other outside areas to sit. Overall, very underwhelming.

Upon checkout, the staff gave my wife a lovely gift bag with oils, soap, and a towel, which she loved.

Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival we were provided passes for the local bus (#16 bus will get you to the path for the castle). The train & bus stops are less than a 10 minutes walk (even with luggage). The train passes will allow for a day trip to Basel. The hotel is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants (the Greek place below was a favorite).

Great hotel, right in the center of the town. Modern and comfortable. The fridge was stuffed with very reasonable priced items. We had some difficulties finding it as the GPS did not help, but a hotel staff waited for us at the parking gate and gave as the keys right away. This was very helpful as it was already late and we had some very sleepy cranky kids with us. I would definitely stay there again!

A great place to stay. We were unable to check in until 11 pm. At that time there was no one at the front desk. Getting the room key was a little annoying. I would recommend this place as long as you are checking in before 9 pm.

The hotel is really nice. But what we liked the most was the attention of the reception. We had problem at the airport, and when we were at the way to the hotel the receptionist (sorry If I wrote his name wrong - Joseph) made a phone call to check where we were and to give us the instructions to take the key (the reception close after 9pm). So we felt really glad of his attention, we were so thankfull.

Ich war für ein Wochenende in Basel und wollte die horrenden Preise für ein Hotel direkt in Basel nicht bezahlen, AirBnB war ebenfalls nicht günstiger. Ein triregio mini 24 Stunden Ticket muss man sowieso buchen und kann damit ohne Probleme direkt bis zum Hotel fahren (Lörrach Museum/Burghof), man ist innerhalb von ~30 Minuten am Basel SBB und in ~15 Minuten am Badischen Bahnhof. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen und liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße wo lediglich Busse, Taxis und Lieferverkehr fahren und am südlichen Ende der Fußgängerzone der zentralen Einkaufsstraße. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mein Zimmer war ein sehr großes Doppelzimmer im 3. OG unterm Dach. Sehr ruhig, den 3 Sternen absolut angemessen, alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Mein Zimmer wurde sogar einmal vollständig vom Zimmerservice geprüft und alles getauscht, sehr zuvorkommend, wäre aber nicht nötig gewesen. Frühstück sah lecker aus, da wir allerdings gemeinsam in Basel waren, haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt. Auch Abendessen wäre im angeschlossenen Restaurant oder umliegenden Gaststätten problemlos möglich gewesen, auch am Feiertag oder Sonntag. Das Bett war super, ich habe problemlos durchgeschlafen, mag keine harten Matratzen, da wache ich als Seitenschläfer oft auf weil ein Arm eingeschlafen ist oder die Schulter schmerzt, hier alles perfekt. Auch ausreichend Kissen. WLAN hat ausreichend funktioniert, Minibar war gut ausgestattet, Ablagen und Schreibtisch

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Lörrach. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Preiswertes und leckeres Frühstück. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof, den man gut nutzen konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür.

We verbleven in het hotel om naar de voetbal vrouwen te gaan kijken. Wat een fijn en schoon hotel. Alles op de kamer is aanwezig en schoon. Medewerkers allemaal erg vriendelijk. Ook 1 keer ontbijt in het hotel gegeten, was hartstikke uitgebreid en lekker. In de directe omgeving het openbaar vervoer, winkels, restaurants en een heerlijke ijs winkel. Precies alles wat we nodig hadden.

Alle Zimmer sind mit Klima ausgestattet.Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Der Tipp mit einem Besuch in Colmar war super, danke dafür. Der Frühstück -Service ist perfekt, es würde darauf Wert gelegt das immer von allem reichlich und frisch da ist. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Leider war das Apartment nicht so sauber, wie wir das erwartet hätten. Auf dem Boden lag noch die Lolliverpackung des Vorgängers, es waren noch die Spritzer vom Zähneputzen auf dem Spiegel (!) und diverse Haare im Apartment verteilt. Das Interieur war bereits ordentlich abgerockt. Leider war auch das Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption weder freundlich, noch hilfsbereit. Schade! Die Bewertungen beziehen sich vermutlich eher auf die Einzelzimmer, als die Familienapartments bzw. -zimmer. Anders kann ich mir diese gute Bewertung nicht erklären.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der City von Lörrach und bietet somit gute Voraussetzungen die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden.
Parkmöglichkeiten bietet das Hotel bzw. ganz in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Parkhäuser, die nur geringfügig teuerer sind.
Ich habe nur eine ruhige Nacht hier verbracht.
Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers war zweckmäßig. Das Bad recht eng bemessen.

Parkmöglichkeiten bietet das Hotel bzw. ganz in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Parkhäuser, die nur geringfügig teuerer sind.
Ich habe nur eine ruhige Nacht hier verbracht.
Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers war zweckmäßig. Das Bad recht eng bemessen.

De voorkant van het pand op de foto is niet het hotel. Het hotel zit erachter en lijkt meer op een kantoorpand. De dame bij de receptie stuurde ons eerst naar een kamer waar je alleen met een bijzondere trap kon komen. Ik loop met een kruk en dat was duidelijk zichtbaar voor haar. Alles in allen eine super Unterkunft,Preis Leistung passt und Freundlichkeit des Personals war ebenfalls ein Gedicht, die Klimaanlage war für uns das beste.
Einzig die Matratzen (Topper) hätte ich als Beanstandung,die sind für mich mit über 100kg Kampfgewicht eindeutig zu weich.
Nach 5std Schlaf hatte ich sehr starke rückenschmerzen das ein weiterschlafen nicht mehr möglich war. Zu Hause habe ich härtegrad 3,gefühlt in der Unterkunft 1 oder weniger. Aber wir waren auch nur eine Nacht da, für längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich das dann beanstandet oder eine härtere gefordert. ;-)
