We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair

Disappointing!!

They advertise they have A/C, this is not true. The manager admitted that the thermostat in the room does nothing and the temperature is set by the general manager and he has no control. The room was hot and miserable.

Stay was just OK

Everything was good until our A/C went out on night 2.They were unable to fix it or change our room. The A/C came back on 2 hours before check out.
Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and a clean room.

An overall winner

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good in both variety and quality, the croissants are outstanding. I dined at the restaurant as well and it was surprisingly good. Location is also convenient despite there are a handful of hotels closer to the old town

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. A mile walk into the centre. Nice touch with free pool table, darts and table football in the bar area. Felt like a Premier Inn but a tad better.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is in a good location for walking to sights & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & the parking is in a garage on-site. We wanted to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant but the chef had the day off so we walked to a nice place for dinner. The breakfast selections were amazing!

The stay and accommodation were very good, only issue was the bill when checking out, we had 5 rooms and all of us were charged more than expected, staff said this was a tourist tax issue but it seemed to be a bit arbitrary in terms of the amounts we were charge. The room I was in was an extra 42 euros for example.

Lovely hotel

A really good hotel. Very quiet, clean and lovely rooms. Also the bar and restaurant was a good place to stay. The wifi was working good and good options for parking the car. City center is in walking distance in about 15-20 minutes. Recommendable.

Modern hotel in convienet location

We had a pleasant stay at the Vienna House Easy. The underground parking the hotel very convent, especially in the cold and damp. Although, at a small cost. The rooms are modern and spacious with a complementary bottle of water provided. I found the hotel’s website to be very informative and useful when planning our route for visiting the Roman ruins.

Dejligt stille værelse, fantastisk parkeringskælde

Vi tilbragte tre nætter på Vienna House og fandt hotellet rigtig godt som udgangspunkt for et besøg i Trier.
Værelserne er rummelige og vi nød de stille omgivelser. Rene og pæne værelser, som kun manglede faciliteter til at lave te og kaffe - noget man efterhånden finder på næsten alle hoteller af en vis standard.
Morgenmaden er god med et rigt udvalg af brød, frugt, te og kaffe med mere.
Parkeringskælderen er genial, man kan tage en elevator direkte til receptionen med sin bagage.
Beliggenheden uden for centrum var jeg lidt spændt på. Det kan dog sagtens lade sig gøre at gå til den gamle bydel.
Der er ikke langt at gå til amphieteatret, og man kan faktisk tage en hop-on hop-off city-tour bus herfra.

Hotel in günstiger Lage

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nur 5min. Fußweg von den Kaiserthermen entfernt.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, könnte aber etwas mehr Ablagefläche haben. Das Bett fanden wir bequem.
Im Badezimmer gab es eine Duschwanne, Fön, Handtücher, Spender mit Haar/Körpershampoo und Handseife.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Wir haben aber nur einmal im Hotel gefrühstückt, weil es in der Innenstadt viele schöne Lokale gab, die tolles Frühstück anboten.
Es gibt eine nette Bar im Hotel mit einer witzigen Spielecke mit Billard, Darts, Tischkicker und Spieletischen für Schach, Backgammon, Mensch ärgere dich nicht.
Das Auto kann in einer Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr geparkt werden.
Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Gute Lage, die Innenstadt mit all ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht, zum römischen Amphitheater kommt man sehr idyllisch durch ein kleines Tal, immer dem Bach entlang.

Vor der Tür fährt zudem ein Bus, und man kann - sensationell! - kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen (die nicht nur stylish sind, sonder auch sehr gut zu fahren).

Geparkt habe ich auf dem großen Parkplatz 50m entfernt; über Nacht ist das kostenlos. Es gibt aber eine Hotelgarage.

Mein Zimmer war zur Straße raus, und das war das einzige Manko: Da die Fenster den Lärm eher mäßig schlucken, war es morgens recht laut im Zimmer. Ich war am Wochenende dort; unter der Woche dürfte der Berufsverkehr da recht früh losgehen und recht laut sein.

Tyvärr så har inte hotellen i Tyskland inga komfortabla sängar att erbjuda. Extra bäddmadrass saknas.
Tycker även att för rumspriset skulle frukost ingå.

Tolles Hotel, neu und modern, und trotzdem mit individuellem Charme. Schöne Deko, Bar mit Plattenspieler für Vinyl, stimmige und stimmungsvolle Einrichtung. Das beste sind aber die Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Super.

