Convenient to Trier.
Room hot...no conditioning...not even a fan.
Noisy...right above dining terrace...loud talking/children screaming...until about 21:00.
Staff OK...but \"preoccupied\" and not overly courteous or helpful.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this property. We were given the entire top floor of one unit that overlooked the river (I booked a 2 bed, private bathroom room). We let them know the ceiling fan was not working and the next time we returned to our room after going off for the day, we found that they had brought us several oscillating fans and placed them in the room which was very appreciated and made the stay enjoyable. We were able to park right in front of our unit, and they had breakfast ready for us every morning. We ate dinner there once as well and it was very good. They will also pack lunches if you request (and pay extra), but we never needed them. There is an Edeka 10 minutes away by car in Irrel (closed on Sundays). The location is perfect for lots of day trips. We visited Vianden, the Devil's Gorge, drove from Bernkastel to Piesport along the Mosel, Eifelpark, Bitburg, Trier, and the Mullertal. The town on the other side of the river also has a lovely park and playground which our family enjoyed...about a 10 minute walk. Vielen Dank!

Above the TOP! This was one of the BEST places we stayed in our whole trip. We had a whole floor suite to ourselves, and I didn't even ask for it! The owner was so nice, and gave us a TON of information about the town. It was so clean and quiet, and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The food in their restaurant was one of the BEST!! Would highly recommend you stay there, we would go again!

The Ralingen Hof is a very small hotel, only 9 rooms on the property. There is limited parking in front of the hotel but there is more parking behind. The view from the terrace is just gorgeous. There is no elevator which is no surprise for a small hotel and there is no ice for guests.

Upon arrival, I discovered that somehow only one room was booked, which with a party of 4 adults was an issue. Nicole handled everything and found a room for us at a nearby bed and breakfast. It was equally clean if much more spacious.

I never got the name of the place but the host there was very helpful and explained her accommodations to us. She left us a house rules booklet in multiple languages so we could review on our own. Parking was onsite and free also.

I’d like to say an extra Thank You! To Nicole at the Landgasthof Ralinger hof for her help and taking such good care of us. Definitely would go back and stay here again.

Beautiful view

Friendly staff, however, most of them don't speak english. They offered a breakfast when checked in, and we asked if it was included, as they said 'yes'. When we checked out, we were charged more than stated in the reservation for for room and also for the breakfast. Enjoy the view, do not expect a good internet conection.

Best stay in europe

Cant say enough good about the stay. Room was big and brand new. View of the river was great. Owner was great. Very helpful and nice. It was our best stay in europe to date. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the calm river. Owner even brought us some fries with our drinks. Shower was great. Hidden gem. Breakfast was nice and very cheap.

Gutes Hotel (montags nur mit Frühstück)

Die Gegend ist sehr schön und das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
Wir hatten ein modernes Zimmer (\"deluxe\") mit viel Platz, der irgendwie leer wirkte. Leider keine Garderobe und nur drei oder vier Kleiderbügel im Schrank.
Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, aber bei den meisten ist schon noch Luft nach oben. Nicht wirklich was zu meckern, aber begeistert waren wir nicht.
Wirklich blöd ist, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant montags zu hat - und dann gibt es nichts in der näheren Umgebung und auch darüber hinaus hat vieles montags zu.

Ordentlicher Landgasthof, unser Zimmer war sauber und riesig groß; das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert und war reichhaltig; für jeden Geschmack etwas; hervorragende Brötchen. Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp durchaus zu empfehlen!

Fantastisk beliggenhed, super værelser, dejlig mad

Hotellet ligger på grænsen til Luxembourg og har en fantastisk udsigt fra restaurantens terrasse over floden, der deler de to lande. Flot renoverede værelser og en super restaurant. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Schone,moderne en ruime kamer.Ontbijt is heel goed en ruim voldoende.En betaalbaar.
Hotel licht prachtig gelegen aan de rivier.
Tip: kies een kamer aan de tuinkant. Aan de straat kant hoor je goed de auto's.
Vanwege omstandigheden gingen wij een dag eerder naar huis.Wij hoefden deze nacht niet te betalen.Dat vonden wij erg attent.

Turens bedste hotel ud af 5 hoteller

Et super hyggeligt lille hotel/kro. Alle ansatte var søde og serviceminded, de serverer også en overdådig morgenmad til yderst rimelige priser. Rummene (vi er en familie på 2 voksne og 4 børn) var meget rummelige, yderst rene og velholdte (det ene var nyrenoveret). Deres menukort til aftensmad kan varmt anbefales, gode råvarer veltilberedt. Smukt område lige på grænsen til Luxemburg. Vi boede der 2 nætter på vores tur tilbage fra Sydeuropa, og brugte den mellemliggende dag på at udforske Luxemburg og Saarburg (En hyggelig by i Tyskland). Vi vender helt klart tilbage en anden gang.
