Amazing stay at Senvila, it’s not walking distance to hoi an old town but an easy bike or taxi! Room is clean and comfortable, pool is beautiful and the spas massage is amazing. Senvila is a great choice for everyone!

A beautiful resort with helpful and friendly staff. Slightly further away from old town than some however super easy to get to town with the free shuttle bus or a super cheap taxi. Beautiful pool and gym made up for the distance and this is why we chose this resort over others.

Chic Boutique Hotel w/ relaxing pool
The boutique resort looks more beautiful upon arrival than we saw the photos on the internet. It is probably one of the few boutique resorts in Da Nang at accessible room rate. The swimming pool is not big though but is such a gorgeous place to chill out and relax. Inside the room, the deco/ furnishment is clean and minimal but the ambience is nice and relaxing and it is quite spacious. Personally I love the bathroom design, simple yet chic.

I really appreciated the helpful staff at this hotel. They were very informative about the services provided. During our breakfast, a staff checked in on us and asked us what we needed. She then booked what we needed for us. There is also bikes that you can use for FREE. I recommend it since the resort is far from the main touristy parts of Hoi An.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area was lovely. The breakfast had a large and delicious variety of western and Vietnamese foods. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Senvila Resort was very clean and the facilities like the swimming pool, fitness centre, and hotel room bathrooms were very modern. The staff were friendly and always wiling to help.
The hotel is located outside of Old Quarter Hoi An, and the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to both Old Quarter and An Bang beach but the shuttle is not very reliable, on a few occasions we found ourselves waiting in long lines to be picked up, and on a couple of occasions when the shuttle ran late we ended up just catching a cab instead (which isn't expensive, but it's just annoying to wait for a shuttle that doesn't arrive on time or does not have enough space for everyone). To their credit when the shuttle is full they do call for a cab to pick up the rest of the people although you have to wait even longer.
I would recommend Senvila to anyone who want's a resort feel without the resort prices and is willing to stay outside of Hoi An Old Quarter and wait for shuttles or pay for taxis to and from the city centre, which can be easy to do.

Relaxing, lovely place between the city and beach
Lovely, private resort. Friendly staff. Good range of international tourists. Excellent place to go if you want to unwind. There is regular free transport to and from both the city centre and beach. Hoi An was my favourite place to stay in Central Vietnam. The food was excellent offering both Vietnamese, Western & Vegan options! 24 hour gym and lovely pool.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was beautiful and comfortable, just a bit chilly but we had an extra duvet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating + the food was very good!

Amazing resort!!
Excellent hotel! This resort is brand new and extremely luxurious! The pool is absolutely amazing, breakfast is great, the bed is so comfortable, the room is large and the shuttle to beach and town makes staying further away an easy choice! The staff are brilliant, especially Ly and Robin who made us feel so welcome from day one. We also were lucky to meet the owner who is so friendly and helfpful. 5 stars all around, if you book here you will not be disappointed!

Only positive thing is how newly built this is.
The only positive thing about this hotel is how newly built it is. Though, maybe it is the way it was built - sound proofing was terrible. We were woken up a couple of nights at 6am from loud bass music playing from the neighbouring local homes. The bass were sporadic throughout the day as well even at 5pm. We could also hear our neighbors above walking around.
Location is about 10 mins by car from the ancient town and there's nothing to eat around there. Wouldn't recommend riding a bicycle as the cars and trucks speed down this road.
Service was generally friendly and helpful though i felt that they were trying to get a penny from us every time they could - for eg; I needed help from reception to help me place a call to a Hoi an number as my local SIM card didn't get a dial tone, to my surprise they told me they needed to charge me for that call. They also tried to oversell their tour packages to the extent they asked a lot of questions about the preplanned tour that I had booked, where I had found it etc and that they haven't heard of them before. Like they were trying to make it out to be an unreliable tour company.
In summary, though it was an okay stay, probably wouldn't stay here again as those factors add up to an unpleasant one.

Room size is bigger than normal hotel. Front & Back are unblocked. Front comes with a balcony. All staff speaks English thus service is smooth. Location wise, one can take complimentary hotel transport to old town or An Bang beach. Bicycle is available too. In addition, breakfast is provided.