생각보다 넉넉한 크기의 방과 깨끗한 룸 컨디션 아주 만족스럽게 머물렀어요~
주변에 식당이 거의 없어서 조식서비스신청했는데 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 과일요거트 만들어 먹었는데 과일도 신선하고요거트도 훌륭했어요~^^
담에 트리어를 방문한다먼 여기서 다시 묵고 싶어요~^^
객실에 냉장고만 있다면 10점 만점에 백점입니다~^^

Insgesamt immer sehr nett und mein präferiertes Hotel in Trier leider ist das Restaurant oft geschlossen.
Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr nett und hilfreich (insbesondere hinsichtlich Parkmöglichkeit mit höheren Vans). Komplikationslose Checkins gibts sowieso immer und gute Zimmer.
Preis-Leistung überzeugt auch sehr oft.

Leider eine Enttäuschung

Leider ist der Aufenthalt durch folgende Folgendes so gewesen das ich leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen kann:
- dreckige wasche des Vorgastes im Badezimmer vergessen wegzuräumen ( man hat sich dann aufgrund meines Hinweise entschuldigt und mir ein neues größeres Zimmer für die zweite Übernachtung gegeben)
- das Zimmer war leider unangenehm kalt, da man mir gesagt hat das die Heizung ist aus „Energiespargründen“ vor zwei Wochen abgestellt worden ist. Das ist ein no Go da ich dafür ja den normalen Zimmerpreis bezahlt habe auch da ich dort geschäftlich arbeiten musste. Man hat dann einen Heizstrahler ins Zimmer gebracht.
- das Hotel ist im ganzen sehr dunkel und wenig beleuchtet. Innen wie außen. Ich fand das uneinladend und unsicher da man nichts sieht.

Perfektes Hotel, so soll es sein

Ruhiges gutes Hotel, sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer, gute Betten, hier werde ich noch öfters übernachten. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend, die verschiedenen Salze in Kombination mit dem Olivenöl ist perfekt. Und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, also einfach super.

Leider war es im Zimmer sehr kalt trotz voller Leistung der Heizung. Der kleine Heizkörper im Bad war extrem laut, so dass ich auch mit diesem keine Wohlfühl Temperatur erzeugen konnte. Sonst war alles tip top.

Kort verblijf in Trier in november

Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit hotel in november 2021, net voor het begin van de kerstmarkt in Trier. Het is een goed hotel net buiten het centrum van Trier, op wandelafstand (700m) van het amfitheater en de Kaiserthermen. Het hotel beschikt over een eigen ondergrondse parking met meer dan voldoende plaatsen. Wij hebben niet moeten betalen voor de parking (hoewel op de website 10€ per dag vermeld staat).
Ruim ontbijtbuffet. Het was nooit overdruk aan het ontbijt. Diner (of lunch) was beperkt tot pizza en Flammkuchen; het restaurant is gesloten op deze tijd van het jaar.
Voornaamste minpunt (wellicht omwille van COVID) is dat er geen automatische dagelijkse kamerservice is (dus geen opgemaakte bedden, geen nieuwe handdoeken, geen nieuw toiletpapier). Indien je dit wil, dan moet je dit aan de receptie melden voor 8u. Aangezien men ons dit niet expliciet gezegd had bij het inchecken (er ligt gewoon een klein infoblaadje in de kamer waar wij niet op gelet hadden), was het voor toch een kleine verrassing dat onze kamer de volgende dag niet gedaan was.

Gute Lage für Trier Besuch - Service mittelmäßig

Das Hotel selbst ist in Ordnung, Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, in beiden war die Toillette bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber. Trotz Auffoderung (schriftlich an der Rezeption abgegeben) wurde unser Zimmer und vor allem die Toillette auch am kommenden Tag NICHT gereinigt. Das geht für mich in der Preisklasse (Vier Sterne Hotel!) überhaupt nicht.
Frühstück: Das Frühstück selbst war sehr umfangreich und qulaitativ (augenscheinlich) gut. Aber das Servicepersonal war eher unfreundlich, für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel nicht gut.
Insgesdamt kann ich leider keine Empfehlung für das Hotel.

コロナ禍での滞在でしたが、クイック抗原検査も対応してくれ、衛生にも気をつけてあったので、安全に宿泊できました。
街まで歩くと少し距離がありますが、閑静で良い立地だと思います。

Trotz feste Zeiten viel zu viele Leute auf engstem Raum. Büffetbereich muss überdacht werden. Zu kleiner Bereich alles offen. Abstand halten nicht möglich. Das machen andere Hotels in Corona Zeiten besser.