호이안 올드타운과 떨어져 있지만 택시와 셔틀 이용으로 불편함 없이 다녔어요. 공항픽업서비스를 괜찮은 가격에 편하게 이용했고 조식이 가짓수는 적지만 맛있었어요. 수영장 물도 너무 깨끗했고 방도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 아쉬운점은화장실에서 개미 몇마리 발견했었고 수압이 낮고 물도 잘 안내려갑니다. 뜨거운물은 나오다 안나오다 합니다

호이안 올드타운에서 조금 떨어진 거리에 있었지만 그랩을 타고 왔다갔다하는걸 감수할 수 있을만큼 호텔도 이쁘고 가성비도 좋았습니다~! 셔틀버스도 운행하고 있는데, 시간이 안맞아서 그랩타고 이동했어요~ 조식도 저는 만족했어요~ 기본적으로 제공되는 음식외에도 누들이나 스크램블등 주문해서 먹을 수 있는 음식들이 많아서 한끼로도 든든하게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요~ 시간이 없어서 수영장을 이용못한게 너무 아쉬운데, 혹시라도 다시 호이안 방문하면 센빌라부티크리조트에 묵자고 하실정도로 같이 모시고간 부모님들께서도 만족하셨어요.

특가로 예약했는데 날짜를 잘못해서 환불도안되던상황 호텔측에 메일을보내고 일정 은ㄷ 변경해줄수있냐니 변경해줬다 이때부터 그냥 센빌 라는 나에게 백점ㅋㅋㅋ공항도착후 센빌라에. 요청한 픽업기사님 만나 호텔도착 3층배정되서 추가금더주고 룸업그레이드함 그래도 1박에5마넌도안함 업그레이드하실거면 그냥와서하시는게 더 이득일듯! 수영장 작지만이쁘고 사람없어 놀기좋았다 거의나혼자수영했음. 조식도 꽤나만족 오믈렛은 요청하면 만들어줬고 요일별로 나오는 메뉴또한 맛있음. 그리고 마사지 대박임 블로그찾아서 마사지샵갈필요없고 여기숙박하면그냥호텔마사지받으세요ㅋㅋ이틀연속받았다 너무좋음 마사지사 상주하진안ㅇㅅ고 예약하면 부름 손이보통아님 혈잘잡아서 엄청시원하게해준다 !

El personal es muy amable y el recibimiento con galletas y bebida es todo un detalle. La habitación es muy grande y moderna. Las instalaciones, incluida la piscina, están muy cuidadas. Además ofrecen la posibilidad de coger bicis para dar un paseo, sin coste adicional.
Como único punto negativo, el hecho de que está apartado del centro de Hoi An, a unos 3 km. Sin embargo, el taxi solo cuesta unos 2,50 € por trayecto, por lo que merece la pena alojarse aquí y moverse en taxi.
Una amiga me recomendó este hotel y sin duda ha sido todo un acierto!

작은 규모의 리조트이지만 아기자기 잘 꾸며 놓았고 청결하였으면 조식도 상당히 괜찮았습니다.

3명 예약해서 1인추가로 비용까지 다 내고 예약해서 간건데,
도착하자마자 체크인할 때 2인꺼만 결제했는데 3명왔다고 더 결제를 하라고 하더라구요.
다행히 뽑아간 호텔정보랑 지불 가격 자료가 있어서 보여드렸는데,
빨리빨리 확인이 안되서 답답했습니다.
그리고 3명돈을 지불했으면 방안의 칫솔, 배게, 수건, 신발 등등 3인꺼로 준비되어야하는데,

한적하고 조용히 쉴수있었던 리조트. 리조트가 아담하고 아름다웠고 직원들은 아주 친절했었습니다. 조식도 나름 만족했고 시내와 좀 떨어져 있었지만 리조트버스가 있어서 불편하지 않았습니다. 내가 다시 호이안에 간다면 센빌라리조트 꼭 다시 갈 것이다.

개미정도야 괜찮았다. 호텔에서 일부러 개미 꼬일까바 과자도 안먹고,,

리셉션 직원들이 좀 사무적이고 전반적으로 딱딱한 느낌 이었습니다. 레스토랑 직원들이 웃어주고 친절했네요. 4박동안 침대시트를 한번도 갈아주지 않았습니다. 조경 멋지고 좋아보이지만 생각보다 불편한 느낌 들었습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없네요. 셔틀로 이용한 버기카가 의외로 재미있었어요.
